Abstract

Indonesia is situated amidst three major tectonic plates: the Indo-Australian Plate, Eurasian Plate, and Pacific Plate. As a consequence, the country is characterized by numerous volcanoes, frequent earthquakes in various regions, and the occurrence of tsunamis. Particularly in the southern region of Java Island, this coastal area is a disaster-prone area. One of the areas is Tambakrejo Village, which is located in the coastal area of Malang Regency, which has potential in the form of beautiful beaches, abundant fishery products and development of the tourist village. This research aims to create a tsunami evacuation route map using a GIS. The digital elevation model data was obtained from Geospatial Information Agency using reclassification based on variations in altitude levels. Distance data from the coastline is processed using a base map of the research location and assisted by the Multiple Ring Buffer Toolbox. Land use data is processed using the Maximum Likelihood Classification process, the data used is Landsat 8 imagery. Determination of tsunami evacuation routes is carried out by implementing the Network Analyst method. The Network Analyst method uses the starting point of the incident to the end point of the facility to produce an appropriate evacuation route. The results show four new gathering points and 6 recommended evacuation routes for Sendangbiru, Tamban and Sendiki Beaches respectively.

Abstract

Marriage is the nature of all humans. Wedding preparations need to be understood by individuals and couples because they have an impact, including the desire to live a happy life. Teenagers' inability to control their emotions, make decisions, and understand themselves will make their married life less harmonious. Before marriage occurs, pre-marital information and guidance services are needed to achieve happiness in domestic life. The research aims to determine whether premarital information and guidance services effectively increase self-preparation for marriage. The research uses an experimental research one-group pretest-posttest design. The research subjects were 14 people aged 17 to 18 divided into two groups—sampling using purposive sampling. The instrument used in data collection was the marriage preparation scale. Data analysis uses test statistics. The research results show that there is an influence of premarital information and guidance services on increasing self-preparation for marriage. Furthermore, it was found that premarital guidance was more effective than information services in growing self-preparation of marriage.

Abstract

Technological advances in the construction industry have produced a system known as Building Information Modeling (BIM). Before BIM, AutoCAD, SAP, and Ms. Project were widely used for project management. The use of this application takes longer because its components cannot be integrated into one system. This will have an impact on increasing costs and human resources required to complete the project if using the application compared to using BIM. BIM can represent all project work in digital form. The implementation of BIM has been widely used by state-owned construction companies in 2022, including PT Waskita Karya, PT Nindya Karya, PT Brantas Abipraya, PT Adhi Karya and PT Nindya Karya. This study uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods by collecting information obtained from the 2022 construction services annual report and quantifying the weight of the problem variables encountered. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the infrastructure development of each state-owned construction company is uneven and has advantages in their respective fields, such as dams, power plants, bridges, buildings, public facilities and roads.

Abstract

The development of digital-based tourism applications in Lombok is one solution to improve the tourist experience and support local business actors. This study used a quantitative survey method involving 40 tourist respondents and qualitative interviews with traders and tourism managers in strategic locations such as Goa Lawah Village and Narmada Park. Data analysis showed that the majority of tourists have a high interest in interactive features such as gamification, points/reward systems, interactive maps, and cultural and historical content in tourism applications. In addition, respondents also showed a strong interest in local applications made in the region as a source of tourism information. The interview results support the survey findings by stating that the development of gamification-based applications can increase tourist visits and local merchant income. These findings form the basis for the development of an innovative and sustainable tourism platform in Lombok, which can increase the attractiveness of the destination while strengthening the local economy.
