Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di bidang konstruksi menghasilkan suatu sistem yang dikenal dengan Building Information Modeling (BIM. Namun dalam praktiknya terdapat proyek di Indonesia yang masih menggunakan metode konvensional dalam proses perencanaan konstruksi, salah satunya pada Pembangunan Rumah Sakit X. Metode konvensional memiliki kendala seperti membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama, memiliki risiko kesalahan (human error) yang cukup tinggi pada proses perhitungan. Penggunaan BIM dapat mengelola data secara detail, mengurangi kesalahan kelalaian, mengurangi proses pengerjaan berulang dan mampu mengurangi durasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui proses implementasi dan hasil volume tulangan, bar bending schedule serta waste tulangan menggunakan metode BIM pada pembangunan Rumah Sakit X. Penelitian dilaksanakan berdasarkan data sekunder yang didapatkan dari proyek konstruksi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Penggunaan BIM dapat mempermudah dalam pemodelan dan perhitungan volume tulangan dan bar bending schedule, karena pemodelan BIM memuat informasi detail tentang bangunan yang dapat dikeluarkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Hasil analisis volume terhadap besi tulangan dihitung menggunakan konsep BIM didapatkan lebih kecil dibandingkan metode konvensional, pada kolom sebesar 11,43% dan pada balok 4,3 %. Selisih rata-rata waste tulangan pada kolom menggunakan BIM dan software lebih kecil 1,78 % pada kolom, dan pada balok lebih kecil 0,73% dibandingkan metode konvensional

Abstract

Story maps adalah narasi interaktif berbasis peta Web GIS yang dapat mengoptimalkan fungsi cerita dalam meningkatkan pemasaran wisata dan niat berkunjung. Meski telah dimanfaatkan untuk berbagai keperluan seperti komunikasi hasil riset dan pengajaran, story maps belum banyak digunakan dalam konteks promosi wisata. Diperlukan kajian yang secara sistematis mengidentifikasi potensi dan merumuskan strategi desain story maps dalam mendukung promosi destinasi wisata. Dengan tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menganalisis enam situs story maps yang diambil dari kompetisi ArcGIS Story Maps Competition 2022 dan 2023. Melalui pendekatan empiris, penelitian ini menganalisis elemen desain yang membentuk struktur naratif story maps. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan strategi desain untuk menggunakan story maps dalam mempromosikan destinasi wisata, dengan fokus pada lima elemen naratif: splash screen dengan visual yang mencolok, stage setting dengan pengantar yang menggugah, plot progression menggunakan navigasi linear, cognitive tension untuk mempertahankan minat, dan call to action dengan teks dan visual yang persuasif. Setiap elemen harus menampilkan authentic cues dan membangkitkan emosi positif dengan merepresentasikan keunikan destinasi, termasuk aktivitas dan interaksi manusia di tempat tersebut.

Abstract

In the current digital era, it has changed all the public's habits in using social media in all their activities, one of which is using the social media TikTok. Currently, TikTok users in Indonesia are firmly in second place in the world with 112.97 million users. And this is due to the public's need for information, whise the percentage level of the audience obtaining information through social media is 80.1%. Thisefore, this research aims to describe the content analysis of TikTok social media, which is not only used as a medium for entertainment, but is also used as a means of education for a wide audience. This research uses qualitative methods with a focus on content analysis on the social media content of the TikTok account @ekidarehanf which was published on January 1, 2023 - August 1, 2023. In addition, the grouping of published content is based on the Four Pillar Social Media Content Strategy. The research results show that the social media TikTok @ekidarehanf is a medium that publishes information and communication, which of the four pillars includes entertainment content, collaboration content, educational content and informational content. What Ekida publishes most on his TikTok account, namely @ekidarehanf, is educational content whise educational content is the main content published by Ekida as a young doctor.

Abstract

Accreditation serves as a critical quality assurance mechanism in higher education; however, manual and fragmented data management creates significant challenges in collecting accreditation documentation and reports. This research designs and develops an Accreditation Menu for the P3M Information System at Politeknik Negeri Samarinda to streamline accreditation processes with greater effectiveness, efficiency, and accountability. Using an iterative Agile Scrum methodology across five development sprints, the study implemented integrated CRUD operations, advanced search-filtering capabilities, real-time notification systems, comprehensive user acceptance testing, and Docker-based deployment. Key results demonstrate that the Accreditation Menu reduces document preparation time by 40%, improves data accuracy from 88% to 97%, and achieves 92% user satisfaction (UAT survey, n=25 stakeholders). The system successfully manages accreditation indicators, supporting documentation, and reporting in full compliance with LAM INFOKOM standards while providing real-time data integration between research activities and accreditation requirements. This work improves accreditation efficiency, reduces administrative burden, and supports institutional compliance with national quality assurance standards. The Agile approach enables rapid adaptation to evolving user needs and regulatory changes, with promising opportunities for AI-based predictive monitoring and integration with national accreditation systems.

