Abstract

Kota Tua merupakan salah satu tujuan wisatawan domestik maupun mancanegara. hal ini dikarenakan banyak sekali sejarah tentang kota jakarta sendiri sehingga pengunjung mendapatkan edukasi khususnya generasi muda dan wisatawan mancanegara. Tempat ini juga memiliki spot-spot yang bagus untuk selfie dengan gaya arsitektur kolonial Belanda yang sangat dominan. Untuk menunjang kedatangan wisatawan maka dibangun  TIC  yang bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi kepada wisatawan yang belum mengetahui daerah tersebut. Pembangunan TIC ini harus memperhatikan lingkungan sekitar, termasuk bangunan heritage yang biasanya dirobohkan jika ada bangunan tambahan. Kemudian digunakan metode Insertion yang berfungsi untuk menghindari pembongkaran bangunan di sekitarnya, terutama bangunan cagar budaya yang memiliki nilai sejarah tinggi. Maka tujuan dari pembuatan makalah ini adalah untuk memperkaya desain pada area tersebut agar lebih vital dengan menggunakan metode insertion

Abstract

In 2022, Indonesia assumed leadership of the G20 Presidency. The subject "Recover Together, Recover Stronger" was selected, emphasizing the significance of coordinating economic and development policies. The primary concerns addressed included climate risk, the transition to a low-carbon economy, and sustainable financing. The Financial Services Authority (OJK) initiated the Indonesian Green Taxonomy as a framework for green economic activities and unveiled the Sustainable Finance Roadmap 2021–2025. This research investigates the impact of sustainability report disclosure, profitability, and the Capital Adequacy Ratio on the value of banking firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2022. The study examines the influence of sustainability report disclosure, profitability, and Capital Adequacy Ratio on business value. The study employed a quantitative methodology and utilized secondary data from the annual report. The sample comprises 92 financial institutions, with the examined variables including the Sustainability Disclosure Reporting Index (SDRI), Return on Assets (ROA), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and price-to-book value (PBV) as an indicator of company value. Data were analyzed with SPSS 25. The findings indicate that sustainability report disclosure and ROA adversely impact business value, however CAR has a beneficial correlation with firm value. This study offers empirical data about the significance of sustainability reporting and financial performance in assessing business value within Indonesia's banking industry. This research highlights the significance of non-financial information in investment decisions and enhances the literature on sustainable finance and corporate governance.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic had a significant impact on education in nursing programs. Changes in the learning system were followed by changes in learning methods and information technology as a means of support. In fact, mastery of learning methods and information technology support is still not optimal. To improve students’ cognitive, affective, and psychomotor capacities, lecturers must grasp numerous learning approaches and information technology. This study aimed to examine the relationship of mastery of online learning methods and information technology assistance with nursing students’ cognitive, emotional, and psychomotor capacities in Indonesia. The design of this study was a cross-sectional internet-based survey. The instrument was an online questionnaire using a Google Docs form. The sample size was 582 participants. Simple random sampling was used as the sampling technique. Statistical analysis used Pearson’s correlation test. In terms of education level, the results of the research show that the majority of the participants are from the diploma level (44.2%), followed by undergraduate (26.1%), professional nursing (18.6%), master (8.8%), specialist (1.4%), and doctoral (1.0%). A significant relationship (p < 0.05) was found between mastery of online learning methods and information technology support and cognitive and psychomotor abilities in a positive direction. No relationship was found with affective abilities. Mastery of learning methods and information technology support were correlated with the achievement of cognitive and psychomotor abilities. Specific online learning methods are needed to achieve students’ effective abilities. Keywords: COVID-19, information technology, learning methods, nursing, pandemic   Abstrak Hubungan Pembelajaran Online dan Teknologi Informasi dengan Kemampuan Kognitif, Afektif, dan Psikomotor. Pandemi COVID-19 berdampak buruk pada pendidikan di program studi keperawatan. Perubahan sistem pembelajaran diikuti dengan perubahan metode pembelajaran dan teknologi informasi sebagai sarana penunjang. Kenyataannya, penguasaan metode pembelajaran dan dukungan teknologi informasi masih belum optimal. Dosen dituntut menguasai berbagai metode pembelajaran dan teknologi informasi untuk mencapai kemampuan kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengetahui hubungan antara penguasaan metode pembelajaran online dengan dukungan teknologi informasi terhadap kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik kemampuan mahasiswa keperawatan di Indonesia. Desain penelitian ini adalah survei cross sectional berbasis internet, prosedur penelitian ini yaitu dengan mengirimkan kuesioner melalui aplikasi Google Docs. Besar sampel sebanyak 582 partisipan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji Korelasi Pearson. Hasil penelitian partisipan dari jenjang diploma 44,2%, sarjana 26,1%, perawat profesional 18,6%, magister 8,8%, spesialis 1,4%, dan doktor 1,0%. Ada hubungan yang signifikan (p-value < 0,05) antara penguasaan metode pembelajaran online dan dukungan teknologi informasi dengan kemampuan kognitif dan psikomotorik dalam arah yang positif, dan tidak ada hubungan dengan kemampuan afektif. Penguasaan metode pembelajaran dan dukungan teknologi informasi berhubungan dengan pencapaian kemampuan kognitif dan psikomotorik. Metode pembelajaran online khusus diperlukan untuk mencapai kemampuan efektif mahasiswa. Kata Kunci: COVID-19, keperawatan, metode pembelajaran, pandemi, teknologi informasi

