Abstract

The development of retail centres in Tuban District significantly affects urban road performance. This study aims to analyze traffic volume and the degree of saturation (DS) around four major supermarkets: Citimall, Bravo, Samudra, and Keraton. Primary data were collected through field surveys on Mondays, Fridays, and Sundays during peak hours. Analysis using PKJI 2023 guidelines shows that Citimall has the highest traffic volume and DS of 0.673 on Sunday evenings. Statistical testing with One-Way ANOVA indicates a significant difference in traffic impact between locations (p < 0.001). Five-year projections using linear regression suggest that DS values at critical points, such as Citimall, will exceed capacity (DS > 1.0) without intervention. GIS mapping provides a visual representation of saturation hotspots, aiding in strategic traffic management. Abstract

This community service program aimed to develop innovative packaging for seafood products as an effort to increase the added value, shelf life, and marketing potential of Ambulu Village’s flagship products in Losari District, Cirebon Regency. The program partners were Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) cadres who manage Kafe Jukung, a culinary business unit that offers various seafood dishes and still depends on the availability of fresh ingredients from local fishers’ catches. The activity was conducted over six months, from June to November 2025, through several stages: preliminary observation, product development by an interdisciplinary team, packaging design, product shelf-life testing, nutritional content analysis, training in packaging techniques, and sustainability evaluation. The results show that three main dishes—blekutak masak hitam, sweet-and-sour shrimp, and smoked sembilang fish mangut—were successfully developed into ready-to-eat products with innovative packaging that is informative, hygienic, and visually attractive. Shelf-life testing showed that the products remained suitable for consumption after sterilization, storage, and reheating. Nutritional analysis showed that all three products met the criteria for low-fat claims. Training and mentoring improved the PKK cadres’ skills in standardized packaging processes, enabling them to perform the procedures independently. This program strengthened partner capacity and opened marketing opportunities for seafood products as distinctive Ambulu souvenir foods with strong competitiveness.

Abstract

The implementation of the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) represents a fundamental paradigm shift in the digital transformation of Indonesian local governance, specifically designed to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and transparency in the management of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD). This study aims to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the effectiveness of SIPD implementation in the APBD preparation process at the National Unity and Politics Agency (Badan Kesbangpol) of South Sumatra Province. Utilizing the DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model as the theoretical framework, this research evaluates six core dimensions: System Quality, Information Quality, System Use, User Satisfaction, Individual Impact, and Organizational Impact. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method with 40 respondents comprising budget drafting staff, budget analysts, treasurers, and IT support teams. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to determine the level of effectiveness and identify inhibiting factors. The results indicate that the overall effectiveness of SIPD is categorized as "Effective Enough" with an average score of 3.22 on a Likert scale of 1-5. The System Use dimension achieved the highest score (3.48), reflecting a high level of user adoption due to mandatory regulations, while the System Quality dimension received the lowest score (2.93), highlighting significant challenges in IT infrastructure, system response time, and feature customization. The study concludes that while SIPD has been successfully integrated into the agency's workflow and positively impacts organizational accountability, urgent improvements are required in technical infrastructure, user training, and feature customization to optimize its potential.

Abstract

The monitoring and dissemination of information regarding non-metallic mineral and rock mining locations in North Central Timor (TTU) Regency remain constrained by conventional, non-digital data collection systems. This study aims to develop a web-based Geographic Information System (GIS) capable of accurately and integrally mapping and presenting mining locations in TTU Regency. This applied research employs a Prototype development model, integrating the Google Maps API for interactive spatial visualization and a role-based data entry mechanism to separate admin and user functions. Black-box Testing results confirm that all functions on both admin and user sides operate as specified, enabling the digitization of mining attribute data (e.g., IUP SK numbers, area size, operational status). The main contributions of this study are: (1) improving the efficiency of mining data management at the ESDM Branch Office Region I, and (2) providing more transparent, real-time public access to mining location information, thereby addressing the limitations of conventional systems.

Abstract

Examining the effects of education level, accounting knowledge, and accounting training on the use of accounting information is the goal of this study. Additionally, it seeks to determine whether environmental uncertainty moderates these associations.  The study uses the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).  With a coefficient of 0.328 and a t-statistic of 2.749, which are both above the crucial value of 1.96, the findings of the hypothesis test show that only Accounting Knowledge has a statistically significant effect on the usage of accounting information.  Accounting training and educational attainment, however, do not appear to have a major impact.  Additionally, there is no moderating effect of environmental uncertainty on the associations among education level, accounting knowledge, and accounting training with regard to the use of accounting information.  According to these findings, improving accounting expertise helps encourage the use of accounting data in decision-making more than just boosting educational requirements or providing training that lacks meaningful content.  In order to improve the efficient use of accounting data, the study emphasizes how crucial it is that public sector enterprises give technical accounting skill development top priority.
