Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between organizational capacities and financial implementation performance on Local Government. This study addresses the question of whether organizational capacities as measured by financial literacy, dynamic capability, strategic planning, goal orientation, budget allocation, and control and monitor impact directly on financial implementation performance. Using the data from North of Aceh and Lhokseumawe City, therefore, the results shown four variables are significant impact while two variables are not significant. Based on results suggested both Local Governments i.e., North of Aceh and Lhokseumawe city have generated similar focus on four factors and significantly impact to financial performance. However, two others variables such as DinCap and StratPlan are not significant. In the environment uncertainty, DinCap and StatPlan are appropriate tools to recombine functional competence of the organization particularly in financial implementation stage. The result implies empirically shown both Local Governments failed to obtain WTP opinion and it may because weak of associate of Dincap and StratPlan operation with rapid change of the environment. Keywords:  organizational capacities, financial management performance.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the impact of leadership style, organizational culture, and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance at PT Tunas Digital Indonesia. A quantitative approach with a descriptive method was applied in this study. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 56 respondents. The findings reveal that at PT Tunas Digital Indonesia, leadership style has a positive yet insignificant influence on employee performance, while organizational culture significantly and positively affects employee performance. Conversely, organizational citizenship behavior does not exhibit any notable or significant effect on employee performance. The study emphasizes the necessity of establishing a supportive organizational culture, encouraging OCB practices, and enhancing leadership strategies. These insights highlight the critical role of fostering a conducive organizational environment, promoting OCB, and refining leadership approaches to improve employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance at the South Tangerang City Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM). The research method used is quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to employees at BKPSDM. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple regression analysis to see the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results showed that leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture simultaneously and partially had a significant effect on employee performance. The organizational culture factor has a dominant influence compared to the other two factors. These findings provide important implications for human resource management, especially in efforts to improve employee performance through strengthening effective leadership styles, providing optimal work motivation, and developing a supportive organizational culture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh pelatihan kerja dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sustraco Adikreasi. Kinerja karyawan merupakan salah satu elemen kunci dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Pelatihan kerja memberikan pembelajaran yang terencana untuk meningkatkan kompetensi, sedangkan pengalaman kerja membangun pengetahuan dan keterampilan melalui praktik langsung di lapangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 50 karyawan PT. Sustraco Adikreasi. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja dan pengalaman kerja secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial, pelatihan kerja memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja, sedangkan pengalaman kerja juga memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan disarankan untuk mengoptimalkan program pelatihan kerja dan memanfaatkan pengalaman kerja karyawan sebagai aset penting dalam meningkatkan produktivitas organisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of work-life balance and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Data and Information Center (Pusdatin) of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek). Specifically, the study investigates: (1) the individual impact of work-life balance on employee performance, (2) the individual impact of job satisfaction on employee performance, and (3) the combined impact of work-life balance and job satisfaction on employee performance. Utilizing a quantitative method, the research draws on both primary and secondary data collected from a population of 70 administrative staff members. Data were gathered through questionnaires and observations, employing a saturated sampling technique. Validity and reliability tests confirmed that all items were valid and reliable, with the data also meeting assumptions of normality and the absence of multicollinearity. The findings reveal that work-life balance alone does not significantly affect employee performance, whereas job satisfaction has a significant individual effect. However, when combined, work-life balance and job satisfaction exert a significant and positive influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT BCA Multifinance cabang Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini bersifat asosiatif dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 80 responden yang berada di PT BCA Multifinance dengan metode sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT BCA Multifinance dengan nilai thitung  lebih besar dari ttabel dengan nilai 2,439>1,991. Sementara itu, variabel pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Bank BCA Multifinance yang menunjukkan nilai thitung  lebih besar dari ttabel dengan nilai 3,874>1,991. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Pengembangan Karir, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Laporan keuangan merupakan sebuah informasi berkaitan keuangan di perusahaan dimana dapat dipakai untuk menganalisa keadaan perusahaan serta menilai kapasitas perusahaan dalam periode tersendiri. Pada siklus akuntansi untuk satu periode dapat dipastikan bulanan, semester atau untuk periode satu tahun. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mempermudah entitas UMKM ketika membuat laporan keuangan yang sesuai dengan standard yang berlaku. Abstract

The aim of this research is to measure freelance workers' perceptions of the impact of being part of the Gig Economy. This research also aims to find out the perceptions of workers, especially the millennial generation, from various types of freelance work through the Gig Economy, Top Talent Recruitment and Labour Skill Market variables from working in the gig economy sector. This research uses descriptive analysis of respondents with purposive sampling data collection techniques, namely the sample in this study was selected based on the characteristics and objectives of respondents regarding the opportunities and challenges of working freelance as part of the gig economy. Quantitative research method with the data source for this research is the primary data source obtained from distributing questionnaires directly to respondents as well as secondary data, namely from observing documents and research that supports this research. Questionnaires were distributed using a purposive sampling technique to the population of millennial generation freelance workers in the DKI Jakarta area, to determine the research object. The data collection technique used is by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. The data statistical methods used are descriptive statistics and Partial Least Square (PLS) with the SmartPLS version 3.0 program. The results of this research are that Recruitment Top Talent influences the Labour Skill Market, the Gig Economy is estimated to influence the Labour Skill Market, and the Gig Economy influences Recruitment Top Talent.

Abstract

The era of globalization has resulted in several changes in views on strategic resources within a company, including human capital. Human capital is considered very important related to the company's non-financial performance. So this research tries to measure the performance of Generation Y employees with the Human Capital approach in the South Jakarta area. The aim of this research ismeasure influencehuman capitalconsisting ofindividual capability, individual motivation, the organizational climate, workgroup effectiveness,and leadership on the performance of Generation Y employees in the South Jakarta area. The method used is associative quantitative research, with the sample technique used is simple random sampling.
