Abstract

In the digital era, the freedom of expression granted to individuals through social media has the potential to be misused, such as by spreading information that is unlawful or harmful to others. In this context, it is important to analyze the legal regulations governing freedom of expression in digital spaces, with a focus on the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, Law Number 11 of 2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE Law), the latest amendment in Law Number 1 of 2024, and Article 23 paragraph (2) of Law Number 39 of 1999 on Human Rights. This study aims to understand how the boundaries of freedom of expression can be applied in digital spaces in accordance with existing legislation and to identify appropriate solutions for regulating expression on social media and cyberspace. This research uses a normative approach through literature and document studies, analyzed using descriptive qualitative methods. The findings indicate that although freedom of expression is guaranteed, restrictions must be implemented to maintain public order and to respect the rights of others, particularly in the context of social media and cybercrime. Implications for society, understanding freedom of speech on social media which must be carried out responsibly is crucial and law enforcement officers must be able to interpret the articles in the ITE Law fairly and proportionally.

Abstract

Efficient stock and sales management is essential for the smooth operation of grocery stores. However, many grocery stores still use a manual system, which is prone to errors and delays in updating information. This research aims to design and implement a web-based stock and sales management information system for grocery stores, to assist owners and employees in managing stock of goods, recording sales transactions, and monitoring reports in real-time. The system is built using web technology, which allows for easy and quick access from various devices such as computers and mobile phones. With this system, store owners can more easily monitor stock conditions, manage sales, and minimize recording errors that often occur in manual systems. The implementation results show that this system improves the efficiency of stock and sales management, and produces accurate and timely reports. In addition, this web-based system also allows store owners to monitor data and make business decisions more effectively, even remotely. Thus, this information system has the potential to improve the operational performance of grocery stores and support better decision-making.

The results of the research show that the developed system allows customers to access service information, make online bookings, and simplifies administrative management for service providers. With this system, customers can make reservations anytime and anywhere, thereby reducing queues at the location and enhancing the customer experience. In addition, this system also helps service providers manage order data, transactions, and reports, thereby minimizing errors and increasing efficiency. The implementation of this web-based information system is expected to serve as a model for other small businesses in utilizing technology to enhance service and competitiveness in the digital era.
