Abstract

Based on the Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW) of Surabaya for the period 2010-2030, Mulyorejo Subdistrict is designated as a mangrove preservation area that integrates ponds and marshes ecosystems. However, the limited available land and diverse societal conditions have led to economic development focused on natural resources, such as shrimp ponds. In order to ensure responsible and sustainable fisheries and marine utilization, this research aims to analyze the land suitability of L. vannamei ponds in the Mulyorejo Subdistrict using a Geographic Information System (GIS), considering water quality, land use, and geophysics. The methodology employed a land suitability matrix based on scoring and weighting data for each parameter, processed using ArcGIS 10.2 software. Spatial analysis was conducted by overlaying the spatial data of all parameters. Attribute analysis involved summing the scores of all parameters and classifying them into three categories: good (score 81-100), medium (score 63-80), and bad (score 45-62). The obtained data included pH levels ranging from 6.78 to 8.86, salinity levels of 0-25 ppt, nitrate levels of 0.05-0.26 ppt, phosphate levels of 0.04-1.71, soil C/N ratio ranging from 1 to 16, soil types identified as typic epiaquepts and typic endoaquepts, temperature at 28.8°C, evaporation rate of 2.84-4.50 mm/day, annual rainfall of 1,776-2,201 mm, and land use categories comprising settlements, ponds, mangrove forests, and vacant land. Based on the research findings, the land suitability for white shrimp ponds in Mulyorejo Subdistrict covers an area of 425.18 hectares, with the largest portion located in Kalisari Village.

Abstract

Masjid berfungsi sebagai tempat ibadah sholat dan pusat kesejahteraan umat, sehingga diperlukan sistem pemetaan berbasis Web Geographic Information System (GIS) untuk mengetahui persebaran masjid di Kabupaten Sidoarjo yang mayoritas penduduknya beridentitas Nahdlatul Ulama. Peneletian ini menggunakan data spasial berupa titik koordinat lokasi masjid. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan data non spasial seperti nama masjid, alamat masjid, deskripsi masjid dan foto masjid. Pembuatan WebGIS pemetaan masjid yang berada di bawah naungan PCNU Sidoarjo ini menggunakan Leaflet Map sebagai peta dasar, menggunakan MySQL sebagai manajemen database dan menggunakan Framework Laravel yang memiliki komponen bahasa pemrograman berupa PHP, HTML, CSS, dan JavaScript yang digunakan untuk pengembangan Web dari sisi Front-end dan Back-end. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem pemetaan masjid berbasis WebGIS untuk PCNU Sidoarjo yang menyajikan lokasi, data masjid, fitur pencarian, dan penambahan data baru. Mosques function as places of prayer and welfare centres for the people, so a Web Geographic Information System (GIS) based mapping system is needed to determine the distribution of mosques in Sidoarjo Regency, where most of the population has the Nahdlatul Ulama identity. This research uses spatial data in the form of coordinates of mosque locations. This research also uses non-spatial data such as mosque names, addresses, descriptions, and photos. Creating a Web GIS for mapping mosques under the auspices of PCNU Sidoarjo uses Leaflet Map as a base map, MySQL as database management and the Laravel Framework, which has programming language components in the form of PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, which are used for Web development from the side. Front-end and Back-end. This research produces a Web GIS-based Mosque mapping system for PCNU Sidoarjo, which provides locations, mosque data, search features and the addition of new data.

Abstract

Managerial performance is defined as one of the important factors in a company, because increasing managerial performance is expected to improve company performance. Managerial performance obtained by managers is also a factor that can be used to increase company effectiveness, managerial performance shows management's ability to carry out management functions which are business activities, which of course always involve decision making. This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, organizational structure and information technology on managerial performance. The type of data used in this research is primary data obtained from respondents' answers to a questionnaire submitted to winaya mukti university in bandung. the analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. data processing was carried out using spss version 22 for windows software with the spearman rank correlation analysis method. the research results show that organizational culture influences managerial performance, organizational structure influences managerial performance and information technology influences managerial performance.

Abstract

Accounting information system and effective leadership already implemented and running with good can increase performance employees at Inspectorate general office regency Bandung. Method research used that is descriptive and verifiable with approach quantitative. Population in study This is all staff of Inspectorate general office which consists of on employee department accounting. Probability sampling techniques with use random sampling so that amount sample in study This determined a total of 33 data sources were obtained originate from distribution questionnaire. Data in study This is primary data using questionnaire. Research this also uses method analysis descriptive and verifiable as well as approach processed quantitative in a way structured use SEM-PLS. Results from study This show that 1) Success system information accounting is very high 2) Success System Information Accountancy influential to performance employees 3 ) Effective leadership in category enough height and 4) Leadership influential to performance.

Abstract

This research departs from the low adoption of cloud-based accounting information systems in the Indonesian retail industry due to the lack of support from top management, even though this technology has proven to enhance the effectiveness of financial information. This study analyzes the influence of Cloud-based Accounting Information Systems (AIS) and top management support on the effectiveness of AIS and its impact on the quality and usefulness of financial information in Indonesian retail companies. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, data was collected from 153 retail employees in Jakarta through questionnaires. The analysis was carried out using SEM-PLS with SMARTPLS software. The results showed that cloud-based AIS and top management support positively affect AIS effectiveness. Furthermore, AIS effectiveness improves the quality of financial information, which impacts the usefulness of financial information in decision-making. Theoretically, this study emphasizes the role of cloud technology and leadership in the effectiveness of accounting systems. As a practical implication, retail companies are advised to adopt cloud technology and strengthen management support to improve operational efficiency and financial transparency.