Abstract

General Background: Public sector financial reporting requires reliable systems to enhance transparency and accountability. Specific Background: Regional governments continue to face issues such as errors, overpayments, and weak compliance that indicate insufficient report quality. Knowledge Gap: Prior studies show inconsistent findings regarding the roles of accounting information systems (AIS) and human resource quality in improving report quality. Aims: This study aims to analyze the contribution of AIS implementation and human resource quality to the financial report quality in a local government office. Results: The findings indicate that AIS implementation contributes significantly to improving report quality, while human resource quality strengthens the relationship between AIS and reporting outcomes. Novelty: This study integrates signaling theory and contextual issues from the selected region to provide a more comprehensive understanding of reporting practices. Implications: The results highlight the importance of strengthening AIS utilization and enhancing staff competency to support transparent and accountable public financial management. Abstract

General Background Accounting information systems play a central role in supporting organizational financial reporting and decision-making. Specific Background The successful implementation of such systems is not solely determined by technical capability but also by employee behavioral aspects, particularly in companies utilizing integrated systems such as SAP. Knowledge Gap Previous studies report inconsistent findings regarding the role of behavioral aspects in accounting information system practices, and qualitative interpretative evidence remains limited. Aims This study aims to analyze behavioral aspects in the implementation of the accounting information system at PT Sinar Baja Electric and to describe system quality from a behavioral perspective. Results Using primary data collected through interviews and observations and analyzed through qualitative interpretative methods, the study finds that SAP-based accounting information systems are generally implemented well and assist financial management, although operational constraints persist due to limited user competence and delayed data checking. Employee attitudes, perceptions, and emotional control are categorized as good and supportive of system usage. Novelty This study offers interpretative insights based on direct informant perspectives within a manufacturing company context. Implications The findings highlight the importance of strengthening behavioral aspects and continuous training to support reliable and efficient accounting information system practices. Abstract

General Background Micro, small, and medium enterprises play a vital role in national economic sustainability, yet many operate without structured accounting information systems. Specific Background This condition is evident in UMKM Tahu Jaya Sentosa, where cash receipt and cash disbursement activities are conducted using simple practices without formal recording. Knowledge Gap Limited understanding and implementation of accounting information systems constrain internal control and financial transparency in UMKM operations. Aims This study aims to design an accounting information system for cash receipts and cash disbursements that can be applied as a practical guideline for UMKM. Results Using a qualitative descriptive approach through interviews and observations, the study finds that cash transactions are not recorded in journals or ledgers, internal control is informal, and financial information is not systematically documented. Novelty The study presents a context-based accounting information system design tailored to the operational realities of a small-scale UMKM. Implications The proposed design provides practical guidance for improving cash transaction recording and internal control, supporting better financial management practices in UMKM environments. Abstract

General Background This study addresses the growing need for data-driven marketing practices in dynamic business environments. Specific Background Iraqi firms face limitations in proactive marketing due to underdeveloped marketing information systems. Knowledge Gap Empirical evidence explaining how marketing information systems support proactive marketing in this context remains limited. Aims This research aims to examine the relationship between marketing information systems and proactive marketing within Iraqi companies. Results Using a descriptive and analytical approach with questionnaire data from 126 respondents and SPSS analysis, the findings reveal a strong statistical relationship, with marketing information systems explaining a substantial proportion of variance in proactive marketing practices. Novelty The study provides empirical validation from an underrepresented regional context using comprehensive statistical testing. Implications The findings suggest that strengthening marketing information systems supports anticipatory marketing practices, informed decision-making, and organizational readiness in competitive markets. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan transformasi digital mendorong organisasi modern untuk mengelola pengetahuan dan informasi secara sistematis. Knowledge dan information processing menjadi elemen strategis dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan, efisiensi operasional, serta inovasi organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep, tahapan, dan penerapan knowledge dan information processing dalam konteks organisasi modern. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review dengan menelaah berbagai jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan sumber akademik relevan dalam kurun waktu sepuluh tahun terakhir. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan knowledge dan information processing yang terintegrasi melalui sistem pengelolaan pengetahuan mampu memberikan keunggulan kompetitif, meningkatkan pembelajaran organisasi, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi konseptual bagi akademisi dan praktisi dalam mengembangkan strategi pengelolaan pengetahuan dan informasi yang efektif.

Abstract

The ISumenep reading app is a new reading app that provides a digital collection for the people of Sumenep. Despite having a fairly large collection for a new reading app, its visitor access experienced a decline in 2022. This study was conducted to determine whether there is an influence of the quality of information available on user access interest in this app. The research method used was a quantitative method with simple random sampling and a simple linear regression test. The data collection technique involved observation and the distribution of questionnaires to a number of respondents obtained from the usernames or users of the ISumenep reading app. The results of the study showed that there was a positive influence between the information quality variable and the access interest variable, with an influence value of 81%. This indicates that improving the quality of information in the ISumenep reading application will clearly contribute to increasing users' interest in accessing the application itself. This study can serve as a reference for similar institutions planning to develop similar reading applications, particularly in terms of information quality related to format, completeness, relevance to user needs, as well as the accuracy and timeliness of the information provided.
