Abstract

Abstract : Manual patient data management at MARLO Clinic, Pasar Baru, Bosar Maligas District, has led to various issues in healthcare services such as delays in documentation, data duplication, and inaccurate reporting. To address these problems, this study aims to design and develop a computerized patient data information system using Visual Basic .NET 2010 programming language and Microsoft Access database. The methodology includes requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and application testing. The proposed solution involves building an administrative system capable of processing patient data, medication data, room data, and both outpatient and inpatient treatment transactions. The results indicate that the system enhances administrative speed, improves data accuracy, and simplifies report generation for clinic management. In conclusion, the developed information system effectively increases the efficiency and effectiveness of services at MARLO Clinic. Keywords : patient data; klinik marlo; database access; visual basic 2010. Abstrak : Pengelolaan data pasien yang masih dilakukan secara manual di Klinik MARLO Pasar Baru, Kecamatan Bosar Maligas, menimbulkan berbagai kendala dalam pelayanan kesehatan, seperti keterlambatan pencatatan, duplikasi data, dan ketidaktepatan laporan. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem informasi data pasien berbasis komputer menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic .NET 2010 dan database Microsoft Access. Metode yang digunakan meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian aplikasi. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah pengembangan sistem administrasi pasien yang dapat memproses data pasien, data obat, data ruang, dan transaksi perawatan baik rawat jalan maupun rawat inap. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat mempercepat proses administrasi, meningkatkan akurasi data, serta mempermudah pembuatan laporan untuk manajemen. Dengan demikian, sistem informasi ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pelayanan di Klinik MARLO.Kata Kunci: data pasien; klinik marlo; database access; visual basic 2010

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to design and build a web-based Patient Administration Information System at the ATHA Perdagangan Clinic to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of patient administration services. This system was developed to replace the manual processes currently used, such as patient registration, drug data management, room data management, and recording inpatient and outpatient payment transactions, which are prone to errors and time-consuming. The system development method includes needs analysis, system design using Visual Basic 2010 and Microsoft Access Database, user interface implementation, and system testing. The results of the study indicate that the system built is able to speed up the administration process, minimize data input errors, and produce fast, accurate, and structured reports. The implementation of this system makes it easier for administrative staff to manage patient data, while improving the quality of service at the ATHA Perdagangan Clinic.Keywords: patient administration; visual basic 2010; database access.  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kepasienan berbasis web pada Klinik ATHA Perdagangan guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi layanan administrasi pasien. Sistem ini dikembangkan untuk menggantikan proses manual yang selama ini digunakan, seperti pencatatan pasien, pengelolaan data obat, pengaturan data ruang, serta pencatatan transaksi pembayaran rawat inap dan rawat jalan, yang rentan terhadap kesalahan dan memakan waktu. Metode pengembangan sistem meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem menggunakan Visual Basic 2010 dan Database Microsoft Access, implementasi antarmuka pengguna, serta pengujian sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu mempercepat proses administrasi, meminimalkan kesalahan input data, serta menghasilkan laporan yang cepat, akurat, dan terstruktur. Implementasi sistem ini memberikan kemudahan bagi petugas administrasi dalam mengelola data pasien, sekaligus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di Klinik ATHA Perdagangan.Kata Kunci: administrasi pasien; visual basic 2010; database access

Abstract

The development of the Village Information System (SID) mandated by Village Law No. 6 of 2014 is not merely a formality to fulfill obligations but its existence is crucial as documentation of village data consisting of population data, village potential and village programs. This can certainly occur if the village can interpret the data it has. The study aims to determine the development of SID and the use of data in development. The study used a descriptive analytical method, data collection techniques obtained from FGDs, interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis used interactive analysis techniques. The results show that the Panggungharjo Village Government has developed SID independently with institutional support, funding, and professional human resources. SID supports more transparent administrative services, encouraging the emergence of various data-based public programs (scholarships and elderly assistance). These findings confirm that Panggungharjo has implemented the principle of data sovereignty, namely, the village has control over data and makes it the basis for development and public services.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of environmental assurance statements and digital reporting platforms on the relevance of financial information in agricultural sector issuers in Indonesia. The increasing demand for transparent, credible, and timely financial reporting that incorporates sustainability issues motivated this research. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 160 respondents through a structured questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 25, employing validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results reveal that environmental assurance statements significantly improve the relevance of financial information by increasing the credibility and reliability of disclosures. Similarly, digital reporting platforms significantly enhance relevance by improving accessibility, timeliness, and transparency of financial data. Simultaneous testing further confirms that both variables jointly strengthen the relevance of financial reporting. These findings contribute to the literature on financial reporting quality and provide practical implications for issuers, regulators, and investors in the agricultural sector, emphasizing the integration of sustainability assurance and digital transformation as strategic drivers of decision-useful financial information.

Abstract

One of the innovations that has received attention is Building Information Modeling (BIM). The software that applies the BIM concept is Autodesk Revit. This study compares the Cost Budget Plan (RAB) obtained through the BIM method, and the RAB calculated by conventional methods in the Denpasar Undiksha Campus Lecture Building Construction Project, to identify a more efficient method used in project cost estimation. The method used in this study is to collect project data in the form of structural work drawings, unit price analysis, and RAB, which is used as a reference for modeling with Autodesk Revit. The RAB calculated using the BIM method modeled on Autodesk Revit was obtained lower at IDR 3,003,134,274.71. while RAB was obtained from contract documents of IDR 3,425,386,712.44. The comparison between Autodesk Revit's RAB and the contract document RAB shows a difference of IDR 422,252,437.73 with an efficiency value of 12.33%. The Cost Budget Plan (RAB) generated through modeling using Autodesk Revit shows lower and more efficient values. This shows that the application of BIM methods in project cost planning can provide more accurate and optimal results

