Abstract

Understanding the user’s need for health information has become increasingly important as the use of digital health services continues to grow. However, the unstructured data of user-generated questions presents challenges in accurately capturing and analyzing these needs. This study contributes to addressing SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being) by utilizing topic mining-based knowledge discovery to identify the primary topics emerging from user questions submitted through the “Tanya Dokter” feature on the Alodokter platform. A total of 8,550 questions were obtained through web scraping between July 2024 and June 2025. The collected data were preprocessed and subsequently analyzed using seven topic modeling approaches: Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA), Correlated Topic Model (CTM), Latent Semantic Analysis (LSA), Non-negative Matrix Factorization (NMF), BERTopic, Top2Vec, and ProdLDA. To assess model performance, the coherence metric (c_v) was employed to identify the most effective method. Among these techniques, NMF achieved the best results, producing the highest coherence score of 0.67 with six well-defined topics. The findings show six primary areas of concern: pregnancy; menstruation and contraceptive management; general health and minor ailments; infant care; dermatological conditions; and musculoskeletal and other physical complaints. General health-related issues occurred most frequently, particularly during seasonal transitions, while menstruation and contraceptive management received the least attention, despite menstruation contributing to women’s health risks and the use of contraceptives helping to reduce maternal mortality in Indonesia. These findings offer valuable insights for digital health platforms like Alodokter to enhance information delivery and health literacy, ultimately improving online health services and supporting the achievement of SDG 3

Abstract

This study aims to describe the truth-seeking behavior of prospective mathematics teachers through the lens of mathematical resilience. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects were prospective mathematics teachers at an Islamic university in Malang, Indonesia, which selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected using questionnaires, tests, and in-depth interviews. The data analysis techniques included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The findings reveal that subjects with high mathematical resilience were able to meet all indicators of truth-seeking, as reflected in their comprehensive mastery of relevant information and their ability to solve problems systematically, even when confronted with contradictory information. Subjects with moderate resilience could only fulfill some indicators, indicating challenges in dealing with complex information. Meanwhile, subjects with low resilience demonstrated success in only a few indicators, highlighting significant difficulties in understanding and analyzing contradictory information. These notable differences emphasize the critical role of mathematical resilience in fostering truth-seeking abilities, particularly when integrating Islamic and mathematical perspectives.

Abstract

Abstract: This article aims to analyze how user competency moderates the performance of FEB lecturers in a management information system at the Islamic University of Malang. The research sample consists of 45 permanent lecturers. Questionnaires were distributed via Google Forms as direct data collection from respondents. The data were then analyzed using structural equation modeling partial least squares (SEM-PLS), which was then used to answer the research hypothesis. The results showed that both the management information system and user competence have a significant effect on lecturer performance. However, user competence does not moderate the influence of management information systems on lecturer performance. Implications for further research suggest comparing the performance of lecturers at other universities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the emergence and influence of modern concepts that appeared at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th centuries on the social, political, and intellectual life of the Turkestan region. Using a qualitative historical-analytical method, the research examines how modernist ideas—originating in the Muslim world, particularly from reformist movements in Egypt, Turkey, and India—were adapted by local intellectuals and Jadid reformers to promote social transformation. The study draws on historical documents, scholarly works, and reformist writings to assess how modernization affected education, law, political thought, and national consciousness among the peoples of Turkestan. The results show that the spread of reformist thought led to the rise of new educational systems, increased political awareness, and the development of socio-religious reforms that bridged traditional Islamic principles with modern rationalist ideas. The study concludes that these reformist concepts played a key role in shaping the intellectual and cultural revival of Turkestan, laying the foundation for national awakening and modern identity formation in Uzbekistan and Central Asia.

Abstract

The implementation of Hospital Management Information Systems (SIMRS) is crucial in enhancing efficiency, security, and the overall quality of radiology services. However, the integration between Radiology Information System (RIS), Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS), and Electronic Medical Records (EMR), particularly through standards such as HL7 and DICOM remains a challenge in many hospitals, including “Hospital X” Jakarta. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of SIMRS in the radiology department using the PIECES framework (Performance, Information & Data, Economy, Control & Security, Efficiency, and Service). A qualitative case study approach was applied, with data collected through in-depth interviews involving 15 informants from different professional categories within the radiology unit. Thematic analysis was conducted with coding guided by the PIECES framework. Findings reveal that SIMRS supports improvements in Information & Data management, operational Economy, and Control & Security, particularly in reducing paper-based processes and improving access to digital records. Nevertheless, issues persist in Performance, Efficiency, and Service, such as frequent network latency, duplication in EMR entries, and limited accessibility of PACS outside designated terminals. Based on these results, it is recommended that “Hospital X” not only conduct regular monitoring of hardware capacity and network stability, but also adopt strategic measures, including policy development toward filmless radiology, strengthening interoperability across RIS–PACS–EMR systems, and implementing more rigorous data security audits.