Abstract

This study investigates how accounting information systems (AIS) and internal control systems affect employee performance. Work motivation is used as a moderating variable. Accounting information systems are very important for companies, especially in the era of globalization and increasingly rapid technology. In the era of globalization and rapid technological development, companies including Savings and Loan Cooperatives in Surakarta face challenges in improving employee performance in order to remain competitive. For this reason, an effective and efficient accounting information system (AIS) and a strong internal control system are needed, because both are believed to help in decision making, supervision, and work planning. However, the effectiveness of these two systems in improving employee performance cannot be separated from the work motivation possessed by individuals. In other words, the level of work motivation is an important key in strengthening the influence of AIS and internal control on employee performance. Information such as orders, sales, and payments are recorded in this system, which is needed by managers and employees for control and planning. Good performance can be seen from an increase in employee quality and productivity, and a decrease in absenteeism. A good accounting information system helps decision-making and satisfies users. Quality internal controls increase productivity and protect company assets. Employee motivation also affects performance, and perceived needs are important for motivation. This research focused on Surakarta City Savings and Loan Cooperative. Quantitative methods were used to collect primary data from a survey conducted on 100 employees working in various positions in the company. The results showed that the desire to work increases according to the two independent variables and employee performance, or the process the greater the work motivation, the greater the performance of workers affected by internal control and AIS. This research shows that a strict internal control system and proper use of accounting information technology are essential to increase employee productivity.

Abstract

Industri makanan dan minuman menjadi salah satu bisnis yang menjanjikan karena pertumbuhannya yang selalu meningkat dari tahun ke tahun, bahkan industri ini mampu bertahan pada saat dan pasca covid-19. Melihat peluang tersebut, Daebag.e berdiri menjadi salah satu usaha makanan yang menawarkan makanan khas Korea yang digemari oleh banyak orang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Information Adoption terhadap Purchase Intention dengan variabel Herd Behaviour sebagai variabel intervening pada Daebag,e di Surabaya. Ukuran sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus Hair berjumlah 113 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data diperoleh menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala Likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SEM-PLS untuk menganalisis pengukuran model dan structural. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa Information Adoption berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention Daebag.e, Information Adoption berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Herd Behaviour, Herd Behaviour berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention Daebag.e, Information Adoption berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Purchase Intention melalui Herd Behaviour.

Abstract

Cyber-attacks have become a serious concern in recent years, as hackers can attack systems, databases, and even steal personal data from a particular organization's database and sell it on the dark web. The individual identity data will be used to carry out various financially profitable activities such as online fraud, selling data containing detailed account information, and asking for ransom from data owners. The failure of an organization to protect data assets from cyber-attacks stems from several internal factors such as the vulnerability of the information security system it has, the less than optimal awareness of users in the organization of the importance of maintaining safe behavior in cyberspace, and routine processes related to information security that are missed. COBIT 2019 can be used as an audit framework to assess the level of maturity of the governance. Network infrastructure services in an organization can be measured in terms of the level of capability in terms of the application of technology assets and their configuration using the DSS05 and APO13 domains. This study aims to provide guidelines in assessing system security infrastructure in IT governance by assessing areas that are still not comply with the framework used, and providing recommendations for improving these inconsistencies so that the level of infrastructure capability will be maximized then.

Abstract

Infrastructure development in Indonesia is currently in a fairly massive development phase. To support this, the government of the Republic of Indonesia improves the quality of national development by continuing to adapt to existing technological developments, one of which is Building Information Modeling (BIM). In this case, the use of BIM in planning and designing a construction object becomes easier because it can be done simultaneously. In addition, the design produced through the BIM method also contains data and information that can be used in other phases of construction. One of the data produced is the quantity of materials that can be used to estimate construction costs. In this study, the use of the BIM method is intended to determine the comparison of the costs generated to the cost of conventional methods of the project. The results of the cost calculation obtained by the BIM method are cumulatively -2,06% lower than the conventional method. There is a varying cost deviation for each work item, with the smallest cost deviation being +0,48% for beam structure work and the largest cost deviation being +126,26% for stair work.

Abstract

The quality of village infrastructure plays a vital role in improving community welfare through economic growth. Tuban Regency, with its diverse geographical features such as coastal areas and limestone hills, frequently experiences road damage that hinders accessibility and development. To address this issue, the local government promotes sustainable development strategies, particularly through road infrastructure improvements funded by the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) program. However, feasibility studies on road damage in Sumurjalak Village remain inefficient in terms of time and cost, and lack accuracy due to the absence of supporting digital data. This study proposes a novel approach by integrating Geographic Information Systems (GIS) with Google Earth technology to map and assess road damage. Unlike conventional manual surveys or paper-based documentation, this integration provides a more efficient, accurate, and visually interactive method of spatial analysis. Using the Action Research method, which consists of five stages problem identification, data collection, planning, implementation, and evaluation this study demonstrates that GIS-based mapping significantly enhances the efficiency and accuracy of infrastructure assessments. The resulting digital documentation can serve as a decision-support tool for stakeholders and offer a scalable and replicable model for rural infrastructure planning, representing a significant advancement over previous approaches.
