Abstract

The Web-Based Teacher Attendance Information System Using RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) Cards at SMPN 2 Sukahening Tasikmalaya aims to improve the efficiency and accuracy of teacher attendance recording. Currently, the attendance system at SMPN 2 Sukahening is still conducted manually, which is prone to errors, inefficient, and difficult to monitor in real-time. This research proposes the development of a web-based attendance system integrated with RFID technology to address these issues. The system is designed using PHP programming language, MySQL database, and hardware components such as RFID cards and RFID Reader. The system development method used is the Waterfall method, which includes stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The results show that the system is capable of automatically recording teacher attendance, providing accurate attendance data, and enabling real-time monitoring through a web-based platform. This system is expected to enhance transparency, efficiency, and accuracy in managing teacher attendance at SMPN 2 Sukahening.

Abstract

The spread of misinformation about HIV/AIDS can cause misperceptions among the community. The community has a higher tendency to stigmatize people with HIV/AIDS (ODHA). Objective: To analyze the factors that are barriers to accessing accurate information about HIV/AIDS. Method: The research design usescross-sectionalwith data from the 2017 Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey. Bivariate data analysis using chi-squareand multivariate analysis with logistic regression. The sample used for this study was 8,838 respondents. The independent variables in this study were age, gender, education level, employment status, place of residence, wealth index, internet usage, and sources of information from the community. Results: The results of this study indicate that factors that are obstacles in accessing accurate information about HIV include age (OR = 0.948; 95% Cl = 0.909-0.988), education level (OR = 3.986; 95% Cl = 3.557-4.466), place of residence (OR = 0.374; 95% Cl = 0.326-0.429), wealth index (OR = 1.518; 95% Cl = 1.441-1.599) and internet use (OR = 1.419; 95% Cl = 1.229-1.552) are more at risk than others. The conclusion of this study is that the inaccuracy of information received by the community about HIV/AIDS is still high, there are several factors that influence this condition. Conclusions: The most dominant factors related to the spread of inaccurate information are the variables of age, education level, place of residence, wealth index and internet usage. While the variables of gender and employment status do not have a significant relationship.

Abstract

This study aims to describe Generation Z's perceptions of communication ethics in delivering messages on social media. Using a quantitative approach, the research was conducted with active students at Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (UNY). The study employed multistage sampling, selecting 394 students from eight faculties: FIPP, FISHIPOL, FIKK, FT, FMIPA, FBSB, FEB, and FV. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. The validity test indicated that six out of 32 items were invalid, leaving 26 valid items for further analysis. The reliability test yielded a coefficient of 0.858, signifying high reliability. Descriptive percentage statistical techniques were used for data analysis. Results showed that 51% of students had a high perception of communication ethics, while 49% had a low perception. Key aspects of communication ethics assessed included politeness in language, avoiding emotional triggers, caution in posting information, refraining from offensive content related to ethnicity, religion, race, and inter-group relations, and discretion in sharing personal photos. The study concludes that although most students display ethical awareness in their social media communication, nearly half still need improvement. It recommends enhancing educational programs and awareness initiatives to promote stronger ethical practices among Generation Z.

Abstract

The information system at Payaman Village Posyandu is currently still done manually by recording data using paper, making it vulnerable to errors in data processing and storage. This approach is less efficient, especially in managing registration data for toddlers and the elderly, as well as recording health history which is often not well documented. To overcome this problem, a website-based information system was developed which aims to increase efficiency and accuracy in the Posyandu administration process. This system is designed to make it easier to register participants, monitor the growth of toddlers and the health of the elderly in a more structured and well documented manner and carried out well by staff. The main users of this system are posyandu officers and village midwives who have access to health data and patient examination history. This system was built using the Waterfall software development method, with PHP and MySQL-based technology as the database. This system allows online registration to be carried out by Posyandu officers, central management of health data, and automatic creation of health history recapitulation reports. With this system, the Posyandu service process can be carried out more effectively, efficiently and transparently. In addition, the data stored in the system can be used for more accurate analysis of village community health. The implementation of this system is expected to improve the quality of health services at the Payaman Village Posyandu, reduce the risk of recording errors, and provide benefits for health workers in monitoring patient conditions on an ongoing basis.

Abstract

Introduction: Adolescents with all their characteristics make them are vulnerable to reproductive health problems. Parents have the responsibility to provide reproductive health information to adolescents, but 52.67% of parents have not conveyed it. Aims: This study aimed to analyze the factors that most influence parent-to-adolescent communication regarding reproductive health. Methods: This type of research uses cross-sectional, which was conducted offline in 2022 in Jrakah Boyolali Village. The population of this study was 422 parents of teenagers, and the sample was 230 parents with adolescents aged 11-19 years. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling. Data collection was carried out using validated instruments. The independent variables were communication patterns, joint activities, and adolescents’ self-disclosure, with parents' behavior in providing reproductive health information as the dependent variable. Data analysis was carried out with multiple logistic regression tests, with a significance level of 5%. Results: The study found that adolescent self-disclosure to their parents was the most influential factor in the provision of reproductive health information by parents to their adolescent children (OR=2.537 (95% CI OR:1.423-4.522). Parents with teenagers who are less open about telling their parents can increase the risk 2.537 times of not communicating reproductive health to teenagers. Adolescents' openness to their parents can increase the closeness between parents and adolescents, making it more possible to discuss reproductive health between the two. Conclusion: Parents need to learn communication techniques with teenagers so that teenagers are not embarrassed to discuss things.

Abstract

SIMBA is a web-based application that is currently being updated with technological advances that have been adjusted to the needs of Amil Zakat institutions nationally. SIMBA can present financial statements that comply with Zakat accounting standards (PSAK 109). However, SIMBA has yet to be used optimally to present financial statements. This study aims to analyse the factors that influence users to use SIMBA. The research was conducted at BAZNAS in East Kalimantan using TAM, which was extended with the SEM-PLS equation model with the SmartPLS v.4 programme. Data was taken from as many as 48 respondents through questionnaires distributed online. This research wants to emphasize the importance of the habit and system quality factors. Although the habit factor is individual in nature, organizations can still intervene, for example through training and improving the quality of human resources to be able to implement the application. Meanwhile, System Quality is because the SIMBA system is basically Top Down, so BAZNAS cannot do anything and only accepts it.
