Abstract

The rapid growth of social media, particularly TikTok, has significantly influenced how Generation Z accesses and manages mental health information, leading to an increasing trend of self-diagnosis. However, previous studies have primarily focused on the impacts of self-diagnosis rather than the underlying information management process, creating a research gap. This study aims to explore how Generation Z manages mental health information on TikTok and how this process contributes to self-diagnosis behavior. Using an interpretive paradigm with a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with Generation Z TikTok users and an expert informant, selected through purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis supported by NVivo 12. The findings reveal that information exposure initially occurs passively through TikTok’s algorithmic For You Page, which later develops into active information seeking. The interpretation and selection of information are largely influenced by emotional validation rather than scientific reasoning, while social interaction reinforces perceived credibility. This process leads to the formation of self-perception and self-diagnosis decisions. The study concludes that self-diagnosis is a subjective and gradual outcome of information management driven by media dependency. Theoretically, this research extends information behavior and media dependency frameworks, while practically emphasizing the need for improved digital mental health literacy and professional guidance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of air cargo packaging, digital information, and air cargo tariffs on logistics customer retention through logistics service quality at SIL Kargo Cikarang. The background of this research is based on the decline in air cargo revenue from 2021 to 2025, the increasing rate of goods damage, digital misinformation, and relatively higher shipping rates compared to competitors. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 125 customers of SIL Kargo Cikarang. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results of the study show that air cargo packaging, digital information, and air cargo tariffs have a positive and significant effect on logistics service quality. Logistics service quality also has a positive and significant effect on logistics customer retention and is able to mediate the influence of the three exogenous variables on logistics customer retention. These findings confirm that improving logistics service quality is a key strategy in retaining customers in the competitive air cargo industry.

Abstract

People living with HIV (PLHIV) face a complex adaptation process after receiving an HIV diagnosis, particularly in understanding the disease and initiating antiretroviral therapy (ART). Health information plays a critical role in shaping self-acceptance, decision-making, and treatment adherence. This study aimed to explore the experiences of PLHIV in obtaining and interpreting health information. This study employed a descriptive qualitative design with a phenomenological approach. Twelve participants were purposively selected and were active members of a peer support group at Yayasan Pontianak Plus. Data were collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews and observations. Data analysis was conducted using the Colaizzi method. The findings revealed that PLHIV obtain health information from various sources, including non-governmental organizations, peer communities, religious communities, books, social media, and healthcare professionals. Non-governmental organizations and peer communities emerged as the most dominant and meaningful sources because they provide both health education and emotional support. Healthcare professionals were also considered trusted sources of information, particularly regarding antiretroviral therapy. However, differences in participants’ experiences with the initial side effects of ART influenced how they interpreted the information they received. In conclusion, the experience of obtaining health information among PLHIV is multidimensional and shaped by interactions with multiple information sources. Collaborative and patient-centered educational approaches are needed to support treatment adherence and improve the quality of life of PLHIV.

Abstract

Information system audits play an important role in evaluating the effectiveness, governance, and strategic alignment of IT services within organizations. This study assesses the capability level of IT service strategy implementation in a spare-parts distribution company using the ITIL V3 framework, with a focus on three Service Strategy sub-processes: Service Portfolio Management, Financial Management, and Demand Management. A qualitative case study approach was employed through semi-structured interviews and document analysis involving key personnel responsible for IT service operations. Capability assessment used a binary scoring method, where Fully Achieved was rated as 1 and Not Achieved as 0, and the aggregated results were mapped to capability levels. The findings show that the organization operates between Level 2 (repeatable) and Level 3 (defined), indicating that core processes have been documented and partially implemented, but are not yet fully integrated across functions. Key gaps were identified in internal coordination, management information, monitoring practices, and customer interface mechanisms. The study recommends strengthening service governance through clearer policies, better cross-functional coordination, and more integrated monitoring to improve IT service performance and business alignment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of decentralization of decision-making and management information systems on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with organizational culture as an intervening variable on employees of the Pesisir Bukit Sub-district Office in Sungai Penuh City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where all employees were respondents with a sample size of 32 people. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, while data analysis used validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and the Sobel test to examine the role of mediating variables. The results of the study indicate that decentralization of decision-making and management information systems have a positive and significant effect on organizational culture. In addition, decentralization of decision-making, management information systems, and organizational culture also have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The results of the Sobel test show that organizational culture is able to significantly mediate the effect of decentralization of decision-making on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, but is unable to significantly mediate the effect of management information systems on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This finding indicates that the influence of management information systems on OCB is more dominantly direct, while decentralization of decision-making requires the role of organizational culture as a reinforcer. This research is expected to provide practical contributions to human resource management in the public sector and serve as a reference for further research.