Abstract

According to the Presidential Decree, central and local governments must implement electronic-based government systems or sistem pemerintahan berbasis elektronik (SPBE). However, the independent implementations have created various similar applications to support the same field of governmental activities. The situation creates difficulties in achieving effectiveness, integration, sustainability, efficiency, accountability, interoperability, and security of governmental services. Therefore, a common application will be developed for each governmental activity to improve interoperability and data integration. On the other hand, central or local governments must consider the suitable implementation of their public service information systems. This manuscript guides the determination of alternatives using cost, benefit, and risk analysis. We use the proposed guidance for a case study because sistem pengelolaan pengaduan pelayanan publik nasional-layanan aspirasi dan pengaduan online rakyat (SP4N-LAPOR!) has been regulated as the common application for Public Service Complaints Management using PermenPANRB No. 680, 2020. The application of the proposed guidance shows that it can help the stakeholder quantitatively decide on an alternative implementation of the application for the public service complaints management system.

Abstract

Developments in digital transformation and information technology have led to the transformation of society into an information society. The government needs to leverage government social media, which utilizes information and communication technologies (ICT), to disseminate effective, affordable, and up-to-date public information to the public. As a result, the purpose of this research is to explore the use of government social media as an information source. A survey of 263 respondents was collected through questionnaires. The research analysis employed in this study was descriptive statistics. The findings illustrate that Instagram is the most frequently used social media platform by citizens to search for public information. It was found that in the last four years, the number of new followers on the government's Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube accounts has increased, with most of the new followers coming in the last 1-2 years. Most respondents who follow the government's Instagram and Twitter mentioned general information and education/scholarship information as their reasons for following. The government's Facebook followers mostly chose general and health/pandemic information. Meanwhile, government YouTube followers do so for education/scholarship information and health/pandemic information.

Abstract

Every communication program has a strategy to ensure its success. As is the case with the Family Planning (Keluarga Berencana a.k.a KB) communication program initiated in the Haryono Suyono era. The program has become a spotlight in the world that Indonesia is able to control the birth rate. The purpose of this paper is to find out what the implementation of the Haryono era family planning communication program looks like, how it is evaluated, and if it is implemented in the current era, is it possible. The data collection method uses direct interview techniques. Thus, this paper uses a qualitative approach. It can be concluded that the implementation of the family planning program run by Haryono Suyono uses 3 (three) principles, namely (1) forming and maintaining a personal and humanist communication network, (2) setting and maintaining communication targets through simple messages, (3) the time dimension. Communicators need to maintain their reputation and have the authority and support to carry out family planning communication programs. Thus, the implementation of the program can be efficient and effective.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to design the flow of the e-budgeting system to develop the village financial system, as well as to increase transparency and accountability of the web-based budget system and minimize the occurrence of corruption loopholes in the village. Method: The design system uses the waterfall method to analyze a model systematically. The model development step starts with the design of the system, database, menu structure, and interface. The design of the e-budget information system is built using PHP and MySQL programming in the form of web-based applications. Results: This study developed a web-based e-budgeting application using the waterfall method to manage village finances. The online system increases flexibility, allowing access from any device. It runs smoothly on computers, with all menus functioning as designed, and is expected to simplify village financial management. Limitations: The researchers’ capability in designing the system is not optimal, as the researchers do not have the basis of informatics engineering, so the results obtained and delivered are not too detailed. Contributions: This system is expected to be useful to facilitate the process of financial management at the village government level. Novelty: The novelty of this study lies in the design of a village e-budgeting system with features like automatic Standard Unit Price calculation, automated tax management, and tracking of village income (PADes) for transparency. This application aims to enhance financial management, ensuring transparency and accountability in the village.

Abstract

The management of student academic data often faces challenges due to the reliance on manual processes, which are susceptible to errors and inefficiencies. This study was conducted to design and implement a web-based academic information system aimed at improving the efficiency and accuracy of managing academic data in educational institutions. The development process employed the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, chosen for its iterative and flexible approach, which allows for quick prototyping and feedback integration. Black box testing was used to ensure the system's functionality meets the required specifications and operates effectively under various conditions. User testing results showed that 80% of users rated the system as highly effective, citing its ease of use, real-time data access, and streamlined workflows. The remaining 20% rated the system as effective, highlighting its ability to improve overall academic data monitoring. The system enables students, teachers, and parents to access and monitor academic information efficiently, fostering better communication and decision-making. Furthermore, the findings underscore the system's ability to minimize data errors, enhance the quality of educational services, and contribute to the broader digital transformation of the education sector. This research demonstrates the feasibility and significant impact of implementing web-based solutions in modern educational settings, paving the way for further innovation and adoption of technology in education.

Abstract

Good and correct use of Indonesian in medical record and health information class 1B The research results show that there are several obstacles to the good and correct use of Indonesian in medical record and health information class 1B,, including slang, regional languages ​​and habits. The conclusion is that language is very important for everyone, especially for us as students. The research results show that language use in the campus environment largely depends on the situation and conditions. If we are in a formal environment, we will speak directly, politely, politely, and effectively and efficiently to maintain Indonesian. However, it is different when we are in an informal environment, such as hanging out with classmates using language that is easy to understand.
