Abstract

Kemiskinan adalah ketidakmampuan untuk memenuhi standar minimum kebutuhan dasar yang meliputi kebutuhan makanan maupun non-makanan. Untuk mengukur kemiskinan, BPS menggunakan konsep kemampuan memenuhi kebutuhan dasar (basic needs approach). Dengan pendekatan ini, kemiskinan dipandang sebagai ketidakmampuan ekonomi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dasar makanan dan bukan makanan yang diukur dari sisi pengeluaran. Jadi orang miskin adalah orang yang memiliki rata-rata pengeluaran perkapita bulanan di bawah garis kemiskinan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk lebih menganalisa kemiskin berdasarkan kondisi pengeluaran perkapita, jumlah penduduk, angka melek huruf (AHM), dan umur harapan hidup (UHH) masyakat sehingga kita dapat mengetahui kondisi rill daerah mana yang memiliki jumlah penduduk miskin terbanyak. Hasil dari penelitian ini akan memberikan manfaat kepada pihak terkait, baik pemerintah ataupun pihak swasta untuk merencanakan peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat demi mengurangi jumlah penduduk miskin di suatu daerah yang ada di Sumater Barat. Analisa terhadap permasalahan ini menggunakan konsep Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dengan metode Simple Additive Weight

Abstract

Customer Relationship Management is a business strategy designed to optimize profits, income, and customer satisfaction to achieve ease of doing everything so that it is easy to access information about existing products. This development can have a good impact on business people, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is one of the business strategies to meet these goals by combining CRM and analytic hierarchical process (AHP). For this reason, the author uses AHP to achieve this business strategy. So this study proposes combining the concept of DSS with CRM as an improvement in the company's business strategy process.By taking data at the Visicom store, the author finally gets data that can be applied to the AHP method to find product recommendations to customers.

Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan di rumah sakit memiliki peran krusial dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan dan loyalitas pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode Fuzzy Tsukamoto dalam menentukan tingkat kepuasan pasien di RSUD Arosuka berdasarkan variabel ketanggapan, empati, dan tampilan fisik pelayanan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Fuzzy Tsukamoto yang memiliki toleransi data fleksibel dan sifat intuitif dalam memberikan tanggapan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner terhadap 40 responden pasien. Hasil implementasi sistem berbasis website menggunakan PHP dan MySQL menunjukkan bahwa metode Fuzzy Tsukamoto dapat digunakan sebagai alat evaluasi yang efektif untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pasien. Sistem ini dapat membantu pihak rumah sakit dalam mengidentifikasi area pelayanan yang perlu ditingkatkan berdasarkan hasil penilaian kepuasan pasien.

Abstract

PT Talang Gugun Sari Nusantara already has dozens of employees in each branch, each employee has various criteria in every job. Therefore, PT Talang Gugun Sari Nusantara has a way to improve the performance of every employee. By giving bonuses to employees who do their work well and in accordance with the Company's wishes. PT Talang Gugun Sari Nusantara previously conducted an assessment in a manual way that made its assessment irrelevant to the circumstances that occurred. With this problem, the company needs a Decision Selection System using the Analysis Hierarchy Process method to assess employees with several criteria such as attendance, sales of each employee, responsibility, and manners. The research conducted aims to build a software on "Optimizing Human Resource Management by Determining the Provision of Bonuses to Employees of Pt. Talang Gugun Sari Nusantara Using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method". In this study, a case was raised, namely looking for the best alternative based on the criteria that had been determined by using. This method was chosen because it was able to select the best alternative from 4 criteria. In this case, the intended alternative is those who are entitled to receive employee bonuses based on the specified criteria. This research was carried out by finding the value weight of each attribute and then a ranking process was carried out that would determine the optimal alternative, namely employees receiving bonuses.

Abstract

Kucing adalah salah satu hewan peliharaan yang sering kali rentan terhadap berbagai jenis penyakit. Oleh karena itu, diagnosa yang cepat dan tepat sangat penting agar penanganan yang sesuai dapat segera dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merancang sistem pakar berbasis web yang mampu mendiagnosa penyakit pada kucing dengan menggunakan metode Dempster Shafer. Metode ini dipilih karena memiliki kemampuan dalam menangani ketidakpastian data serta memberikan tingkat kepercayaan yang tinggi dalam proses pengambilan keputusan yang dihasilkan. Sistem pakar yang dirancang bertujuan untuk memudahkan pemilik kucing dalam memperoleh informasi yang tepat mengenai kondisi kesehatan hewan peliharaannya. Desain sistem ini mencakup pengumpulan data gejala penyakit, analisis probabilistik berdasarkan gejala yang muncul, dan pemberian rekomendasi diagnosis secara akurat. Hasil pengujian sistem menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu memberikan hasil diagnosis yang valid, dengan tingkat akurasi yang cukup tinggi sesuai dengan data uji yang dilakukan. Dengan adanya sistem ini, pemilik kucing diharapkan dapat memperoleh diagnosa awal yang bermanfaat dan membantu pengambilan keputusan yang tepat mengenai langkah medis yang perlu diambil untuk kesehatan kucing mereka. Selain itu, sistem ini juga dapat menjadi referensi yang lebih cepat dan efisien dibandingkan dengan berkonsultasi langsung dengan pakar hewan, terutama untuk diagnosa awal.

