Abstract

Information thecnology development is quickly even in outlying places that are never feeld its benefit before, but nowdays they can deeply enjoy able with information thecnology serves in an online manner. The business are established and progressed usually organized their supply management there (in the business). Previously PT. MUTIA MULIA PADANG has difficulty in the supply of the management be cause of manual character. Controlling inventory or inventory management right is not easy. But if too little inventory results in the risk of inventory shortage, as they often can not be imported goods inventory stating sudden cessation of the production process, delays in profits, even loss of customers. It would require an inventory application to manage inventory control, then the company's needs will be met with swift and precise, so as to control inventory. With the report in the form of file storage can allow minimize the potentially fatal errors, such as losing records. This application is built using the programming language PHP and MySQL, which assisted with modeling UML (Unified Modeling Language).

Abstract

The application of information technology is currently widely used by agencies in carrying out various operational activities. This study tries to apply the PIECES Framework to the analysis of information systems. To implement it, it is necessary to test responses from users on an information system. The system to be tested is the information system of Mako Battalion 131 Braja Sakti. The information system used to support the performance of soldiers where the responsible in this case is part of the operations staff. In their service, the operations staff collect data from each company. The data is inputted into the online-based ANEV DATA system. The system will later be used in processing soldier certification data. PIECES focuses on 6 focus areas of analysis, namely performance, information and data, economy, control and security, efficiency, and service. The purpose of this study is the application of the PIECES Framework in analyzing the quality of the implementation of information systems to ensure the success targeted by the operations staff. This study uses interviews and observations as well as the distribution of questionnaires as a method of data collection. The results of this study indicate that the use of ANEV Data as an information system to improve performance gets an average result at the Performance level of 5.20, information and data level of 4.76, economic indicator level of 5.20, Control indicator level of 4.85, and efficiency level of 4.16. and service satisfaction of 7.16. The value of the operation staff is very satisfied using the ANEV Data information system.

Abstract

Abstract: Industrial era 4.0 brought changes in the economic field, and the consequence of this era was the birth of the digitization process in all fields. Digital marketing for business players is a very important part, even for BUMNAG Nagari Lasi. To support and advance the business, BUMNAG must be able to compete with the competition in the supply of quality products, so the necessary marketing strategy is capable of increasing sales and market expansion, the only one with digital marketing. BUMNAG managers are expected to have a desire to use digital devices, especially when presenting the products they sell. BUMNAG's ability to manage marketing through digital media will make it easier for the products to be known by many people and in demand. However, there are still many BUMNAGs that do not use digital marketing media as a marketing strategy, which makes BUMNAG unable to compete with other SMEs that have used this medium. Therefore, it was considered necessary to implement the activity to carry out training in digital marketing in the advancement of the Kopi Lasi BUMNAG Nagari Lasi.Keywords: digital marketing; marketing strategy; bumnag; lasi coffee  Abstrak: Era industri 4.0 membawa perubahan di bidang ekonomi, dimana konsekuensi dari era ini adalah proses digitalisasi di segala bidang. Pemasaran digital bagi pelaku usaha menjadi bagian yang sangat penting, termasuk bagi Badan Usaha Milik Nagari Lasi (BUMNag). Untuk mendukung dan memajukan bisnis, BUMNag harus mampu bersaing dengan kompetitor dalam menyediakan produk yang berkualitas, sehingga diperlukan strategi pemasaran yang mampu meningkatkan penjualan dan perluasan pasar, salah satunya adalah digital marketing. Pengelola BUMNag diharapkan memiliki keterampilan dalam menggunakan perangkat digital terutama dalam memperkenalkan produk yang mereka jual. Kemampuan BUMNag dalam mengelola pemasaran melalui media digital akan memudahkan produk untuk dikenal banyak orang dan diminati. Namun masih banyak BUMNag yang tidak menggunakan media digital marketing sebagai strategi pemasaran sehingga BUMNag kalah bersaing dengan pelaku UKM lainnya yang telah menggunakan media ini. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode studi pustaka, pelaksanaan kegiatan dan evaluasi. Dimana implementasinya dilakukan secara bertahap seperti sosialisasi, pendataan, pembuatan sistem informasi digital marketing dan juga pelatihan admin. Oleh karena itu pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini sangat dibutuhkan dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat sekitar melalui pemasaran Kopi Lasi di BUMNag Nagari Lasi.Kata kunci: digital marketing; strategi pemasaran; bumnag; kopi lasi

