Abstract

Service is the provision (serving) of the needs of individuals or communities who have an interest in the organization in accordance with the basic rules and procedures specified. Good service will ultimately be able to provide satisfaction to the community. The public can directly assess the performance based on the services received. One of the problems that need attention at the Koto VII Sub-District Head Office is Community Service, which is currently still using the manual method of recording through the Service agenda book. This method will make the working method ineffective because one of the obstacles faced is when Community Service can extend the time long enough because it is still manual. This system is designed using DFD (Data Flow Diagram). The sources of research data are secondary data obtained from studies of several journals, articles, government regulations, company data, internet, and others. Which is considered relevant to the research topic. With the system application that was built, it can help, simplify, and speed up the process of Community Service to the community being more well-documented and processing the required data faster.

Abstract

Abstract: Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) has emerged as one of the most advanced approaches in leveraging large language models (LLMs) by combining them with knowledge-based retrieval mechanisms. Unlike pure LLMs that solely rely on pre-trained data, RAG enables systems to reference up-to-date and relevant information sources, thereby producing responses that are more accurate and contextually appropriate. This study proposes a governance-ready RAG architecture specifically designed for enterprise information systems, with a focus on improving answer accuracy, auditability, and regulatory compliance. In a case study within the domain of corporate document management, the proposed architecture demonstrates its ability to significantly enhance both retrieval performance and the quality of generated responses compared to baseline LLMs. The integration of data governance modules, audit trails, and policy layers ensures that the system remains transparent and accountable, particularly in enterprise environments that demand clear auditability. Furthermore, the inclusion of policy layers guarantees that the system operates in alignment with both corporate and national regulatory standards. Evaluation results indicate a substantial improvement, with retrieval precision increasing by up to 23% compared to the baseline. These findings highlight that governance-ready RAG can serve as a critical foundation for developing enterprise information systems that are not only smarter and more efficient, but also secure and regulation-compliant [1][5]. Abstract

Customer satisfaction plays a crucial role in encouraging continued use of financial services. This study examines the effect of Accounting Information System (AIS) quality and trust on customer satisfaction in mobile banking, with data security as a moderating variable. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to mobile banking users at PT Bank XYZ (Persero), Jakarta, specifically at the Fatmawati branch. The analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results indicate that AIS quality and data security do not significantly affect customer satisfaction in mobile banking. In contrast, trust has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the findings reveal that data security does not moderate the relationship between AIS quality and customer trust, which in turn does not influence customer satisfaction. These results highlight the dominant role of trust in shaping user satisfaction, indicating that the quality of accounting information systems and data security alone are insufficient to enhance the customer experience. The study contributes to the literature on mobile banking by emphasizing the importance of trust as a key determinant of customer satisfaction, and provides insights for banks to strengthen trust-building strategies in digital financial services.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a core component of modern business strategy, positioning information technology (IT) projects as key drivers of organizational innovation and efficiency. However, the success of digital strategies is highly dependent on an organization’s ability to manage project scope with discipline. One of the most persistent challenges is scope creep—the uncontrolled expansion of project scope without formal approval—which can disrupt timelines, overburden teams, and diminish both the quality and strategic relevance of project outcomes. This study aims to identify the root causes of scope creep, examine its impact on the implementation of internal digital projects, and propose adaptive and structured control strategies. The research was conducted at PT Klik Sinergi Solusi (KSS) using a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with six project stakeholders across different roles, direct observation, and project documentation analysis, including backlog records, meeting notes, and scope change archives. The findings reveal that scope creep at KSS is driven by a combination of weak scope planning structures, the absence of effective change control mechanisms, inconsistent and undocumented communication, and an overly accommodating organizational culture toward user requests. As a result, projects suffer from delays, wasted effort, reduced output quality, and misalignment with the company’s digital strategy. The study also formulates six scope control strategies, including stronger scope baselines, regular validation forums, optimized use of project tools, and the development of a data-driven, assertive project culture. This research contributes to the theoretical discourse on digital project management and offers practical recommendations for designing scope control mechanisms that support the success of digital transformation initiatives.

Abstract

The Mecca Park in Pasuruan City is a religious tourism destination with strategic potential but faces the problem of a lack of adequate visual information systems. This study aims to design a comprehensive and effective Environmental Graphic Design (EGD) as an information medium to improve the quality of visual services and tourist experiences. The research method uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the Sugiyono model simplified into 7 stages. The research subjects consisted of 10 respondents for the small-scale trial and 82 respondents for the large-scale trial. The design concept developed is "Islamic Heritage & Spiritual Elegance" which is in line with the religious characteristics of the destination. The EGD system includes five main components: directional signs, informational signs, regulatory signs, orientation signs, and identification signs using a black-gold-white color scheme, League Spartan and DM Sans typography, and weather-resistant Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) material. The results of the validation test by media experts and material experts showed a score of 93% with a "very feasible" category. The trial resulted in a feasibility level of 95% on a small scale and 89.2% on a large scale, both in the "very feasible" category. The implementation of EGD has successfully addressed the visual information issues in accordance with the Regulation of the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism No. 3 of 2018, and has contributed to improving the tourist experience and developing religious tourism destinations based on religious and cultural values.
