Abstract

Digital platforms have become the main source of news for Indonesians, with internet penetration reaching over 77% by 2024. However, the shift to digital news consumption has brought challenges, particularly the presence of analytical information bias such as emotional language, one-sided framing, and the blending of facts with opinions. This study explores how such bias impacts public news consumption behavior in Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach, this research collected data through in-depth interviews with active digital news consumers. Participants were selected purposively to represent different age groups, professions, and digital literacy levels. Data were analyzed thematically to understand patterns in how people perceive and respond to biased news. The study found that many users consume news quickly and uncritically, often influenced by headlines or emotional tone. Analytical bias in news affects how people interpret information, leading to polarized opinions, mistrust in media, and low information literacy. Only a small group of users with higher digital literacy showed efforts to verify and balance the information they receive. Information bias on digital platforms has a complex impact on how Indonesians consume news. It shapes public opinion, weakens critical thinking, and contributes to societal divisions. To address this, collaboration is needed between media, educators, and policymakers to strengthen media literacy and create a healthier information ecosystem. This study is limited by its qualitative scope and sample size; future research could involve broader data collection and mixed methods to deepen the findings.

Abstract

Governance of the human resource management information system (SIM SDM) at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) is an important process that involves managing information and procedures related to human resources efficiently and effectively. HR SIM in madrasas aims to improve institutional performance through employee data management, recruitment, performance assessment, professional development, and other related aspects. The research conducted focused on the governance of Management Information System Implementation at MIS Raudlatul Munawwarah in an effort to improve the performance and quality of teaching staff. The method used is a descriptive qualitative method by analyzing the processes running at MIS Raudlatul Munawwarah. In designing a website-based HR Information System, it is structured based on the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) model. The results of the research carried out are that managing an effective HR Management Information System at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah requires commitment from all stakeholders, including madrasah heads, teachers, administrative staff and other supporting staff. The successful implementation of this system not only increases operational efficiency, but also makes a positive contribution to teacher professional development and improving the quality of education in madrasas.

Abstract

Seiring meningkatnya perkembangan  teknologi dan ilmu pengetahuan saat ini maka semakin besar  pula upaya peningkatan pembaharuan serta media dalam pemanfaatan hasi-hasil teknologi untuk mendukung  proses belajar. Para pendidik atau pemateri dituntut agar mampu menggunakan media yang dapat ada di lembaga pelatihan. Saat ini media pembelajaran merupakan salah satu faktor pendukung utama dalam peningkatan kualitas proses belajar dan mengajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah merancang prototype media pembelajaran Analisis Perancangan Sistem Infrmasi berbasis web, yang akan dimanfaatkan pada bagian Pusat Pelatihan Information Access Center IBI Darmajaya. Dengan adanya media tersebut akan dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif sumber belajar bagi mahasiswa, khususnya dalam Pelatihan Analisis Perancangan Sistem Informasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran serta pemahaman peserta pelatihan. Dengan media ini, juga dapat mengeleminasi hambatan-hambatan dalam proses komunikasi pembelajaran di dalam kelas Pelatihan. Abstract

Information is one of the things that is needed in an organization or an agency. Information is also a need for management for an educational institution management. The school's website-based information system is a form of electronic media publication that can be used as a weapon for schools that want to show their identity to the wider community, as well as information media for outsiders who want to know completely the ins and outs of school. On the other hand, the website can also be used as a promotional medium for schools to attract prospective students during the new school year. The results of this study are to determine what efforts were made to implement a Website-Based Management Information System at SDIT Al Ihya Kalirejo. Knowing whether the application of a website-based Management Information System on SDIT Al Ihya Kalirejo is appropriate and knowing the factors that hinder the creation of a website-based Management Information System at SDIT Al Ihya Kalirejo. At present, the Mts Islamiyah Sukoharjo School is delivering information to the general public which is still relatively simple, namely through the distribution of brochures and the installation of banners in various places. The purpose of this study is to design a mobile web-based academic information system at Sukoharjo Mts Islamiyah school using a Content Management System. In this study, it shows that the use of a website-based information system can be a publication revolution in opening up a wider range of school information to convey various types of information about the Sukoharjo Mts Islamiyah school.

Abstract

Study This aim for designing System Information Management Digital Library at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Alfajar Pringsewu as effort increase literacy student. Research methods used is approach qualitative with steps research that includes analysis need system, design system with using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) model, and evaluation design. Data is collected through studies literature, interviews with staff library, as well observation to the management process library moment This. Research result show that design system information management customized digital library with needs of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Alfajar Pringsewu can increase efficiency in management information, facilitating accessibility source power, and enrich experience Study student. Study This conclude that implementation system information governance management designed digital library in a way special can become step strategic in support effort increase literacy students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. System Information Digital Library, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Alfajar Pringsewu can increase effectiveness system information governance management digital library in support effort increase literacy students and strengthen role library as center dynamic and inclusive learning.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh partisipasi penyusunan anggaran dan job relevan information terhadap kinerja manajerial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 27 SKPD Kabupaten Merauke. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Dinas/Badan, Kepala bidang/kepala bagian, Kepala Sub bidang/bagian, Anggota bidang/bagian anggaran yang berada di 27 SKPD Kabupaten Merauke. Setelah menggunakan teknik purposive sampling maka didapatkan populasi sebanyak 75 responden dari 20 SKPD. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang didapat melalui kuesioner yang diberikan dan kemudian data tersebut diolah menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi penyusunan anggaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial. Job relevant information berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial. Secara simultan partisipasi penyusunan anggaran dan job relevant information berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja manajerial.

Abstract

In the digital era, the freedom of expression granted to individuals through social media has the potential to be misused, such as by spreading information that is unlawful or harmful to others. In this context, it is important to analyze the legal regulations governing freedom of expression in digital spaces, with a focus on the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, Law Number 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE Law), the latest amendment in Law Number 1 of 2024, and Article 23 paragraph (2) of Law Number 39 of 1999 on Human Rights. This study aims to understand how the boundaries of freedom of expression can be applied in digital spaces in accordance with existing legislation and to identify appropriate solutions for regulating expression on social media and cyberspace. This research uses a normative approach through literature and document studies, analyzed using descriptive qualitative methods. The findings indicate that although freedom of expression is guaranteed, restrictions must be implemented to maintain public order and to respect the rights of others, particularly in the context of social media and cybercrime. Implications for society, understanding freedom of speech on social media which must be carried out responsibly is crucial and law enforcement officers must be able to interpret the articles in the ITE Law fairly and proportionally.

Abstract

Landslide is one of the natural disasters that happens quite often in many parts of Indonesia. Landslide brings negative aspects to people because it causes material loss and loss of life. Landslides generally occur in the rainy season with high rainfall. In this research, a system is made to predict the chance of landslide to happen by measuring the level of rainfall, soil moisture, and soil displacement, and send the sensor data and position of a landslide to the database. According to this research, the system can predict the chance for the landslide to happen and give a warning with a 100% success rate.
