Abstract

The BKKBN is one of the institutions that actively provides educational opportunities through Instagram. This research aimed to establish whether the level of the information supplied on Instagram by @bkkbnofficial impacted the public's perception of BKKBN and how much of an impact that information had. The theory that is utilized is the theory of agenda setting. This study applies a quantitative methodology, and the data collection is accomplished utilizing a survey. The sampling of 400 respondents using the simple random sampling method indicates that population members are selected following specific considerations and by distributing questionnaires through Google Forms. The ideas of Information and Image Quality were utilized in the process of carrying out this research. According to the findings of this investigation, the standard of information provided on Instagram by BKKBN's official account influences the brand's public perception. While the effect of the quality of information posted on Instagram by BKKBN Official (@bkkbnofficial) has a 61.1% influence on the image of BKKBN, the impact of other elements that were not included in this study can be much more significant.

Abstract

Integrating services in an information system is necessary to provide services that can optimize an information system. One of the systems in PKKMB activities that will be combined with information security features is the attendance system. This research uses the Liner Sequential Model (LSM) method to integrate the QR Code attendance system with security features. This research aims to integrate QR Codes by optimizing increased security by combining the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm with base64 with a dynamic data model to complicate the QR Code manipulation process. Contribution This study makes optimization of the AES encryption model to improve data security on QR Code. Algorithm testing results include using a Character Error Rate (CER) of 0%, Avalanche Effect (AE) testing with a value of 53.05%, and response time (RT) testing of 10.26ms

Abstract

In internal radionuclide therapy, there is a growing demand for streamlined methods that alleviate the measurement burden on patients and reduce the associated costs of individual dosimetry. This study assessed the precision of the Two Time Point Dosimetry (2TPD) model, a data-efficient approach, compared to the well-established All Time Point Dosimetry (ATPD) model. The investigation involved the analysis of time-activity data collected from the kidneys of seven patients who were administered 177Lu-DOTATATE and underwent SPECT/CT imaging (PMID 3344306). Data points were specifically gathered at the 36-hour and 100-hour post-injection marks. Employing prior information, a monoexponential function was applied to fit the biokinetic data. Consequently, two crucial metrics, TIAC ATPD and TIAC 2TPD, were computed for ATPD and 2TPD, respectively. To provide a benchmark, the TIAC determined via the Hänscheid method was also incorporated for comparison. The comparative analysis revealed that the percentage error between the population ATPD model and the 2TPD model was (3.97 ± 7.85)%, and for the Hänscheid model, it was (1.8 ± 7.9)%. These findings affirm that the accuracy of TIAC values derived from the 2TPD approach, leveraging prior-information fitting, is reasonably satisfactory.

Abstract

This study aims to explain how much influence the intensity of accessing an Instagram account has on the followers' fulfillment of information needs. This study's population consisted of 100 Instagram followers of the Instagram account @daop6yk. The sampling technique used convenience sampling technique. The primary data was collected using a questionnaire that has undergone validity and reliability testing. The validity test was tested through the Pearson Product Moment formula, while the reliability test used Cronbach's Alpha method. Data analysis in this study used a simple linear regression analysis method. The study's findings indicate that the intensity of access positively influences the fulfillment of information needs. This is indicated by the t count of 10,889 and a significance value of 0,000 <0,05. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0,533 or 53,3%. Thus, it can be concluded that the intensity of accessing PT KAI's Instagram account @daop6yk can influence 53,3% of followers' fulfillment of information needs, while the remaining 46,7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Other factors that can influence followers’ fulfillment of information needs are demographic, role-related, and environment.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed people's information behavior. It is supported by increasing internet utilization to meet information needs through mass and social media. The media is expected to be able to provide objective, valid, and accurate information so it will not create public anxiety about the pandemic. However, the circulating information related to COVID-19 is making people even more anxious. Even though the need for information during a pandemic is a primary need to be fulfilled. The implications of the availability of information about COVID-19 and the need for health information from the community determine how people carry out information behavior. This study employs a literature review with research and scientific articles as the collected data source. The results showed that based on the review of several studies regarding public information behavior during the Covid-19 pandemic, the use of the internet plays a crucial role in the distribution of information about case developments, handling guidelines, implementation of health protocols, and vaccinations. On the other hand, social media also plays a role in the growth of fake news, making the audience need clarification to determine the correct information quickly.
