Abstract

The use of mobile technology is increasingly important for schools in improving the smoothness of teacher administration, making it faster and more accessible. At SDN 101827, various processes such as attendance recording, leave requests, and teacher data management are still carried out manually, often resulting in delays, data inaccuracies, and low efficiency. This study designed a mobile-based Teacher Management Information System (SIMAGUR) as a solution to streamline and accelerate the administrative process. The Design Thinking method was applied through five stages, starting from identifying needs, formulating problems, developing ideas, creating prototypes, and testing the system. In the testing phase, the System Usability Scale (SUS) was used to measure user perceptions of the application's ease of use. The score was calculated based on the SUS rules with a value conversion using a factor of 2.5 to obtain the final score. The test results on five respondents produced an average score of 80.00, which is classified as Excellent (B) . These findings indicate that the SIMAGUR design has a good level of usability, is easy to understand, and provides a positive experience for users. Overall, the designed system has the potential to support schools in managing teacher administration in a more organized and efficient manner.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Inventory Management Practices, Inventory Efficiency (Inventory Leanness), and Supply Chain Information on the Business Performance of MSMEs in Indonesia. This study employs a quantitative approach using explanatory research design. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 73 MSME owners across different regions in Indonesia using purposive sampling. The research instrument was developed based on established indicators for each variable and measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS, including validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R²), F-test, and t-test to examine both simultaneous and partial effects among variables. The results indicate that Inventory Management Practices, Inventory Efficiency, and Supply Chain Information simultaneously have a significant effect on MSME Business Performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.612 suggests that 61.2% of the variation in business performance can be explained by the three independent variables. However, partial testing reveals that Inventory Management Practices do not have a statistically significant effect on Business Performance (p = 0.076), despite showing a positive relationship. In contrast, Inventory Efficiency (p = 0.009) and Supply Chain Information (p = 0.001) have a significant and positive effect on Business Performance. These findings suggest that the ability of MSMEs to maintain lean and efficient inventory levels, along with fast, clear, and transparent supply chain information flow, contributes more substantially to business performance improvement than inventory management practices when implemented independently.

Abstract

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of academic administrative service quality and user satisfaction on the effectiveness of Academic Management Information System (SIMA) usage in higher education. Service quality was evaluated using the SERVQUAL dimensions, while user satisfaction was assessed through four key indicators. A quantitative survey of 333 students, supported by qualitative interviews, was employed. Multiple regression analysis shows that service quality significantly affects SIMA usage (β = 0.379; p = 0.000), and user satisfaction also has a strong positive effect (β = 1.053; p = 0.000). Together, both variables explain 47% of the variance in SIMA usage (R² = 0.470). Descriptive findings indicate that assurance and responsiveness are the weakest aspects of service quality, while the confirmation dimension requires attention within user satisfaction. Although system and information quality are generally rated well, issues remain regarding information relevance and system assurance. Overall, the study highlights the need for a holistic strategy that simultaneously enhances service quality and user satisfaction to improve SIMA effectiveness in supporting academic processes
