Abstract

Desa Mekarsari merupakan desa binaan di kabupaten Bandung yang memiliki BUMDes. Desa Mekarsari memiliki potensi besar terutama pada bidang perkebunan teh dan kopi. Beberapa UMKM lainnya memiliki produk seperti kripik dan kerajinan tangan lainnya. UMKM secara umum memiliki kesulitan untuk meningkatkan daya saingnya. Bidang teknologi dan kompetitor merupakan tantangan terbesar yang harus dilewati oleh UMKM. Saat ini keberadaan marketplace dapat membantu UMKM untuk memasarkan dan meningkatkan penjualan produk. GambungStore merupakan salah satu marketplace yang ditujukan secara khusus sebagai media pemasaran produk UMKM Desa Mekarsari. Keberadaan marketplace ini sebenarnya dapat dioptimasi melalui strategi pemasaran yang baik. Strategi pemasaran yang baik memerlukan proses controlling secara berkala yang dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan informasi perilaku konsuman terhadap produk. Informasi perilaku konsumen ini akan didapatkan pada modul dashboard marketing pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

Indonesia is known as an agricultural country that has an agricultural area of 7.1 million hectares in 2018. The agricultural sector is one sector that has great potential to get many benefits by implementing IoT technology. IoT implementation has several obstacles such as hardware, software, communication technology, and security. This paper aims to describe IoT-related studies in the agricultural sector that have been carried out since 2010 in the hope of providing evidence that transforming the traditional agricultural sector into a modern agricultural sector is very possible in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan saat ini berada di Badan Pengelola Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah (BPPRD) Kota Jambi. Permasalahan yang terjadi di (BPPRD) Kota Jambi adalah tugas yang diberikan kepada pegawai masih dilakukan melalui komunikasi verbal, pegawai kesulitan mendapatkan penilaian dan evaluasi dari atasan, dan tidak adanya tools yang digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja pegawai. Oleh karena itu perlu dikembangkan sebuah aplikasi berbasis website dengan nama SI-BOOK untuk Monitoring dan evaluasi kinerja pegawai dengan harapan dapat memecahkan permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi. Untuk bisa menyelesaikan permasalahan terdapat pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu agile dengan menggunakan metode iterative incremental.

Abstract

Peran desain interior bukan sekedar dekorasi ruangan melainkan sebagai penghubung antara manusia dengan lingkungannya. Menurut Rahayu tahun 2017 bisnis pada bidang desain interior meningkat sebesar 50%, sehingga bisnis desain interior memiliki peluang yang baik untuk saat ini. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, dibalik perkembangan desain interior yang meningkat masih terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang terjadi khususnya dalam proses penjualan desain. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis permasalahan yang terjadi dan memberikan rancangan solusi yang dapat memiliki nilai bisnis. Penelitian ini berfokus pada Perancangan Dan Implementasi User Interface Pada Aplikasi Rekaruang Berbasis Web Menggunakan Metodologi Waterfall. Perancangan desain aplikasi Rekaruang menggunakan metodologi design thinking yang menghasilkan rancangan desain yang diuji menggunakan usability testing sebelum diimplementasikan ke dalam bentuk kode. Hasil Pengujian menggunakan metode perhitungan SUS yang menghasilkan score 86 untuk desain aplikasi client, dan 79 untuk desain aplikasi sisi desainer, sehingga dapat dinyatakan desain diterima (acceptable) oleh calon pengguna aplikasi Rekaruang. Implementasi interface aplikasi Rekaruang dalam bentuk kode menggunakan metodologi waterfall model yang menghasilkan aplikasi Rekaruang berbasis web. Hasil implementasi diuji menggunakan teknik pengujian white-box testing dengan metode unit testing. Hasil pengujian sesuai dengan ekspektasi yang diharapkan karena sebanyak dua puluh satu test case yang diuji menghasilkan status pengujian sukses.

Abstract

In early of 2020, China had identified a new etiology of pneumonia which was later called Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the condition declared as pandemic. In this emergency state of affair, people will seek information from websites disseminating health information online, including Indonesia. Since there is currently no vaccine or specific antiviral treatment, the application of preventive measures has been essential. The hygiene and health measures can be easily spread widely as there’s been fast & numerous information spreading in the media, but that is not usually the case with underprivileged people with little access to technology. False news and lack of credible sources are also a threat. A health startup in Bandung, Indonesia, made initiatives to educate people about COVID-19 prevention through downloadable script and audio in the form of Public Service Announcement provided with 19 local languages through their website.  This study aims to know the characteristics of profile users accessing the website through descriptive observational approach. The data came from the website automatically analysed by Google Analytics. We look into the audience data, comprising demographics and geographical distribution. Additionally, we observe the acquisition data that helps us in seeing website traffic. The significant difference found in this study is seen in the age group, meanwhile the gender group did not have a significant difference, which has 8% of disparity. By geographical distribution, 60% of top users are located in cities located in Java Island. Direct traffic, interestingly, made up almost 86 percent of all traffic. Twitter ranked the top for the social media traffic in our case. In conclusion, it is necessary to promote credible information in COVID-19 preventive measures and help maintain the accessibility of information.

