Indonesia as an archipelago that lies in meeting the world's three major plates of the Australian Plate, Eurasian, and Pacific lead this country susceptible to earthquakes. Therefore, the need for reliable earthquake information is required. For portability problem, one way to get earthquake information is to use portable devices such as mobile, laptop or the tablets. Android as an operating system that can be embedded in portable devices, can also be installed a variety of applications required by users. At the end of this project developed an application of information and maps of earthquake locations named Geumpa. This application is expected to be an alternative as an option for use applications on the Android â€“ based devices, especially for users of Android in Indonesia because Indonesia lies that include prone to earthquake.Â Keywords: Android, Applications Earthquake Information, Earthquake Location Map, Geumpa

This system is designed for Direct Field Operational Control section (Teknik Oman) of Plasa Telkom Sabang. This system is able to store and easily search costumer data and present it in detail computationally. According to the result of analysis that had been conducted in the Teknik Oman section of Plasa Telkom Sabang, it can be concluded that this information system can facilitate the process of costumer data modification, like adding, editing, erasing, searching and printing all available costumer data. Land is an area on the surface of the earth that can produce natural resources for the development of agricultural enterprises. The original income of the district in Aceh Besar comes partly from the agricultural sector, the Land Potential Index has significant significance in its utilization. Land use should be in accordance with the potential land owned on each land. This research uses five parameters in determining Index of Land Potency (IPL) that is slope of slope, rock type (lithology), soil type, rainfall and flood disaster. This research uses blinded and overlapping methods. The result of this research is map of land potential index of Aceh Besar Regency. The map produces five potential classes of land consisting of very low grade, low grade, middle class, high class, and very high class. From the research result, it is found that the area with very low land potential is 4.31%, the area with low land potential is 52.90%, the area with the medium potential is 22.66%, the area with high land potential is 6 , 97% and area with very high land potential that is equal to 13,17%. Sub-districts with the highest widest potential land index in Aceh Besar District are located in Seulimeum, Indrapuri, Kuta Baro and Montasik sub-districts with 4,299.68 ha, 3,938.37 ha, 3,146,23 ha and 3,070,03 ha respectively.Keywords: land potential, geographic Information system, overlapping

1-3% of the Indonesia population range suffer mental retardation, the incidence is difficult to know because the mental retardation sometimes not recognized until the mid-age children where retardasinya still being float. The highest incidence come about children aged 10 to 14 years. Mental Retardation blew to men about 1,5 times more than women. This research aim to find out the relationship of information and mothers’ education toward children mental retardation treatment in Primary Disability School. This research is Analyticsurvey, that used cross-sectional approach, population in this studywereallmothers of childrenwith mentalretardationPrimary Disability School(SDLB) in LabuyBandaAceh. The result of this research is a significant relationship between the information of children with mental retardation treatment in Primary Disability School(SDLB) in LabuyBandaAceh 2014(p value =0.040). There is a significant relationship between the education of children with mental retardation treatment in Primary Disability School(SDLB) in LabuyBandaAceh 2014 (p value=0,011).Keyword: Information, Education, and Mental Reterdation

The Information has not become knowledge until it has a value for the users, that is the reason we need knowledge management (KM) as the contents in digital library and institutional repository. Knowledge management (KM) refers to the tools, technologies, practices and cognitive.Â Knowledge management (KM) is a capability that manages an organizationâs knowledge, systematic processes for acquiring, organizing, sustaining, applying, sharing and renewing both tacit and explicit knowledge to enhance organizational performance and create a value. Digital library and institutional repository is a managed knowledge as a collection in digital format for knowledge information sharing. The objective of this paper is to explain web-based digital library and web-based institutional repository as a knowledge management to assist sharing knowledge information for supporting information literacy. The web-based consists of contents full text information, user friendly searching, and services. This study used web-based of digital library and institutional repository data by searching on internet and it is qualitative descriptive. The judgment is based on whether the contents are fully texted or not fully texted. The fully texted indicates that the contents can support sharing knowledge or the other way around. It shows that the content of digital library and institutional repository for encouraging is to develop information literacy skill. It can be viewed from digital library and institutional repository as an alternative study e-learning that collaborates between teachers, librarians, and people who are capable in knowledge management for supporting information literacy. It can be concluded that digital library and institutional repository must have information literacy

