Abstract

In the era of globalization and rapid technological advances, the scope of operational management is increasingly expanding. In facing global competition, companies must be able to face challenges in their operational management. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence organizational performance through operational efficiency and employee productivity. The population used is all employees at PT. XYZ with a total of 107 employees. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sample where all members are filled in as samples in the study as many as 107 employees. This study uses the SEM (structure Equation Modeling) method with the AMOS tool. The results of the study indicate that the Work Environment has a significant effect on operational efficiency. Employee productivity, and organizational performance. Human resource management has a significant effect on operational efficiency, employee productivity, and organizational performance. Information systems have a significant effect on operational efficiency, employee productivity, and organizational performance. Operational efficiency has a significant effect on organizational performance. And employee productivity has a significant effect on organizational performance.

Abstract

Bank Ekonomi Rakyat Mangatur Ganda has great potential in improving the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through effective credit distribution and targeted information delivery, especially for segments that have not been optimally served. Optimizing the role of banking is carried out through various strategies, such as socializing credit programs, providing convenience in the credit application process, implementing outreach strategies, improving service quality, and financing in potential sectors. In addition, the use of information technology is key to expanding service coverage and increasing operational efficiency. Strategic partnerships with the government, other financial institutions, and MSME communities are needed to create an inclusive and sustainable business ecosystem. With management commitment and implementation of targeted strategies, Bank Ekonomi Rakyat Mangatur Ganda has a great opportunity to significantly encourage MSME growth and contribute to improving the welfare of the wider community.

Abstract

This study looks at how the implementation of Edulogy-based Education Management Information System (SIMDIK) can improve educational services in Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia, with a special emphasis on the Daaru Attauhid Kumpeh Islamic Boarding School in Jambi Province.  Data were collected through observation, documentation, and interviews using a qualitative descriptive case study methodology.  Research shows that educational integration improves the process of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating education management.  However, issues such as lack of digital literacy among employees and limited information technology infrastructure continue to hinder system optimization.  The study provides practical insights for Islamic educational institutions that want to use digital systems to improve their services while maintaining Islamic values.

Abstract

Implementasi Building Information Modeling (BIM) telah umum menjadi dalam proyek konstruksi di Indonesia dan dapat diterapkan pada berbagai aspek seperti struktur, arsitektur, perhitungan volume, serta simulasi penjadwalan. Tugas akhir ini membahas perencanaan proyek dengan fokus pada pemodelan struktur beton, penulangan detail, pemodelan arsitektur dinding, lantai, plafon, pintu jendela, fasad, perhitungan anggaran biaya, serta penjadwalan proyek. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemodelan 3D struktur dan arsitektur menggunakan Autodesk Revit berdasarkan gambar 2D DED proyek, sehingga menghasilkan gambar 3D dan Quantity Take-Off volume material. Rencana anggaran biaya dihitung secara manual dari hasil tersebut, kemudian penjadwalan dilakukan dengan Microsoft Project. Integrasi pemodelan 3D, biaya, dan jadwal dilakukan di Autodesk Navisworks untuk mendapatkan simulasi 4D dan 5D. Pada proyek Pembangunan Gedung Jaksa Agung Muda Tindak Pidana Khusus, diperoleh volume beton 10228,722 m³, kebutuhan besi 1791,762 ton, dinding 20833,568 m², lantai 12147,814 m², plafon 10352,012 m², pintu 499 unit, jendela 1555,429 m', dan fasad 6727.319 m². Rencana anggaran biaya sebesar Rp127.615.271.000,- dengan durasi proyek 174 hari kerja, yang kemudian diintegrasikan ke dalam simulasi 4D dan 5D dan diekspor ke dalam bentuk video animasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leadership style and information technology on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction in cargo companies in DKI Jakarta. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The analysis tool used is SEM SmartPLS 4.1.0.0. The data used is primary data. The population in this study is unknown. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling using Hair's formula. The research was conducted at a cargo company in Jakarta. The tests conducted were Validity Test, Reliability Test, Inner Model, Outer Model, and Hypothesis Test. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction at a cargo company in Jakarta; 2) Information technology has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction at a cargo company in Jakarta; 3) Leadership Style does not have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in Cargo Companies in Jakarta; 4) Information Technology has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in Cargo Companies in Jakarta; and 5) Employee Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in Cargo Companies in Jakarta; 6) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee satisfaction in cargo companies in Jakarta; and 7) Information technology has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee satisfaction in cargo companies in Jakarta.

Abstract

The various information needs of users usually trigger a high curiosity about a particular topic. The existence of different information needs is what makes users transfer information to each other through social interaction. It is possible that this process occurs on a social media platform such as the rabbitholeid Instagram account. Information transfer and social interaction are related to each other because social interaction can be an important channel for the transfer of information between individuals or groups. The social interaction that causes the media transfer process is what occurs in the discussion in the comments column on the rabbitholeid account. The purpose of this research is to find out how the process of transferring information from the results of social interaction on the rabbitholeid Instagram account occurs. Through this study, it is hoped that later we will be able to find out how the process of transferring information that occurs on the account is made, especially with the social interactions that are carried out. In addition, this study also has problem limitations where the author will review in detail the cause and effect and the process of transferring information through social interaction on rabbitholeid accounts only so that it does not expand to a wider scope.

