Abstract

In the digital and global era, literacy, numeracy, and technology skills have become essential in education. SMP Bina Budi Luhur has implemented a program that integrates these three aspects to improve the quality of student education. The program aims to improve students' basic skills in literacy, numeracy, and digital literacy to prepare them for increasingly complex future challenges. The method used in this program involves a comprehensive and needs-based approach, where the program is tailored to students' initial abilities and school conditions. The findings show a significant increase in literacy skills by twenty percent, numeracy by fifteen percent, and digital literacy by twenty percent. In conclusion, this program successfully improves students' basic skills holistically, despite challenges in its implementation, such as consistency and student motivation. The success of this program demonstrates the importance of an integrative and personalized approach in education.
