Abstract

Community service programs is one of the three core services (Tri Darma) which is coordinated by LPM of the University of Lampung. Since there are large number of lectures who follow LPM Program, it is needed to have a special strategy for  providing a means of dissemination of information to them. One of the technologies that are very popular among cell phone users is SMS (Short Message Service). The natures of SMS are practical, economical, and efficient to deliver information. SMS is a technology that is used by many people. It is also relatively cheap for message delivery. In this research, Information dissemination system with SMS Gateway is implemented using Gammu and is combined with PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of the implementation of the system is helpful and easy for lectureres to obtain information about the program of community service where they are joined to.Keywords: Gammu, LPM, MySQL, PHP, SMS (Short  Message Service), SMS Gateway.

Abstract

Abstract - Business Organizations and Government unequivocally relies on upon data to deal with their business operations. The most unfavorable impact on association is disappointment of friendship, goodness, trustworthiness, legitimacy and probability of data and administrations. There is an approach to ensure data and to deal with the IT framework's Security inside association. Each time the new innovation is made, it presents some new difficulties for the insurance of information and data. To secure the information and data in association is imperative on the grounds that association nowadays inside and remotely joined with systems of IT frameworks. IT structures are inclined to dissatisfaction and security infringement because of slips and vulnerabilities. These slips and vulnerabilities can be brought on by different variables, for example, quickly creating headway, human slip, poor key particulars, poor movement schedules or censuring the threat. Likewise, framework changes, new deserts and new strikes are a huge piece of the time displayed, which helpers augmented vulnerabilities, disappointments and security infringement all through the IT structure life cycle. Abstract

Abstract – An implementation of information technology in an organization or an institution in the business process is a very valuable asset, where the role of information technology is able to change the performance of the workers or even the employees in an organization. Significant role of information technology is certainly to be balanced with appropriate governance and management, so that the losses that might occur can be avoided or minimized as much as possible it is necessary to audit the Information Technology (IT). This study describes how to conduct an audit of Information Technology (IT) Governance at using COBIT 4.1 framework. The purpose of this study is to assess the performance of Information Technology (IT) Governance using COBIT 4.1 framework to produce recommendations and improvements of Information Technology (IT) Governance in STMIK Lombok. The process of auditing Information Technology (IT) Governance at Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer (STMIK) Lombok is analyzed using COBIT 4.1 standard. Phase evaluation of Information Technology (IT) Governance by COBIT 4.1 default in five stages, such as identification of Business Goals, identification of Information Technology (IT) Goals, identification of Information Technology (IT) Process, Control Objectives identification and calculation of Maturity Level. With the audit of Information Technology (IT) Governance at Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer (STMIK) Lombok then obtained performance assessment of on going information technology process and recommendations for improvement of Information Technology (IT) Governance. Keywords: STMIK Lombok, Audit, Information Technology (IT) Governance, COBIT.4.1.   Abstrak – Penerapan teknologi informasi pada sebuah organisasi atau dalam proses bisnis suatu instansi adalah aset yang sangat berharga, dimana peranan teknologi informasi mampu mengubah kinerja para pekerja atau bahkan karyawan dalam sebuah organisasi. Peranan teknologi informasi yang signifikan ini tentu harus diimbangi dengan pengaturan dan pengelolaan yang tepat, sehingga kerugian-kerugian yang mungkin akan terjadi dapat dihindari atau diminimalisir semaksimal mungkin maka diperlukan audit Teknologi Informasi (TI). Penelitian ini memaparkan bagaimana melakukan audit Information Technology (IT) Governance pada Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer (STMIK) Lombok menggunakan framework COBIT 4.1. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menilai kinerja Information Technology (IT) Governance menggunakan framework COBIT 4.1 sehingga menghasilkan rekomendasi dan perbaikan Information Technology (IT) Governance di STMIK Lombok.   Proses audit Information Technology (IT) Governance di STMIK Lombok dilakukan menggunakan standar COBIT 4.1. Tahap evaluasi Information Technology (IT) Governance menurut standar COBIT 4.1 ada 5 tahap yakni identifikasi Business Goals, identifikasi Information Technology (IT) Goals, identifikasi Information Technology (IT) Process, identifikasi Control Objectives, dan perhitungan Maturity Level. Dengan dilakukannya audit Information Technology (IT) Governance pada Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer (STMIK) Lombok maka didapatkan penilaian kinerja dari proses teknologi informasi yang sedang berjalan  serta rekomendasi perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas Information Technology (IT) Governance. Abstract

