Abstract

SIDIA UNESA (Sinau Digital UNESA) is an information system that supports lectures and administration at Surabaya State University. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived usefulness, system quality, information quality, and service quality variables on user satisfaction of the SIDIA UNESA system. A preliminary survey of several Surabaya State University students revealed that they were not fully satisfied with the services provided by SIDIA UNESA because several obstacles were often experienced by students. The research used quantitative methods with an associative descriptive approach. The analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of the SmartPLS application. The population in this study were UNESA students who were actively studying, with a sample size of 115 respondents. The findings revealed that the variables of perceived usefulness, system quality, information quality, and service quality positively impact user satisfaction with the UNESA SIDIA system. Additionally, the variables of perceived usefulness, system quality, information quality, and service quality simultaneously impact user satisfaction with the UNESA SIDIA system.

Abstract

The digital era has brought significant changes in the way humans access, store, and share information. Amidst these technological advances, major challenges have emerged to the protection of individual privacy rights. Personal information is increasingly easy to collect and process by various parties, both by state institutions, technology companies, and individual users. On the other hand, the need for freedom of information is also increasing, especially in the context of transparency, public participation, and data openness. The balance between cybersecurity and freedom of information is a crucial issue that must be addressed comprehensively. This paper aims to examine the protection of privacy rights in the digital era by highlighting the tension between data security efforts and demands for information openness. The method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that privacy protection requires clear regulations, such as the Personal Data Protection Law in Indonesia, as well as public awareness in protecting personal data. On the other hand, freedom of information must still be maintained so that it is not misused to violate individual rights. Therefore, a balanced approach is needed between regulation, education, and technology to create a digital space that is safe, fair, and respects human rights.

Abstract

The complexity of the company, driven by changes in the very dynamic environment, needs to be supported by a new design for the processing of stock data at PT. Tunas Tasik is still done manually, so efforts are being made to implement a special application system for the management of goods data; therefore, a responsive web-based information system is needed that can speed up the process of managing goods data. The methods used in this study are observation and interview methods. From the results of the analysis of the web-based goods data management application, which will be described using UML (Unified Modelling Language) notation, Activity Diagram and ERD, to be further implemented using the PHP programming language and database using MySQL. so that it can further improve work effectiveness and provide information quickly and accurately.

Abstract

A library is a work unit of a particular agency or institution that manages library materials, either in the form of books or non-book materials, that are systematically arranged according to specific rules so that they can be used as a source of information by each user. Although books remain a valuable source of information, many faculties, especially in fields that require practicums, often face difficulties when courses are completed, especially for students who are late to class or absent due to reasons such as work or other commitments. This challenge is even more pronounced for students who are unfamiliar with the course, especially those without a basic education in the field. Additionally, this website is also expected to support students in learning independently after lectures have concluded. The method used in planning research on the video content development system for practical work at the Unwaha digital library is the Waterfall Model, which encompasses analysis, design, testing, implementation, and maintenance phases. In data collection, quantitative methods are employed, including questionnaires and embedded techniques to collect video data. The results of this study indicate that 50% of the respondents considered this video tutorial website to have a significant influence on their learning motivation. Additionally, 54.2% of respondents considered this video tutorial website effective in supporting distance learning.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the determinants that influence employees' interest in utilising the ePuskesmas application as a revenue information system within the Mojokerto District Health Centre. The application was developed to support digitisation in recording and reporting health service revenue administration. This study used quantitative methods through a survey involving 81 respondents from 27 Puskesmas, including administrative officers, cashiers, treasurers, and accountants. A total of 70 usable questionnaires were analysed using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of the analysis show that performance expectations, perceived ease of use, and availability of infrastructure support have a significant and positive influence on interest in using the application. In contrast, social influence factors do not have a significant impact. The R² value of 0.754 indicates that the model can explain 75.4% of the variability in usage interest. These findings highlight the importance of ease of use, operational effectiveness, and infrastructure support in strengthening the implementation of digital technology in primary healthcare facilities.

This research was conducted at PT Jasaraharja Putera Manado Branch. The sample used in this research is a customer who buys back at PT Jasaraharja Putera Manado Branch, a total of 140 customers. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. This research is a type of quantitative research using path analysis techniques (path analysis). This study also uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis model to obtain latent variable relationships and to predict construct structural indicators. The results showed that there was a significant influence between service quality on customer satisfaction, as indicated by a significance value of P values of 0.00 <0.05, which means that there was a significant effect between service quality variables on customer satisfaction. There is an insignificant effect between the variable quality of information on customer satisfaction as indicated by the significance value of P values of 0.19>0.05. It can be concluded that there is no significant effect of information quality on customer satisfaction. There is a significant effect between service quality on repurchase intention with a significance value of P Values 0.02 <0.05. There is no significant effect between the quality of information on repurchase intention, as indicated by the significance value of P values of 0.09>0.05. It can be concluded that the quality of information does not significantly influence repurchase intention. There is a significant influence between customer satisfaction as a moderating variable on repurchase intention P values of 0.00>0.05.

Abstract

This work examined the link between corporate information disclosure and the stock valuation in Nigeria using a dummy variable regression approach. It specifically looked into the relationship between quality of information disclosure, timely disclosure of information, mode of accounting and all share index. The secondary data for the variables were sourced from Nigeria Stock Exchange report for the period of 15 years (2005-2019). The dummy regression analysis was used with the aid of the E-view statistical software to test the stated hypotheses for the above variables at 0.5 significant level. The result showed that there is a significant relationship between quality of information, timely disclosure of information, mode of accounting and all share index of the Nigeria stock market. On the aggregate, corporate information disclosure has a significant influence on stock market valuation in the Nigerian stock market. The study therefore recommended that corporate firms in Nigeria should abide by information disclosure policy so as the boost the awareness and confidence of the investors in the stock market.
