Abstract

This study examines the influence of Board Gender Diversity (BGD), Board Size, Return on Assets (ROA), Leverage, and Current Ratio on Forward-Looking Information Disclosures (FLID) in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) that published annual reports from 2020 to 2021. The sample consists of 90 companies over the 2020–2021 period. Based on predetermined criteria and using purposive sampling, a total of 82 companies were selected for analysis. The data were processed using multiple regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS. The results of the study show that: (1) Board Gender Diversity (BGD) has a significant influence on Forward-Looking Information Disclosure; (2) Board of Directors (BOD) does not have a significant influence on Forward-Looking Information Disclosure; (3) Return on Assets (ROA) does not have a significant influence on Forward-Looking Information Disclosure; (4) Leverage does not have a significant influence on Forward-Looking Information Disclosure, indicating that the company’s debt level is not a major consideration in disclosing forward-looking information; and (5) Current Ratio (CR) has a significant influence on Forward-Looking Information Disclosure.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent to which community participation, village apparatus competence, information technology utilization, and internal control mechanisms influence the accountability of village fund management. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through a questionnaire. Respondents comprised both community members and village officials residing in Bandar Setia, Deli Serdang. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression via SPSS software, based on purposive sampling of 50 selected respondents. The findings revealed the following: (1) Community participation significantly affects the accountability of village fund management (t-value = 2.286 > t-table = 2.014; p-value = 0.027 < 0.05); (2) Village apparatus competence has a significant impact (t-value = 2.119 > t-table = 2.014; p-value = 0.040 < 0.05); (3) The use of information technology also significantly influences accountability (t-value = 3.399 > t-table = 2.014; p-value = 0.001 < 0.05); (4) Internal control mechanisms significantly affect village fund accountability (t-value = 2.501 > t-table = 2.014; p-value = 0.016 < 0.05). Based on these findings, it is recommended that village officials strengthen their organizational commitment to foster a sense of ownership and prevent the misuse of village funds for personal gain. This research is limited to 50 respondents in one village. The results indicate that the application of information technology can enhance accountability in managing village funds. Therefore, training and the digitalization of village administration should be a priority for local governments.

Abstract

The construction industry has a significant contribution to the generation of construction waste which has the potential to increase costs and cause environment impacts if not managed optimally. This study aims to analyze the effect of the application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Lean Construction principles in reducing construction waste in the construction project of SMP Negeri 6 Surakarta. The methods used in this research include the utilization of BIM for waste estimation and calculation and the Delphi method to identify the main factors causing waste generation. The results showed that BIM-based planning using Autodesk Revit contributed positively to the reduction of construction waste, with a decrease in the percentage of reinforcement steel waste by 4.83% and concrete waste by 8.55%. The main factors contributing to waste generation include initial design that does not consider aspects of material efficiency, material waste due to overuse, inefficiency in the implementation process, repetition of work, and lack of control over ready mix concrete and site mix. In addition, material damage at the procurement stage is also one of the significant causes of construction waste generation. These findings indicate that the application of BIM and Lean Construction can be an effective strategy for reducing construction waste and improving resource efficiency in development projects.

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a Web-Based Library Information System in Cisarua Sub-District, Sukabumi City. Currently, the library still employs a manual system for borrowing, returning, and recording visit data, which results in inefficiencies and difficulties in data management. This information system is developed using PHP and MySQL technologies, and applies the Waterfall development method to ensure a structured process. The system design adopts the Model-View-Controller (MVC) approach and utilizes UML diagrams (Use Case, Activity, Sequence, Class) to visualize workflows and interactions among components. Additionally, ERD diagrams and database normalization up to the third normal form (3NF) are used to maintain data integrity and storage efficiency, which are crucial for accurate information management. The implementation results indicate that this system can replace manual processes with a digital system, enhancing library administrative efficiency, providing automated and real-time reporting, and facilitating data access and search. Functional testing through the black-box method yielded positive results from library administrators, indicating that the system satisfactorily meets user needs. However, there are some limitations, such as the absence of overdue return notifications and an application. This research is expected to contribute significantly to improving library service quality and serve as a reference for the.

Abstract

UMKM Drink MR. Bones is a micro-business in the culinary field located in Cisaat, Sukabumi. Currently, raw material inventory management is carried out manually with simple recording in books, so it is prone to errors, inefficient, and time-consuming in reporting. To overcome this, a Web-Based Raw Material Inventory Information System was designed that can help the process of recording, monitoring, and reporting stock digitally and in real-time. The system was developed using PHP as the backend and MySQL as the database, with an object-oriented design approach using UML. The development methodology refers to the Waterfall model in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. The results of the study show that this information system is able to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of raw material management, reduce recording errors, accelerate reporting, and support smooth production according to market demand.