Abstract

Data is one element that is considered important in a business. If the processing is carried out correctly and as needed, the data has high quality. High data quality can have a positive impact, that is, it can create information and knowledge to support decision-making. In fact, many organizations accumulate data without a good data storage or management system and cause the data to become large so that it is difficult to understand and produce information in it that cannot be conveyed properly which makes a decision not have a maximum positive impact. Data Quality Management (DQM) is considered to be able to assist in maintaining quality in the data and ensure that no data is lost or damaged. Quality data is obtained by one of the stages in DQM, namely data profiling, which performs the process of checking the available and stored data to determine a content structure and data quality. The research focuses on implementing the DQM module data profiling feature on the Data Governance website application. This research produces data profiling features that can help people in data processing where the modules produced are value distribution, data completeness, clustering, value similarity and data deduplication.

Abstract

The bandungtanginas.id application was created to serve the needs of data collection on maternal and child health at every posyandu in the city of Bandung. This application is planned to be able to serve around 1,982 posyandu in the city of Bandung, around 10,000 users, who are expected to be able to access the bandungtanginas.id application. In the current condition of the application support infrastructure still has limitations in supporting the bandungtanginas.id application. With specifications that tend to be low, an improvement effort is needed through generating application usage scenarios so that the services provided can be optimally available using the existing infrastructure. This research focuses on analyzing the application performance by using load testing. This research has four stages: determining the test's purpose, creating a test scenario, carrying out scenario testing, and analyzing the results. The analysis will be carried out with the results of load testing experiments based on the scenarios that have been made. Test scenarios are made to obtain experimental data, last further analysis and conclusions will be made. Scenarios are created based on an estimate of the optimal number of users the application should serve. The test scenario will use a target user of between 10 – 200 users who are divided in five groups of load testing scenarios. From this trial, it will be seen how the performance of the bandungtanginas.id application for each scenario group that has been created. The result of this study showed that the best scenario for bandungtanginas.id application could serve users in the range of 30-50 users. It is obtained from the response time results, which show the average results are under 30 seconds according to the SLA (Service Level Agreement) standard for application users.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi saat ini sudah berkembang diberbagai bidang, salah satunya adalah kesehatan. Hal ini didukung dengan adanya pemetaan atau perancangan sistem digital untuk memperhatikan tingkat layanan kesehatan pada kawasan wilayah terkecil. Posyandu adalah salah satu bentuk upaya peningkatan layanan kesehatan yang dikelola dan diselenggarakan oleh masyarakat untuk memberikan kemudahan pelayanan kesehatan dasar. Kurangnya penanganan dalam menjalankan fungsi posyandu menjadi permasalahan. Hal ini menyebabkan angka stunting masih tergolong cukup tinggi, stunting merupakan kondisi gagal tumbuh pada anak balita akibat kekurangan gizi kronis terutama dalam 1000 hari pertama kehidupan. Jumlah anak stunting di Indonesia tertinggi di Asia Tenggara. Strategi penanganan terhadap stunting perlunya langkah strategis yang berupa adanya suatu transformasi digital berupa pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang berfokus pada layanan management kesehatan yang dikemas dalam sebuah platform aplikasi untuk penanganan setunting. Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Stunting salah satunya adalah platform aplikasi Mybidan sebagai objek sasaran penelitian. Perkembangan aplikasi tersebut mendapat pengaruh besar terhadap peningkatan pengguna aplikasi Mybidan,msehingga akan berdampak pada penurunan kinerja website tersebut. Pengukuran kinerja dapat diukur dengan metode Web Performance Optimaztion (WPO). Melihat potensi perkembangan MyBidan dari setiap periode sehingga perlunya analisa penelitian untuk mendukung potensi implementasi jangka panjang Mybidan kedepan. Dari landasan analisa tersebut dibutuhkan pengembangan dashboard performance monitoring untuk melakukan monitoring aplikasi yang berfungsi dalam memastikan dan menampilkan data dari hasil performa aplikasi MyBidan. Abstract