AbstrakBSI sebagai salah satu kampus yang memanfaatkan ICT dalam bidang pendidikan terbukti telah meraih penghargaan TESCA (Telkom Smart Campus) pada tahun 2014 dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu akademik dan semakin mendapatkan kepercayaan dari masyarakat. Peningkatan mutu akademik melalui pemanfaatan TIK selaras dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini. Sistem Informasi Akademik yang telah diimplementasikan menjadi pendorong dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu, namun seiring perkembangan kebutuhan akademik yang  bertambah, dibutuhkan analisa untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan layanan website yang diharapkan mampu mendongkrak pelayanan maksimal kepada semua komponen di lingkungan akademi BSI. Penelitian ini berfokus pada kepuasan pengguna website Students.bsi.ac.id melalui dimensi Webqual 4.0 Modifikasi (Usability, Information, Service Interaction, dan User Interface) yang kemudian dilakukan analisa dengan metode Customer Satisfaction Index untuk mengetahui kriteria kepuasan pada pelayanan. Hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan skala CSI 0.97 atau 97.15% dengan nilai kriteria sangat puas.Kata Kunci: ICT, webqual, sistem informasi, kepuasan, kualitas layanan  AbstractBSI as one campus utilizing ICT in education is proven to have been awarded TESCA (Telkom Smart Campus) in 2014 in an attempt to improve the quality of academic and increasingly gain the trust of the community. Academic quality improvement through ICT utilization in tune with current technological developments. Academic information system that has been implemented into a driving force in an attempt to improve the quality, but as the development of the academic requirements increased, the required analysis to measure the level of satisfaction of the website services are expected to boost the maximum services to all components of the neighborhood Academy of BSI. This research focuses on the satisfaction of website users Students.bsi.ac.id via dimensional Webqual 4.0 Modifications (Usability, Information, Service Interaction, and User Interface) which is then done by the method of analysis of the Customer Satisfaction Index to know the criteria of customer satisfaction on service. The results of the testing that has been done is obtained the scale CSI 0.97 or 97.15% very satisfied criteria value.Keywords: ICT, webqual, information systems, satisfaction, service quality

Abstract

Sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu industri jasa terbesar saat ini yang secara nyata mampu mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi global. Berbagai macam tujuan orang untuk melakukan perjalanan wisata seperti halnya sekedar bersenang-senang, melihat peninggalan-peninggalan sejarah dan prasejarah, event-event tertentu, keindahan alam, perjalanan agama dan lain sebagainya. Indonesia memiliki potensi SDA (sumber daya alam) yang sangat banyak, khususnya di sektor kepariwisataan baik dari segi objek dan daya tarik wisata, keramah tamahan masyarakat serta tersedianya sarana dan prasarana sebagai faktor penting dalam memajukan sector pariwisata tersebut. Namun kekayaan SDA tersebut banyak yang belum kita optimalkan. Salah satunya adalah bidang promosi pariwisata. Maka dari itu penulis tertarik untuk menganalisa pemanfaatan ICT untuk mempromosikan bidang pariwisata ini. Dan dengan kemajuan ICT yang sangat pesat dewasa ini, internet/web kini merupakan  salah satu wahana yang potensial untuk mempromosikan pariwisata di tanah air. Diharapkan penelitian ini sebagai bahan referensi bagi para pengelola web khususnya untuk lebih mengoptimalkan isi web secara keseluruhan dalam hal promosi di bidang pariwisata.   Keywords: ICT, internet, wisata, promosi, pariwisata.

