Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia brings economic efficiency but also creates major risks for consumers. These risks include the misuse of personal data, unfair refund policies, and one-sided standard contracts (adhesion contracts). This article examines these consumer protection issues by comparing Indonesian Positive Law with Fiqh Muamalah (Islamic Commercial Jurisprudence). Using a library research method, this study finds that cyber disputes mostly stem from gharar (uncertainty) and jahalah (lack of clear information). The analysis reveals that: (1) Islam views personal data protection as a sacred trust (amanah) to protect honor (hifz al-'irdh) and wealth (hifz al-mal). Data breaches are a transgression (ta'addi) that requires financial compensation and carries spiritual sanctions in the afterlife, a concept missing in state laws; (2) E-commerce refund policies use principles similar to the Islamic right of choice (khiyar). However, these policies are often unfair, either by forcing innocent buyers to pay return shipping or by letting bad-faith buyers exploit the system, which harms small sellers; (3) Standard contracts that free the platform from all liability are unjust. Although clicking "I agree" is a valid digital contract under Islamic law, hiding liability release clauses violates the principle of true mutual consent ('an taradin) and makes the contract void (fasid). Therefore, e-commerce platforms must create fair digital contracts and online dispute resolution systems based on mediation (shulh) to ensure mutual benefit.

Abstract

This study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) that aims to analyze and synthesize findings from various studies related to the internalization of children's character values through the repetition of Surah Al-Fatihah in prayer, as well as to identify patterns, consensus, and existing research gaps.1 The synthesis results show that Surah Al-Fatihah contains comprehensive character values, encompassing spiritual-moral, social-leadership, and educational aspects.1 The repetition of reciting Al-Fatihah acts as a mechanism for internalizing values through the processes of neuroplasticity and habit formation.1 This paper bridges Islamic theological studies with recent findings in cognitive psychology and neurobiology to provide an operational foundation for children's character education in the modern era.

Abstract

Ritual purification (Wudu) is a fundamental Islamic practice, yet contemporary implementation often results in significant water waste (Israf). This study analyzes the Prophetic benchmark of one Mud—approximately 600 to 775 ml—against modern consumption patterns in mosques. Using a mixed-methods approach, including historical metrological analysis and a review of empirical data from Indonesian mosques, the research identifies a socio-technical mismatch between traditional values and modern plumbing systems. Findings indicate that modern practitioners consume between 2.47 and 7 liters per Wudu, representing a 300% to 1100% deviation from the Sunnah. The study proposes a synergistic model combining technical interventions, such as Water-Efficient Aerators (WEAs) and "transparent tank" designs, with behavioral changes rooted in "Ecological Tauhid." Implementation of these strategies can achieve up to a 76% reduction in water usage, aligning contemporary worship with global sustainability goals.

Abstract

This study analyzes the Outline of Personnel and Work System (GBKSK) of the Minhajul Haq Purwakarta Islamic Boarding School as a human resource management document that integrates the values of the pesantren with modern employment principles. Using a qualitative approach with a document analysis method, this study found that GBKSK represents a form of creative resistance of Islamic boarding schools in responding to the demands of professionalization of Islamic educational institutions. This document not only regulates the technical aspects of personnel such as recruitment, rights and obligations, compensation systems, and sanction mechanisms, but also frames all employment relationships within the framework of Islamic values such as sincerity, ukhuwah Islamiyah, and manhaj Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah. Policy innovations such as Umrah and Hajj allowances, the mortgage system without usury, and the unilateral resignation sanction clause show the efforts of pesantren to create a work ecosystem that is in accordance with the characteristics of dormitory-based educational institutions. The findings of this research contribute to the development of value-based human resource management studies in Islamic educational institutions and provide an overview of how pesantren transform into modern organizations without losing their Islamic identity.

Abstract

The dynamics of Islamic education in the 21st century are facing disruptions triggered by technological innovations and the demographic shift of Generation Z. This article analyzes the phenomenon of the crisis of religious authority in Islamic educational institutions, where students (Gen Z) tend to trust religious content creators on social media (faithfluencers) more than their formal educators or kyai (traditional Islamic scholars). Using a descriptive qualitative approach based on library research, this study investigates the sociological and psychological roots of this trust shift, including the impact of parasocial interactions and the dominance of algorithmic authority. The results indicate that this crisis is also exacerbated by managerial bureaucratization within pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) and madrasas, which erodes charismatic authority. As a solution, Islamic Education Management (MPI) needs to formulate a crisis management framework based on Islamic values. The proposed tactical strategies include the hybridization of authority through the digitalization of sanad (chain of transmission) and adab (ethics), rebranding teacher competencies through creative content production training, the implementation of digital-based public relations strategies, and the integration of digital literacy into the curriculum. In conclusion, Islamic educational institutions must recalibrate themselves into digitally adaptive institutions without sacrificing the values of khidmah (sincere service) and pesantren traditions, in order to fortify the faith of Generation Z in the cyber ecosystem.

Abstract

This evaluative study documents the systematic implementation of a high-performance basketball extracurricular program at Ponpes Minhajul Haq, Purwakarta. The research focuses on measuring the efficacy of a structured training model against two primary variables: motor-physiological competence and character integrity (Adab). Utilizing an Action Research framework with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest design, the study involved 50 male students over a 36-week macrocycle. Evaluation instruments included digital inventory audits, AAHPERD Basketball Skills Testing, and longitudinal character observation rubrics. Results indicate a significant 37.8% increase in aerobic capacity (VO2 Max) and a 42% improvement in fundamental technical mastery. Furthermore, the discussion highlights how athletic discipline contributes to enhanced academic resilience and emotional stability. This article proposes the "Student-Athlete-Santri" model as a prototype for physical education in modern Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

This study examines a community empowerment initiative focused on the professionalization of laundry businesses in Pusakamulya Village, Purwakarta. Despite the high demand from the local Santri (student) population, these SMEs often struggle with suboptimal management. Through a seven-day intensive mentoring program, a team from STAI Minhajul Haq implemented a management framework covering entrepreneurship, operations, and financial literacy. The results showed a significant increase in operational efficiency and service quality. This project underscores the importance of academic intervention in transforming rural micro-businesses into sustainable enterprises.