Abstract

Organizations today face increasing challenges related to environmental sustainability and social responsibility, requiring them to adopt modern management practices that enhance their sustainability and growth. This research aims to examine the concept of Green Human Resources Management (GHRM) and its role in supporting organizations' sustainable growth strategies. The research addresses the importance of adopting human resource management policies that take environmental dimensions into account, such as green recruitment and training, sustainable performance management, and rewards that promote positive environmental behaviors. It also explores the relationship between these dimensions and achieving sustainable organizational growth by improving operational efficiency, enhancing corporate image, and increasing employee and stakeholder satisfaction. The research relies on an analytical methodology that combines theoretical studies and practical experiences from organizations that have implemented green human resource strategies and achieved success in sustainable growth. The research concludes that integrating GHRM activities with organizational growth strategies leads to a sustainable competitive advantage and enhances organizations' ability to address modern environmental and economic challenges. What distinguishes our research from previous studies is its attempt to link the two disciplines of green human resource management and organizational growth strategy. This in itself is a rarity in this field compared to other research that links a single, precise discipline, given the importance of the role played by human resources and its impact on all business administration disciplines.

Abstract

In today's digital era, school financial management faces challenges in transparency, efficiency, and reporting accuracy. This study aims to design a web-based Financial Information System (FIS) to support financial management at SMA Al-Kadar. The system was developed using the waterfall method, which includes stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, and black box testing. This system assists the school, parents, and students in managing payments, reporting, and other financial transactions more transparently and efficiently. The research results show that the implementation of the web-based FIS can improve transparency, minimize administrative errors, and support data-driven decision-making. Therefore, this financial information system is expected to optimally support the school's financial performance.

Abstract

Prima Solusi Computindo (Radsoft) faces challenges in managing fixed assets, resulting in inefficiencies due to manual and non-integrated record-keeping processes. This study aims to design and implement a web-based information system for fixed asset management to enhance efficiency and accuracy. This system was developed using HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL database, and the C# framework. The research utilizes the Waterfall development model, encompassing requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing phases. The results indicate that the developed system effectively integrates asset management processes, including record-keeping, depreciation tracking, and reporting. This integration simplifies the management team's decision-making regarding asset utilization. Additionally, the web-based system enables real-time access across departments, improving transparency and data accuracy. As a recommendation, the company should provide training for system users to maximize the features available. Future developments include integrating the system with other modules, such as accounting and inventory, to enhance its overall functionality.

Abstract

Challenges arise from the manual submission of operational cost payments using Microsoft Excel. This manual process is susceptible to issues in payment submissions, complicates the tracking of approved payments, and lacks automated payment reminders. The author utilizes two approaches: the Data Collection method and the Software Development method. The Data Collection method entails conducting observations, interviews, and literature reviews. In regards to software development, the waterfall model is highlighted for its straightforward, sequential implementation. By adopting this system, PT. Selamat Makmur aims to streamline the submission and payment of operational costs, reduce errors, and improve transparency and accuracy throughout the company's operational cost management. This system is also vital for ensuring the efficient functioning of the cosmetic production process and supporting the company's growth in a competitive market.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the role of public relations in managing and conveying information to the people of Pinrang Regency is described. This research is qualitative, therefore to achieve the research objectives, data collection techniques are used, namely observation, interview and documentation techniques. There were 3 informants, namely the Head of the Public Communication Media Management Section, the Head of the Public Communication Media Management Section and the Staff of the Public Communication Media Management Section.The results of the study show that the role of public relations as a communication expert is tasked with conveying information to the public while receiving various directions and inputs from the Community Information Group (KIM). Public Relations as a problem solving process facilitator as a routine problem-solving facility carries out intense coordination with each KIM in each sub-district. Public Relations as a Communication Facilitator is tasked with establishing cooperative relationships with social media practitioners, actively and participatorically interacting with the community and providing understanding to the community and lastly, public relations as a Technician Facilitator is tasked with analyzing activities carried out by the community, including those that have a positive impact on the community itself, reporting on activities carried out by the community. This study proves that the implementation of the role of Public Relations in managing and conveying information to the community is going well so that the people of Pinrang Regency can get the information they need properly and appropriately.