Abstract

Abstrak - Salah satu aspek penting dalam dunia perjalanan adalah memberikan informasi mengenai pengalaman-pengalaman unik yang menyenangkan melalui layanan inovatif dan prima, yang didukung dengan data yang dapat dipercaya dan dapat diakses secara langsung. Oleh karena itu banyak biro perjalanan yang mulai sadar akan pemakaian penggunaan teknologi komputer dalam menjalankan aktivitas organisasi, termasuk juga PT. Indonesia Super Holiday sebagai salah satu biro perjalanan.PT. Inonesia Super Holiday menjadikannya teknologi komputer sebagai salah satu faktor yang penting dalam kegiatan mengeksploitasi pengetahuan tentang tempat wisata dunia, administrasi, dan pelayanan kepada stakeholder dalam hal ini adalah pelanggan. Oleh karena itu sebagai wujud tanggung jawab atas kepuasan stakeholdernya maka PT. Indonesia Super Holiday menerapkan suatu sistem informasi yang diberi nama Customer Information Services (CIS) sebagai salah satu modelnya. Dengan adanya CIS di PT. Abstract

Input and advice is one important part of the application site, in order to assess and improve a quality and quality, Reading reviews helps consumers choose the best hotels, help companies and developers to monitor user satisfaction to improve the quality and quantity of features and services, read as a whole and in manual can spend quite a long time, if read at a glance, the information is not delivered perfectly. This study analyzes the user sentiment Agoda Hotels by automatically classifying reviews for a positive or negative opinion. To improve the accuracy of Naïve Bayes methods Feature Selection, Information Gain and genetic algorithms. This model was evaluated using 10 Fold Cross Validation. Measurements were made with the Confusion Matrix and the ROC curve, comparing accuracy before and after the addition of feature selection methods. The results showed an increase in accuracy, 60.50% to 83.00%.

Abstract

The problems of Indonesian sea transportation are seriously need to reveal and solve. Eventhough, the government has a significant role managing the organisation at the executive, managerial, and operational level. They are needed performing of regulations, strategic policy, law arrangements, data and information management, company culture, business process supervision, and functional activities on-the-spot. This research used a system improvement objective that is causal effect analyses, system objectives, and constraints. The data are collected through document studies, interviews, meetings, and discussions. The confirmation and verifications of models were conducted using Focus Group Discussion. The results of analysis indicate that three main problems are structural organisation (executive, management, and operational level), regulations, and integrated of information system. Based on Critical Success Factors, the main barriers were regulations, policies, political will, bureaucracy, organisational governance, infrastructure, and an integrated system. Specifically, the model of value chain and an integrated of information system architecture are recommended.

Abstract

Dissemination methods of tsunami Information in Cilacap uses voice and siren. There are some constraints on the methods, especially in social aspects for particular society. Utilization of electronic information board is one of alternative solutions that can be offered to the society in responding tsunami information or warning. In this paper, a wireless electronic information board is designed to display the tsunami disaster warning visually. In normal condition or when there is no disaster, the information board can be utilized to display the information about evacuation procedure. The proposed electronic information board is implemented in multicolor using three sets of LED dot matrix panel P10 which have 32 x 16 pixels resolution and is controlled using microcontroller. The result showed that this device was capable to show the tsunami information such as “Status Awas”, “Status Siaga”, “Status Waspada”, and “Evacuation Route”.

Abstract

In this study, we developed a document for managing Information Technology suppliers in hospitals. This document is used to ensure the proper management of IT suppliers in the hospital. Products and services in Information Technology have characteristics and specifications that are always up to date, making it difficult for non-IT people to understand. Hospitals whose main business in the health sector is often lack of human resources who understand IT. Observations and interviews were conducted in Indonesian hospital, to identify the characteristics and problems in supplier management. Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies (COBIT), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and government regulations on supplier management were reviewed and combined as a benchmark and guidance on how supplier management activities are carried out. The result of the process is a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document.    The parties involved in the supplier management process have evaluated the SOP document. From the results of the study, it is known that currently, the hospital is still focused on procedures procurement of goods and services that are government regulated. This study proposes some new activities that are not currently done by the hospital.