Abstract

This study intend to determine the relation and efectivity between Information and Communication Technology Utilization and academic administration services. The method used in this research is correlation using a quantitative approach. The population in this research were 80 STKIP Arrahmaniyah students who felt and received academic administration services. Based on the results of the correlation analysis between the variables of the use of Information and Communication Technology with the variables of Academic Administration Services, obtained rcount value of 0.085. From the calculation results, it is obtained that the value of t count (7.5) ≥ t tab (1.99), then H0 is rejected, H1 is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a relationship between the use of The Relationship Between Information and Communication Technology Utilization and Academic Administration Services. Through this research, the authors suggest that the staff of the Academic Administration STKIP Arrahmaniyah continue to improve their performance. Institutions must maintain other things that motivate the performance of BAK staff to continue to improve. BAK staff in carrying out their noble duties in the institution can be motivated. The findings of the study demonstrate that the use of ICT has improved STKIP Arrahmaniyah's academic administration services in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. It has been discovered that the usage of academic information systems, online portals, and electronic communications has aided in speeding up information accessibility, decreasing document processing times, and enhancing stakeholder contact. Therefore, this study offers empirical proof of the significance of integrating ICT into STKIP Arrahmaniyah's academic administration. Other educational institutions who want to use ICT to enhance their academic administration services should use these findings as a guide. Additionally, this study contributes to the body of knowledge on ICT use in academic administration and higher education.

Abstract

Instagram is a social media that is widely used by the public, especially among Millennials and Gen Z. One of the user terms is called Food Curator which is a reviewer about culinary tourism that is starting to bloom in the city of Balikpapan, Dapurbalikpapan is one of the Food Curators in the city of Balikpapan which has a large number of followers, this research is to find out the application of Social Information Processing in maintaining the relationship between Dapurbalikpapan with followers. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method, the types of data presented are observations and interviews using primary data through data sources from key informant and informants, secondary data through document sources, e-journals, books, and articles. The analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis with an interactive model developed by Miles & Huberman with a research focus on 3 stages of social information processing, namely interpersonal information, impression formation, relationship development. Based on the results of the research, the data analysis that the researchers have done found that, Dapurbalikpapan implements these three stages and Dapur balikpapan as a Food Curator is able to develop relationships with their followers, and create a relationship that is called hyperpersonal. Hyperpersonal is a relationship that occurs in computer-mediated interactions and is more interesting than facet-to-face interactions in the same position. Abstrak Instagram merupakan media sosial yang ramai digunakan oleh masyarakat, terutama pada golongan Milenial dan Gen Z. Salah satu istilah penggunanya disebut Food Curator yang merupakan pengulas tentang wisata kuliner mulai marak di kota Balikpapan, Dapurbalikpapan merupakan salah satu Food Curator yang ada di kota Balikpapan yang memiliki jumlah pengikut yang banyak, penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan Social Information Processing dalam mempertahankan hubungan Dapurbalikpapan dengan pengikutnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, jenis data yang disajikan yaitu observasi dan wawancara menggunakan data primer melalui sumber data key informan dan informan, data sekunder melalui sumber dokumen, e-journal, buku-buku, dan artikel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif model interaktif yang dikembangkan oleh Miles & Huberman dengan fokus penelitian 3 tahap social information processing yaitu interpersonal information, impression formation, relationship development. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, analisis data yang telah dilakukan, menemukan bahwa, Dapurbalikpapan menerapkan ketiga tahapan tersebut dan Dapurbalikpapan sebagai Food Curator mampu mengembangkan hubungannya dengan para pengikutnya, dan menciptakan suatu hubungan yang disebut hyperpersonal. Hyperpersonal merupakan hubungan yang terjadi dalam interaksi bermediasi komputer dan lebih menarik dibandingkan dengan interaksi face-to-face dalam posisi yang sama.

Abstract

Nowadays, universities use social networks as a crucial tool for providing information and engaging students. Factors like openness, perceived interaction, and parasocial interaction influence students' feelings toward these interactions. Parasocial interaction, the imagined relationship between the sender and receiver, significantly impacts students' attitudes and engagement. This study aims to evaluate the effects of perceived interaction, openness, and parasocial interaction on student satisfaction with university social networks. A survey of 346 students from universities in Hanoi, Vietnam, was conducted, and data were analyzed by the structural equation model (SEM). Results show that perceived interaction, openness, and parasocial interaction positively impact student satisfaction. Moreover, parasocial interaction mediates the relationship between perceived interaction, openness, and satisfaction. Additionally, content quality and responsiveness on social networks play a vital role in shaping students' perceptions and engagement. Universities that provide high-quality, timely content and meaningful interactions can strengthen student trust and satisfaction. These findings suggest that universities should optimize their social media strategies, focusing on interactive communication and content relevance to enhance student relationships and engagement.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the implementation of the Management Information System (MIS) within the Medan City Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) and its impact on operational efficiency and public service effectiveness. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews with interns placed in the Bapemperda section. The findings indicate that the information system has assisted in the execution of administrative tasks; however, the effectiveness of its implementation is still influenced by human resource factors, particularly in terms of task placement that aligns with individual competencies. A lack of understanding in certain work areas leads to ineffectiveness in task execution. This study recommends the need for improved communication between educational institutions, interns, and government agencies to ensure appropriate placement of interns. Additionally, enhancing capacity and training related to the use of information systems is also crucial to support efficiency and effectiveness in government performance.