Abstract

Smartphones are important devices for many people and are considered a necessity in today's industrial age 4.0. This is the beginning of the advancement of digital technology and the internet, where information can be easily accessed in various places. Therefore, people started buying smartphones. With this, people can utilise the Decision Support System. used to determine the data criteria needed to select a smartphone. With these criteria, users can accurately and quickly determine their choice. Where in the research in choosing a smartphone according to the needs of the community using 9 criteria that are often taken into consideration including Brand, Price, Processor Specifications, RAM Specifications, Model, Battery Capacity, Camera Resolution, Internal Capacity, Screen size which will be processed using the SMART method. Where the weight for each criterion has a value range of 0-100 depending on the priority given to each criterion. Based on calculations using the SMART method, the Iphone 11 Pro smartphone ranks highest with a final score of 8.3.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus adalah salah satu penyakit kronis yang semakin umum di dunia termasuk di Indonesia. Mendeteksi penyakit ini sejak dini sangatlah penting untuk mencegah munculnya komplikasi serius. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis prediksi penyakit diabetes menggunakan dua metode pembelajaran mesin, yaitu Naïve Bayes dan K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN). Naïve Bayes dikenal sebagai metode klasifikasi yang sederhana namun efektif berdasarkan probabilitas, sementara KNN merupakan metode klasifikasi berbasis instance yang menggunakan kedekatan data dengan data yang sudah ada. Dataset yang digunakan mencakup 8 atribut kesehatan, seperti usia, jenis kelamin, hipertensi, penyakit jantung, riwayat merokok, BMI, kadar HbA1c, dan kadar glukosa darah, dengan label target berupa status diabetes (1 untuk diabetes, 0 untuk non-diabetes). Tahapan tersebut mencakup pengolahan awal data, seperti mengisi nilai kosong, menormalisasi atribut numerik, dan mengkode atribut kategori. Naïve Bayes memanfaatkan distribusi probabilitas, sedangkan KNN mengelompokkan data berdasarkan jarak ke tetangga terdekat. KNN lebih baik digunakan untuk dataset dengan pola yang rumit, sementara Naïve Bayes lebih efisien dalam hal komputasi

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology and artificial intelligence has increased the importance of data-driven decision-making, particularly in competitive industries such as cafés, where branch location significantly affects business success. However, selecting the optimal location remains a challenge due to the variability of local market conditions and the subjectivity of manual assessments, representing a gap in practical, objective evaluation methods. This study aims to determine the most suitable location for Anomali Café’s new branch in Padang City using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, a transparent and effective multi-criteria decision-making approach. The analysis of ten candidate sites reveals that Pantai Air Manis Street achieves the highest overall score, followed closely by Sitebal, Gajah Mada, Raya Lubuk Buaya, and Dr. Sutomo Streets, while the remaining locations are less competitive. These findings provide actionable, data-driven guidance for strategic branch expansion and demonstrate the applicability of SAW in tailoring location decisions to the café industry’s specific context.

Abstract

Uninhabitable House (RTLH) is one of the social problems often faced by the community. Funding programs for RTLH repairs are important to improve the quality of life and housing conditions of the underprivileged. However, with limited resources, prioritizing the receipt of RTLH funds is a challenge. In this study, two effective multi-criteria decision-making methods, VIKOR Method and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), are implemented to prioritize the receipt of RTLH funds. The combination of these two methods is expected to provide more accurate and accountable results. It is hoped that this research can provide a more holistic and objective method in prioritizing the receipt of RTLH assistance funds. The integration of the VIKOR Method and AHP can provide benefits in making similar decisions in other social and humanitarian fields, as well as helping the government and related institutions in allocating resources more efficiently and fairly. The results of this research are expected to help decision makers prioritize the receipt of RTLH funds objectively and fairly, by considering various relevant criteria.