Abstract  —Students   of  computer science  in  the  world  have  the  same  problem of  learning   basic programming. Many of students  difficulties in solving the different  problems with the same algorithm solution. Students  may easier to understand the syntax and intent of the statement coding programming language,  however to apply them in the correct  program code is difficult. The effectiveness method  of learning introductory programming is live code method. In this research discussed on the development of live code method in programming learning  platform based on heuristic  approach that called CIDEC Platform as a solution to help student learn programming easier. This platform can help lecturer to make a live code question with own perspective and student can answer question with live code feature without install  anything.  For  platform development,  it used  iterative  and  incremental method  made  in four iteration by involving business  modelling,  requirement analysis,  analysis  and  design, implementation, and testing. Platform based web application is built with by using concept Model-View-Template (MVT) which utilize Python programming language within Django Framework and MySQL database. The live code compiler built with by using Java Development Kit and Ace Editor.  The result  of research is Live Code Module in Programming Learning Platform. For further research, focus development  can develop by upgrade the case sensitive,  add a type of question livecode can compile  or shown to student  and free live code area. So, lecturer can make a  diverse questions of livecode,such as compare  method,check the logic and check a return type. Student  can do coding without specific course.

Abstract

Abstrak Nganggur.id adalah Startup yang bergerak pada bidang Freelance E-Commerce yang berlokasi di Bandung, Jawa Barat, Indonesia. Nganggur.id berdiri atas dasar tingginya angka Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka di Indonesia dan kesulitan para pekerja lepas dalam manajemen proyek juga merupakan faktor pendukung terbentuknya Nganggur.id. Pengangguran merupakan masalah yang sangat kompleks. Apabila pengangguran tidak segera diatasi maka berpotensi menimbulkan kerawanan sosial dan kemiskinan. Berdasarkan hasil survey tentang pengetahuan konsep pekerjaan lepas, terdapat beberapa masalah yang terjadi dalam pencarian lapangan pekerjaan. Umumnya adalah sulitnya mencari pekerjaan lepas karena hanya mengandalkan proyek dari teman dan kerabat. Selain itu, motivasi untuk mendapatkan penghasilan tambahan adalah faktor yang tidak bisa dipisahkan dari istilah "pekerja lepas". Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, perlu dikembangkan sistem atau aplikasi yang bertujuan untuk membantu para pemberi pekerjaan lepas dan pekerja lepas untuk saling terhubung dalam satu pekerjaan lepas. Aplikasi Layanan Pekerja Lepas merupakan aplikasi yang digunakan untuk mewadahi semua kebutuhan terkait pekerjaan lepas. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi tersebut, pemberi pekerjaan lepas dan pekerja lepas dapat dengan cepat melakukan transaksi pekerjaan lepas, seperti lelang proyek, pemantauan kemajuan proyek, mempermudah komunikasi antara pemberi proyek dan pekerja, dan menjadi sebuah rekening bersama antar semua pihak yang berinteraksi didalamnya. Aplikasi Layanan Pekerja Lepas akan dikembangkan dengan menggunakan framework Laravel dan database MySQL. Basis dasar perancangan aplikasi adalah merancang aplikasi dengan tampilan ramah di mobile devices dan desktop devices. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Extreme Programming. Metode Extreme Programming merupakan metode pengembangan aplikasi yang efisien, cepat, dan fleksibel. Hasil dari Penelitian adalah rancangan aplikasi layanan pekerja lepas yang telah diuji melalui pengujian Scenario Testing untuk mendapatkan nilai persentase keberhasilan fungsi aplikasi. Hasil pengujian mendapatkan nilai 98,86% yang berarti hampir semua tester dapat menggunakan aplikasi dengan baik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode Extreme Programming dinilai cepat dan tepat pada penelitian ini. Nganggur.id stands on the basis of the high rate of Open Unemployment Rate in Indonesia and the difficulty of freelancer in project management is also a supporting factor of Nganggur.id. If unemployment is not immediately addressed, it has the potential to cause social vulnerability and poverty. Based on the results of a survey about the knowledge of the concept of freelance, there are several problems that occur in job search. Generally it is difficult to find freelance work because it only relies on projects from friends and relatives. In addition, motivation for extra income is a factor that cannot be separated from the term "freelancer". Based on the above problems, it is necessary to develop a system or application that aims to help project owners and freelancers to connect to one another in freelance work. Freelance Service Application is an application that is used to accommodate all needs related to freelance work. By using the application, employer and freelancer can quickly conduct freelance work transactions, such as project auctions, project progress monitoring, facilitate communication between the employer and workers, and become a joint account between all parties who interact in it. The Freelance Service Application will be developed using the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The method used in this research is Extreme Programming. Extreme Programming Method is an application development method that is efficient, fast, and flexible. The test results get a value of 98.86% which means that almost all testers can use the application properly. So it can be concluded that the Extreme Programming method is considered appropriate in this study.