Studentâs magister is one of user library university of Indonesia those who need information regarding duty as carried out college. With different backgrounds students as, made they need facilities sources of information easy and efficient. The library University of Indonesia the provision of information service, including service online reference to access the international journal address URL through: http: // remote-lib.ui.ac.id (EZProxy to access international journals). This service is facilities remote access, connected with resource at a network central from one location. Students can access journal electronic wherever and anytime simply by making log-in through single sign on. Synthesis a problem in this research is to find how the facility of an EZProxy ui by student magister library and science university of Indonesia? For the purpose to get the facility of a remote lib ui to access the international journal of student magister library science. The result of this research can be a useful tool as input to studentâs library science to develop study would check in the field of library services. Research locations in university Indonesia, election student magister library science, because have a background various activity. With a population of consists of 25 students. And techniques the sample collection by using non probability of sampling with the methods purposive sampling. The sample in this research were informants ever use the service of EZProxy (http: // remote-lib.ui.ac.id) at least once. The majority of informants interviewed 4 people with distribution 2 men and women 2. Technique the data collection was done in two ways that is observation and interview. The next step is to analyzed data. Analysis of data done by means of transcrip the results of interviews, then the data reduced, presentation of data and the withdrawal of conclusion. This research result indicates that the utilization of EZProxy to access international journals by student magister library of science university of Indonesia based on (1) ease in search of articles the international journal, (2) are provided free of charge by a library university of Indonesia so it is more efficient. (3) Can be accessed wherever and anytime, (4) the utilization is very easy, not convoluted (5) Simple, summarized in one online database. So users not get confused. This study aims to understand the public health information behavior in the vicinity of flood prone area by examining 1) The public health information behavior in identifying diseases that may occur because of a flood. 2) The information behavior in finding health information solution required for dealing with diseases that may occur because of a flood. 3) The public health information behavior in determining health information sources which is used. 4) The public health information behavior in making use of health information for diseases that may occur because of a flood. 5) The public health information behavior in making use of health institution to satisfy its information needs. 6) The publicÂ health information behaviorÂ in flood prone area. The method used in this research is qualitative method supported by Case Study approach. In this research, we analyze data obtained from Focus Group Discussion (FGD) conducted by 11 informants and in-depth interview with 20 interviewees Â that are competent with this research research for triangulation. The result of this research reveals that people living in the flood prone area vicinity in Baleendah Village, Andir Village, Dayeuh Kolot Village and Bojongsoang Village, Bandung Regency (1) identify the potential of a flood disease based on their experience and identification during a flood (2) search for health information solution required for overcoming disease potential because of a flood by asking directly to a doctor or health center staff or volunteers during a flood. For psychological problem, usually people consult with religious leader, although Social Agency provice service to overcome this problem. (3) The main information source used is one that is informed by the health center or village midwife. (4) People use health information to help healing process when they get sick during the disaster. Health information obtained when a flood does not happen is only for adding insights. (5) Health Agency through health center and village midwife are actively involved to give health counseling to the public on various occasions. Those five things influence The public health information behavior in the flood prone area.

This research studied on The Posyandu Roles as Mothers and Children Health Information Center in Narawita Village Cicalengka County Bandung Regency. With objectives to find out community perceptions toward the Posyandu (center of integrated health services) Programs, its roles in improving health quality of mothers and children, and the Posyandu as an information center for communities, this study used qualitative method and data are gathered through interviews, observations, focus group discussion, and a literature study. The respondents are Posyandu cadres, the Village PKK (family welfare program) cadres, medical practitioners, and the posyandu members. The results show that the communities perceptions toward Posyandu Programs are adequately positive, Posyandu has important roles in improving the health of mothers and children through health service processes, and Posyandu has became as a community health information center.