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises are a business sector that is very helpful in various aspects of theIndonesian economy. In the city of Padang has various types of SME businesses. One of them is Catering. Thedevelopment of the catering business in this city is very rapid because of the many people's interest in usingthese services. As a result, there was competition between businesses that showed a significant impact on thecatering business so that each of these businesses had to be able to create their own market by creating a brandfor their catering business. This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the implementation ofe-branding UKM Catering Padang City with the concept of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) toincrease sales. The results of this study are the determination of the effectiveness of e-branding that has beencarried out on the level of marketing and income obtained by SMEs, which have benefits as a form ofactualization of the character of the UKM Catering business and to support marketing so that sales increase andincrease competitiveness appears. The method used is Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Abstract

The use of computers in people's lives is growing as is the case with companies that provide scholarships for the children of employees who work at the company. The scholarship selection system is still done manually so it is ineffective and inefficient and requires a long time. By using a new system design to assist in data processing of spare part goods, producing a desired system a system is created. In this study the authors used the method of field research, interviews, library research and laboratory research, in conducting analysis using UML (Unified Model Language). The new system will be implemented later to improve the quality of information generated so that these designs can be useful for the company concerned.

Abstract

Irrigation is a system for irrigation in the form of waterways used to distribute water. In fulfilling the need for water, especially in rice farming, it is necessary to increase agricultural yields and reduce crop failure. All of that can be done with a well-controlled irrigation system to increase agricultural profits. Irrigation systems, especially in rice farming, have irrigation systems that have been widely implemented in Indonesia and have been proven to increase agricultural yields. The farming system is called the wet-dry irrigation system. To control the irrigation system and to be able to monitor it regularly, an IoT-based irrigation system was created. The device used for the main control is Arduino Uno. The results of the smart irrigation system produce a prototype that can control irrigation based on soil moisture and close irrigation using a water level sensor. After creating the prototype of the IoT device, the process of irrigating the land can be carried out automatically according to the wet and dry irrigation system, and monitoring the condition of irrigating rice fields via the internet can be carried out to increase the effectiveness of farming

Abstract

The development of Information Technology (IT) is currently growing so rapidly. So that the information system has penetrated almost every field of everyday life. There are several types of technology that are usually used by companies, especially to support the human resource management section in managing information in companies and one of them is by implementing technology from an information system regarding attendance. The role of IT in organizational operational processes, the Cooperative Industry and Trade office uses a fingerprint record system for taking attendance. The attendance-taking tool has a sophisticated electronic system that only reads the fingerprint patterns of each employee. With this fingerprint attendance, employees can be motivated to arrive early because fingerprint attendance cannot manipulate employee attendance in the office. This study uses the COBIT 4.1 method which focuses on the DS (Delivery and Support), and ME (Monitor and Evaluate) domains. By calculating the maturity level, the DS value of 4.58 is obtained at level 5, namely Optimized Level, which means that agencies have implemented information technology very well and agencies need to maintain system stability so that it continues to develop, while the ME calculated on a scale of 3.99 is at the level 4, namely managed level, which means that security in the system is quite good and only needs to be evaluated so that the vision and mission of the agency are achieved.

Abstract

Sistem informasi laporan keuangan adalah kegiatan pencatatan laporan keuangan yang diterapkan guna mempermudah dalam proses pengolahan data keuangan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi pengelolaan transaksi keuangan pada sekolah berbasis web. Sistem informasi ini meliputi sistem pencatatan, pembuatan jurnal umum, buku besar, dan neraca saldo. Pihak bendahara sekolah melakukan proses pencatatan masih menggunakan Ms. Excel. Terkait hal tersebut, dirancang sebuah sistem berbasis akuntansi guna membantu dalam proses pencatatan transaksi keuangan pada sekolah menengah pertama (SMP). Lokasi pengabdian dilakukan pada SMP 24 Padang. Pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (SIA) ini dapat membantu mengurangi redudansidata, menghasilkan informasi secara cepat, tepat dan akurat serta data laporan keuangan dapat disimpan dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan aplikasi ini adalah Object Oriented Programming (OOP) dengan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) dalam analisis perancangan sistem. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah berupa rancangan sistem informasi akuntansi yang dapat mempermudah pencatatan transaksi keuangan yang dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah.

Abstract

Industri jamur adalah salah satu sektor yang belum banyak terekspos media. Pelaku usaha industri ini yang berlokasi di Nagari Limau Manih Padang, merasa bingung bagaimana cara untuk mempromosikan produk yang mereka hasilkan. Melalui kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini, pelaku usaha industry jamur diberikan pelatihan mendesain video produk sebagai media promosi. Kegiatan pelatihan dihadiri oleh 22 orang peserta dan mendapatkan hasil evaluasi yang baik dari peserta. Rata-rata nilai evaluasi yang diberikan oleh peserta adalah 4,7 dari 5, baik dari segi materi maupun fasilitator. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan adanya peningkatan penjualan dan popularitas produk jamur di Nagari Limau Manih Padang. Melalui kegiatan pelatihan ini juga diharapkan mampu menguatkan ekonomi local dan membantu usaha kecil dan menengah di wilayah ini.
