Abstract

Kota Dalom is a village in Way Lima District, Pesawaran Regency - Lampung Province. So far, the administrative service system in Kota Dalom village uses services in the form of manual information systems, services carried out by a village official. Some of the problems faced by this server system are difficult and slow in the process. Meanwhile, the community wants friendly, fast, and effective services. So that village officials need a village administrative information system that can help with making letters, recording letters, making KTPs and KKs, as well as a complete reporting feature to facilitate the performance of these village officials. The making of this correspondence system is intended to make it easier for officers and the public to make letters. In terms of efficiency and effectiveness in this system, namely, with this system the work of officers will be more concise, easy, fast to serve and not cause many queues. Making a web-based correspondence information system in the village of Kota Dalom was made to make it easier for users or the public to make letters of good conduct and certificates of domicile. The use of a web-based correspondence information system in Kota Dalom village is carried out by opening the Dalom City village website and then inputting the user's identity. The process of making correspondence in Kota Dalom Village is currently still using a manual system, which means it is still recorded in a ledger. As a result of a system that is still manual, it creates obstacles including the length of the data recording process, lack of employees, delays in letters and poor filing.

Abstract

Jakarta has 62 well-maintained museums but most are still conventional in the way that they mostly display objects or collections with accompanying written information and interactive media is still very limited.[1] In Indonesia, museum curators and managers need to be more creative in presenting objects and information to increase the number of visitors [2].The difficulty of luring visitors to museums has even became a national issue and problem:[1] the Indonesian government considers it as a matter that needs to be addressed. [3, 4] In 2010, the Association of Museums in Indonesia (AMI) and the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy declared it the Year of Visiting the Museum [5] as part of the National Movement to Love Museums, which lasted until 2014 [1]. The strategic efforts from the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy were then followed up with the introduction of national programs such as Revitalizing Indonesian Museum [5]. Museums should be a place to enhance the learning experience, sharing knowledge, as well as a place to study and conduct research [5]. Here, the museum is required not only as a means of public learning, but must also be able to support the development of study centers in universities [5]. Therefore, adding interactive media using Augmented Reality to Indonesian museums will increase the interest in learning about the local culture and heritage of Indonesia among the Indonesian population, especially students.

Abstract

Grocery stores are currently experiencing increasingly fierce competition in the business world, which makes business people have to think hard in formulating strategies to face competition. In formulating a profitable strategy, business people can take advantage of technology. The utilization of technology and information is also very necessary for an organization or company. This is necessary because the development of increasingly rapid and complex information systems will affect the processes and business developments that are currently running. Therefore, one way to meet business needs in accordance with the organization's business development is to develop an enterprise architecture that uses a methodology such as Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP). This methodology is a method used to approach data quality planning by looking at the business needs of the organization. The outputs produced are in accordance with the expected results and can describe stakeholder goals in describing plans to develop a system or set of systems. In this study, the author uses the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) method to support the business and plan to implement the architecture. The architecture here is like blueprints and drawings or models. The blueprint generated from the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) process will be used as a guide for the creation of a blueprint in strategic planning for the Management Information System and overall marketing at the Reymart store.

Abstract

Tax is a mandatory contribution to the state owed by an individual or entity that is coercive under the law, with no direct compensation, and used for state purposes. But many people still do not understand taxation, so some people, including taxpayers, need help or consultation from professional, that is Tax Consultants. However, in the digital era, there are still many people who are looking for tax consultants only through recommendations from colleagues or acquaintances. This designed system can help taxpayers in finding tax consultants using the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method, this method can provide tax consultant recommendations based on the selected criteria. Tests carried out on this system uses Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method based on data obtained from 89 respondents and processed using the Smart-PLS application. The test results found that the five hypotheses were well received because the value of the t-statistics in each assumption was more significant than the t-table value of 1.989 and the p-value smaller than 0.05. In addition, the percentage correlation value of the hypothesis shows that PEOU influences PU by 61%, PU and PEOU influence ATU by 62%, and PU and ATU affect BITU by 47%.
