Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian terapan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perilaku membaca pada remaja di Kabupaten Barru. Penelitian ini terbagi dalam dua tahap, yakni baseline study dan intervensi. Teori yang digunakan dalam baseline study adalah theory of planned behaviour. Berdasarkan hasil baseline study ditemukan bahwa faktor norma subjektif memiliki pengaruh yang paling signifikan terhadap intensi remaja untuk membaca buku (β = 0,247p<0,05). Sementara itu, intervensi menerapkan teknik intervensi nudgedengan pendekatan norma. Intervensi diuji dengan independent t test melalui metode eksperimen dengan rancangan post-test only control group design dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 orang. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa; partisipan yang mendapatkan pesan visual nudge dengan pendekatan norm membaca lebih lama dibandingkan partisipan dalam kelompok kontrol.

Abstract

Pada saat ini, stres kerja menjadi ancaman yang serius bagi kesehatan pekerja dan pada akhirnya mengancam kesehatan suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Salah satu penyebab yang dapat menimbulkan stres kerja adalah lingkungan kerja fisik yang tidak baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap stres kerja pegawai.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitiaan ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah penyebaran kuesioner yang kemudian hasilnya diolah menggunakan SPSS ver 25 dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang berarti lingkungan kerja fisik yang terdiri dari penerangan, suhu udara, suara bising, penataan warna, ruang gerak yang diperlukan dan keamanan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja pegawai yang terdiri dari fisik, emosional, kognitif dan interpersonal. Adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap stres kerja pegawai dapat dilihat dari hasil observasi mengenai masalah-masalah lingkungan kerja fisik yang terjadi pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Makassar. this time, work stress becomes a serious threat to the health of workers and ultimately threatens the health of an organization or company. One of the causes that can cause work stress is a physical work environment that is not good. This study aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment on employee work stress.The research method used in this research is a quantitative research method with 100 respondents. The data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires which then the results are processed using SPSS ver 25 and observation. The results showed that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, which means that the physical work environment consisting of lighting, air temperature, noise, color arrangement, space required and job security had a positive and significant effect on employee work stress consisting of physical, emotional , cognitive and interpersonal. The existence of a positive and significant influence between the physical work environment on employee work stress can be seen from the results of observations regarding the problems that occur in the physical work environment the publick works office of Makassar City.

Abstract

Konflik yang tercipta dalam pacaran tidak selamanya dapat diatasi dengan baik, dalam beberapa kasus konflik kerap diatasi dengan agresi dan kekerasan, meskipun demikian masih terdapat individu yang memilih bertahan dalam hubungan walaupun sering mendapatkan tindak kekerasan oleh pasangannya, sehingga penelitian ini kemudian bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi alasan seseorang bertahan dalam kekerasan pada hubungan pacaran, dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif penelitian ini menempatkan lima partisipan perempuan yang mengalami kekerasan dalam berpacaran baik secara fisik, verbal, psikologis, dan seksual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat bias kognitif pada keputusan partisipan ketika memilih bertahan dalam kekerasan pada hubungan pacaran yang dijalani. Lebih lanjut lagi, penelitian ini berhasil mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis bias kognitif yang hadir pada partisipan, diantaranya; framing, emotional bias, illusion of control, loss of aversion dan regret of aversion, Khusus untuk framing hadir dan terkategorisasikan di semua partisipan penelitian. Bias kognitif yang hadir di masing-masing partisipan membuat tindak kekerasan resisten serta berulang sehingga partisipan menjadi tidak berdaya dan terjebak dalam hubungan yang tidak sehat.

Abstract

The success rate of strategies for addressing sustainability issues is increasingly dependent on whether changes in public behavior can and will complement the practical solutions that are currently available. Nudge is a novel behavioral change intervention that is being widely used in the ongoing fight against sustainability issues such as energy conservation, sustainable water, food, and fashion consumption. This article explores the most prolific writers, institutions, and nations, in addition to the most cited papers and publications on Nudge and Sustainability, using the Scopus database. Bibliometric analysis is used to describe the bibliographic data, including the total number of publications and citations for 96 papers published between 2011 and 2022. In addition, the article creates a graphical representation of the bibliographic material by mapping journals, keywords, and institutions with bibliographic coupling and co-citation analysis using the VOS Viewer software. The results of the analysis show that studies about nudge and sustainability are currently more focused on the context of pro-environmental behavior which is mostly micro-behavior such as food consumption behavior. The findings are significant in terms of enriching the growing discourse of nudge in the context of sustainability, as well as providing policy recommendations for governments to better address the issues.

Abstract

PT Kalla Inti Karsa is a part of the Kalla Group, a commercial property company that has successfully operated a number of shopping malls, offices, and industrial sectors in Makassar and its surrounding, including Ratu Indah Mall, Nipah Park, and Wisma Kalla Office Building. At PT Kalla Inti Karsa, the process of calculating total staff absences each month remains unchanged. Based on these issues, the objective of this study was to make the monthly attendance management process easier for both the administrator in charge of controlling employee attendance and all employees who participate in the attendance process. This study applied a qualitative approach. Researchers employ data reduction, data display, and conclusion drafting as data analysis methodologies. This study employed both primary and secondary data, as well as source triangulation techniques to assure the accuracy of the data and information gathered. The output of this study produced application designs for administrators to manage employee attendance and applications for employees to perform attendance activities. During the application design process, researchers used the PHPMyAdmin programming language as well as five information system components: hardware, software, database, procedures, and people.

Abstract

BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Maros Branch is an institution operating in the field of employment insurance, aiming to provide protection for workers throughout their careers and into retirement. The institution offers five main programs designed to safeguard workers' well-being during active employment and ensure security during post-employment periods. Preliminary observations revealed a key issue in the human resources archiving process, which is still conducted manually. This conventional system presents several inefficiencies, particularly in terms of time consumption for data retrieval, storage management, and data updating. In response to these challenges, this study aims to design and develop an information system to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the personnel archive management process. The development methodology employed is the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This research focuses on the development of a web-based information system intended to facilitate and streamline the management of personnel records. The system incorporates key features such as structured employee data storage, archive retrieval based on various criteria, user access management, and automated report generation. Testing results indicate that the developed system significantly accelerates the document retrieval process, reduces the risk of data loss, and simplifies the updating of personnel records.