Abstract

Abstract: Bakery MSMEs in Kisaran City play a significant role in the local economy, but their distribution data is still managed manually, making it difficult to access and analyze. This study aims to develop a WebGIS-based Geographic Information System to map and manage bakery MSME data digitally and in an integrated manner. The research methods include field surveys, spatial and non-spatial data collection, system design using UML, development with Leaflet.js and MySQL, and testing using the blackbox method. The results show that the resulting system is capable of displaying interactive maps with location details, business information, and an easy-to-use search feature. This system makes it easier for the government, business actors, and the public to access MSME information and supports data-based economic development planning. With the output in the form of publications in accredited journals, this research is expected to be an effective solution for MSME data management in other regions. Keyword: bakery; mapping; MSME; WebGIS Abstrak: UMKM toko roti di Kota Kisaran memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian lokal, namun data persebarannya masih dikelola secara manual sehingga sulit diakses dan dianalisis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Geografis berbasis WebGIS untuk memetakan dan mengelola data UMKM toko roti secara digital dan terintegrasi. Metode penelitian meliputi survei lapangan, pengumpulan data spasial dan non-spasial, perancangan sistem menggunakan UML, pengembangan dengan Leaflet.js dan MySQL, serta pengujian menggunakan metode blackbox. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem yang dihasilkan mampu menampilkan peta interaktif dengan detail lokasi, informasi usaha, dan fitur pencarian yang mudah digunakan. Sistem ini mempermudah pemerintah, pelaku usaha, dan masyarakat dalam mengakses informasi UMKM, serta mendukung perencanaan pembangunan ekonomi berbasis data. Abstract

The development of Information technology has had a significant impact on various aspects of life, including time and Information management. One crucial aspect is an effective and efficient Notification management system, where timely and relevant notifications are essential to support activities in various contexts, both personal, business, and organizational. This study discusses the design and development of a WhatsApp-based Notification Information System to improve internet services at PT PLN Icon Plus. This system is designed to accelerate and facilitate the delivery of information related to disruptions or maintenance of internet services to customers. The method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which allows the application development process to be faster and more flexible to changes in user needs. The result of this study is a prototype of an automatic notification system that can send WhatsApp messages directly to customers, thus supporting the creation of more effective and responsive communication between the company and customers. With this system, it is hoped that the quality of PT PLN Icon Plus internet services will increase and customer satisfaction can be maintained.

Abstract

Introduction: Health Information Systems (HIS) play a vital role in enhancing healthcare delivery and decision-making processes. Effective implementation of the COVID-19 vaccination program is essential to control the pandemic globally. However, data from the Ministry of Health of Timor Leste reveals suboptimal vaccination coverage in Municipio Ermera, with only 78.9% receiving the first dose, 66.2% the second, and just 18.7% the third dose. These figures indicate a need for more efficient data management and health service delivery. Objective: This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the Health Information System in supporting COVID-19 vaccination efforts at the Glenu Ermera Health Center in 2023. Method: Using a quantitative cross-sectional design, data were collected from 59 healthcare workers. Analysis was performed using the Chi-Square test in SPSS version 21. Result and Discussion: Results showed that only 5.1% of respondents rated the HIS as effective, while 74.6% deemed it less effective. The chi-square analysis yielded a p-value of 0.013 (<0.05), indicating a significant relationship between HIS effectiveness and vaccination outcomes. Conclusion: In conclusion, enhancing HIS effectiveness at the Gleno Ermera Health Center requires comprehensive facility improvements, better regulations, and the development of skilled human resources.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effect of technology utilization on increasing fourth-grade students' interest and motivation in learning social studies. The research method used was qualitative with a phenomenological approach, involving 22 students at elementary school 2 Tomohon. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews, classroom observations, and group discussions. The results showed that the use of technology, such as tablet devices and interactive educational applications, significantly increased students' interest and motivation. As many as 85% of students stated that technology made learning more interesting, while 78% felt more motivated to learn. In addition, student participation in discussions also increased, and they developed useful digital skills. However, challenges such as limited access and unstable internet connections need to be addressed. These findings suggest that integrating technology in social studies learning can create a more interactive and effective learning environment and provide recommendations for the development of better educational practices. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the use of technology in social studies learning makes a significant contribution to increasing students' interest and motivation to learn, where 85% of students stated that the use of technology makes social studies lessons more interesting, while 78% of students feel more motivated to learn when technology is used in learning activities.

Abstract

Phishing refers to online fraud activities that deceive victims into disclosing their data, leading to various risks such as misuse of banking accounts, email accounts, and social media. This study is based on the increasing number of phishing cases in society, including among university students, which have resulted in financial losses and personal data breaches, thereby violating Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE Law). Therefore, local government supervision is deemed necessary to address phishing activities occurring in Malang City. The objective of this study is to analyze the effectiveness and challenges of the supervision carried out by the Department of Communication and Information (Diskominfo) of Malang City on phishing, from the perspective of the ITE Law and Maqāṣid al-Sharīʿah. The research employs an empirical juridical method with a socio-juridical approach. The findings indicate that the supervision efforts by Diskominfo Malang include public education on the dangers of phishing and prevention strategies, provision of a reporting channel called “Malangkota-CSIRT,” and coordination with relevant stakeholders. From the perspective of Maqāṣid al-Sharīʿah, these efforts aim to realize public benefit (maslahah) by protecting wealth (hifzh al-mal) and life (hifzh al-nafs). However, the effectiveness of these supervision efforts remains limited due to legal constraints within the ITE Law and several practical challenges, such as unequal dissemination of information, limited human resources and budget, and inadequate infrastructure, all of which hinder the supervision and response process.