Abstract

The development of information technology encourages organizations to utilize information systems to support data management and decision-making processes. One form of information technology utilization is the use of analytical dashboard applications that can present information visually and in an integrated manner, enabling management to monitor organizational performance and conditions more effectively. However, the use of information systems needs to be evaluated periodically to ensure that the system is managed effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with good information technology governance principles. This study aims to conduct an information system audit of the analytical dashboard application at PT Vinix Seven Aurum using the COBIT 5 framework with a focus on the Deliver, Service and Support (DSS) domain, particularly DSS01, DSS02, and DSS03. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and questionnaire distribution to parties involved in information system management. Data analysis was carried out using the COBIT 5 Process Capability Model to determine the capability level of the existing information technology processes. The results show that the management of information systems in the DSS domain has been running fairly well; however, there are still several gaps between the current conditions and the expected capability level. Therefore, improvements are needed in several aspects of system management. The results of this study are expected to provide recommendations for organizations to improve the effectiveness of information technology governance so that the analytical dashboard system can support decision-making processes more optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of electronic service quality (e-service quality) on student satisfaction in using the KubacaPNJ application as a digital literacy platform at Politeknik Negeri Jakarta. The research employs a descriptive approach by analyzing user reviews on the Google Play Store platform. The results show that the KubacaPNJ application has generally been able to provide adequate services in supporting students' literacy needs, particularly in terms of system accessibility, availability of digital book features, and user data protection through account authentication mechanisms. Based on the analysis of user reviews, approximately 60% of users provided positive feedback, 27% gave negative feedback, and 13% did not provide any rating. These findings indicate that electronic service quality influences the level of student satisfaction, where the better the quality of electronic services provided by the system, the higher the level of student satisfaction in utilizing the digital service. Therefore, application developers are recommended to continuously improve service quality, particularly by minimizing bugs and errors, improving the clarity of system navigation, and enhancing the transparency of application information to ensure a more optimal user experience.

Abstract

This study aims to the application of accounting information systems in payroll and the imposition of income tax article 21 (PPh Article 21) at PT. Putra Dumas Lestari. The research method used is descriptive analysis. Data were obtained through interviews, documentation and literature studies. The results of the study indicate that the applied accounting payroll system is in accordance with the theory, consisting of documents, records, functions and network procedures. The accounting payroll system is quite reliable because it has met the elements of internal control, but there are still some weaknesses in the elements of organizational structure, recording procedures and healthy practices. These weaknesses are dual functions, ineffective recording of attendance and lack of supervision in the process of recording attendance. The results of the study also show that the procedure for calculating Article 21 Income Tax is in accordance with tax regulations. Non-taxable income, office costs and tax rates used are also in accordance with tax regulations. However, in terms of calculating gross income, it is not in accordance with tax regulations because it does not add up rounding and tax permits. At PT. Putra Dumas Lestari shows that in the employee payroll calculation system, it is adjusted to the number of absences and employee skills. This is considered less effective if absences are done manually (with employee signatures) and finger scans if a system error occurs. Meanwhile, the imposition of PPh Article 21 on employee salaries has two different systems based on the latest regulations and policies from the government.

Abstract

This study analyzes and reconstructs the model of criminal liability for the dissemination of false information in the Indonesian criminal law system, particularly based on the provisions of the Electronic Information and Transactions Law after the 2024 amendment. Despite the increasing regulation of false information under the ITE Law, there remains a lack of clarity regarding the conceptual boundaries and application of criminal liability, as well as limited scholarly discussion on how such liability should be reconstructed to balance law enforcement and freedom of expression. This study addresses this research gap by offering a systematic reconstruction model. This study employs a normative legal approach using legislative and conceptual methods, analyzed descriptively and prescriptively through a structured literature review. The findings show that criminal liability for the dissemination of false information requires the fulfillment of the elements of criminal acts (actus reus) and fault (mens rea), which are reflected in the elements of “intentionally” and “without rights” in the ITE Law. However, in practice, there is still uncertainty regarding the definition of “false information,” the potential for multiple interpretations, and the risk of excessive criminalization that could conflict with freedom of expression. These issues indicate a gap between normative regulation and its practical implementation. Therefore, the reconstruction model emphasizes (1) clear and restrictive definitions of false information, (2) strict proof of intent, (3) application of proportionality in criminal sanctions, and (4) differentiation of roles between content creators, redistributors, and electronic system operators. This model places criminal law as the ultimum remedium to ensure legal certainty, justice, and effective protection of freedom of expression in the digital space.

Abstract

This research investigates the vital function of information technology (IT) infrastructure and digital economic ecosystems in driving the growth of local entrepreneurship across Indonesia's five Super Priority Tourism Destinations (DPSP). Employing a quantitative explanatory framework, the study analyzes secondary data from Statistics Indonesia (BPS), the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, and Bank Indonesia spanning the 2022–2024 period to evaluate how connectivity influences the development of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The findings demonstrate a robust correlation (r = 0.782, p < 0.05) between IT infrastructure stability and the operational longevity of local firms, while the integration of digital payment ecosystems, notably QRIS, successfully mitigated entry barriers for 70,700 new merchants. However, the study identifies a persistent "Infrastructure-Human Gap," where technological readiness exceeds the digital literacy of local communities. The study concludes that fostering local entrepreneurial acceleration necessitates a strategic convergence of physical network expansion and human capital empowerment. Policy interventions should prioritize grassroots digital business incubation centers to guarantee inclusive and equitable tourism growth.
