Abstract

Indonesia is a pluralistic country in many aspects, including race, ethnicity, regional languages, customs, and religion. To manage this diversity in terms of ethnicity, religion, race, and intergroup relations (SARA), the government frames it within the format of religious harmony, which is defined as "... the state of relationships among religious communities based on tolerance, mutual understanding, mutual respect, appreciation of equality in practicing their religious teachings, and cooperation in social, national, and state life within the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia." Since religious harmony is a state of being, it is dynamic and influenced by its ability to adapt to social changes in society, including shifts in social structures that encompass patterns of social relationships, social norms, and social roles. Social changes vary not only in terms of degree but also in scale and scope. The development of technology, particularly information technology, has brought significant changes to social behavior. The rapid growth of information technology has altered old social patterns and structures. This change is marked by shifts in interaction patterns, lifestyles, behaviors, perspectives, ways of living, and social orientations. It is worth exploring how we (especially religious leaders) can strive to maintain religious harmony amidst the rapid advancement of information technology. The research method used in this study will be literature research. This literature research will focus on textbook analysis. The research will involve a comprehensive analysis of works discussing the relationship between information technology and religion. The rapid advancement of information and communication technology has accelerated social changes in various fields. An important phenomenon to observe is the fading of values, including religious, cultural, and national values. Society tends to neglect moral values when engaging in social media, focusing instead on what can go viral and generate profit. It is imperative for religious leaders to enter the digital technology realm to carry out their sacred role of delivering messages of morality and goodness, ensuring that religious harmony remains strong. In this context, it is important to involve and provide space for the younger generation to play a role.

Abstract

Digital transformation requires more operational efficiency in the trade sector, with RPA turning out to be one of the key technologies for modernizing Accounting Information Systems. This paper seeks to identify the adoption patterns and dominant factors determining the success of RPA implementation in finance and accounting functions within the trade sector-a domain which, so far, has been underexplored as compared to the banking sector. By means of a Systematic Literature Review with PRISMA 2020 guidelines, along with the bibliometric analysis of 72 Scopus-indexed articles published between 2020 and 2025, this study maps the evolution in technology adoption. The study portrays that RPA's adoption has moved beyond the automation of mere back-office repetitive tasks, such as reconciliation and data entry, toward the orchestration of end-to-end trade processes spanning procurement and logistics, while integrating with AI for handling unstructured data. The study further finds evidence that successful implementation relies on a maturity path leading from accurate selection of routine and high-volume processes to standardization of data input. The sustainability of RPA advantages is defined by organizational capabilities through CoE and successful change management, while supported by strategic governance through alignment of business objectives with information technology.   The result of this study provides a theoretical framework and practical guidance for trading firms in ensuring investments in RPA result in performance metrics and increased compliance.

Abstract

In this study, the researchers found a way to help teachers input student grades and achievements. Currently, records are still kept in books, which can cause problems such as burning, deterioration over time, or damage caused by pests. The purpose of this study is to create a system that can be a solution to the above problems, which will also make it easier for teachers to monitor their students so that they can report to the students' guardians. The researcher hopes that this system can help in monitoring student development. Blackbox testing was conducted to show that all features functioned as expected. In addition, a user survey was conducted, which showed a satisfactory rating of 60%, particularly for the interface design. However, the system performance still needs improvement because errors occurred in several aspects and received a low satisfaction rating of less than 50%. There are still many shortcomings in this research that need to be addressed. Hopefully, future research can improve on these shortcomings, resulting in a useful project.

Abstract

Shrimp ponds are a place built to cultivate shrimp, with a tropical climate that makes Indonesia one of the largest shrimp producers, both saltwater, freshwater and brackish water shrimp. For shrimp farming business people, it is one of the profitable business opportunities because it is easy to maintain and produces fantastic profits. Maintenance for shrimp pond cultivation can be done by checking water quality using litmus paper, a digital pH meter or a chlorine test kit. However, this method is still considered less efficient because water is taken from the pond repeatedly over time, which wastes time and energy, in addition, changes in water quality in the pond can occur at any time, causing shrimp death and causing farmers to fail to harvest. In this study, water temperature, water pH, and water current sensors were used to monitor water quality. Then the data from the water quality detected by the sensor will be received by the Esp32 microcontroller and then send the data to firebase. Firebase plays a role in storing and sending data to Android so that it can be displayed on a smartphone. Poor data values will cause a notification to appear on the farmer's smartphone so that the farmer does not need to check the pond location repeatedly.

Abstract

Food-delivery applications increasingly rely on social media advertising to communicate promotional content, yet the effectiveness of informative messages in driving user engagement remains unclear. This study explores how perceived informativeness in social-media–based advertising (SMAPI) shapes user responses in the food-delivery service setting in Indonesia. Food-delivery applications frequently rely on social platforms to communicate promotional content, yet it remains uncertain whether informative messages encourage engagement with brand-related content. Drawing on Advertising Value Theory, Source Credibility Theory, and the Value–Attitude–Behavior framework, this study examines the relationships among SMAPI, perceived ad credibility, evaluative attitudes toward the advertisement, and engagement with the brand. Data were collected through an online questionnaire using purposive sampling, involving 159 users of food-delivery applications who had recently encountered promotional content on social media. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and a bootstrapping approach of 10,000 iterations. Results show that SMAPI positively influences ad credibility, which subsequently strengthens favorable attitudes toward the advertisement. Attitude toward the advertisement also significantly predicts engagement with the brand. However, the direct path from SMAPI to engagement outcomes and the serial mediation through credibility and attitude were not statistically significant. These findings suggest that while informational cues can shape cognitive and affective responses, they do not independently prompt interactive engagement. Practical implications emphasize the importance of incorporating emotional and participatory elements into promotional content to encourage deeper consumer involvement.

Abstract

The rapid growth of social media has transformed the way consumers access and share information, particularly among Generation Z, a cohort known for its strong digital engagement and environmental awareness. This study examines the impact of information sharing on social media on Generation Z’s intention to purchase green goods. Drawing on a quantitative research approach, the study analyzes key factors such as information sharing behavior, trust, environmental awareness, and social media engagement. The findings indicate that both the frequency and quality of shared content significantly influence green purchase intention, with peer-to-peer interactions playing a critical role. Environmental awareness and trust are identified as key mediating factors that strengthen the relationship between information sharing and behavioral intention. Additionally, social media engagement, including interactions with influencers and online communities, enhances the effectiveness of sustainability messages. The study also highlights both direct and indirect pathways through which social media influences purchasing behavior. These insights suggest that social media is a powerful tool for promoting sustainable consumption among Generation Z. The study contributes to the literature on digital marketing and sustainability by providing an integrated framework of social media influence. It concludes that strategic use of social media can effectively drive green purchasing behavior.

Abstract

Patient satisfaction is a key indicator in evaluating the quality of healthcare services, particularly in the context of patient-centered care. This study aims to analyze the impact of the expectation–experience gap and information transparency on patient satisfaction through a literature review approach. The expectation–experience gap refers to the discrepancy between patients’ prior expectations and their actual experiences during healthcare service delivery, while information transparency relates to the clarity, openness, and accessibility of information provided to patients. This study employs a qualitative literature review method by collecting and analyzing secondary data from peer-reviewed journals, books, and relevant academic sources. The selected literature focuses on healthcare service quality, patient satisfaction, and communication practices. The analysis is conducted using a thematic approach to identify patterns, relationships, and key findings related to the research variables. The results indicate that the expectation–experience gap has a direct and significant effect on patient satisfaction. A smaller gap leads to higher satisfaction, while a larger gap results in dissatisfaction.
