Abstract

Al-Qur’an Kindergarten (TKA) and Al-Qur’an Education Park (TPA) are non-formal religious education institutions emphasizing studying Islamic values. The development of society necessitates institutions that hold TKA/TPA-related information promptly and correctly. Currently, technology is required to aid an institution in maintaining data and providing TKA/TPA-related information. The data information system aims to provide data for the TKA/TPA coordination agency and ensure the implementation of the administrative order to assure the operational and development sustainability of the IT-based TKA/TPA operating regions. This research intends to develop a web-based information system that can handle the data of students and teachers to reduce the number of errors due to manual data management. A web-based application system for student and teacher data information in TPA in Kasihan was developed utilizing the CodeIgniter framework, the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language, the MySQL database, the SDLC method, and the Prototype model. Due to its superiority, the website was selected as the application’s foundation since it is lightweight and could be accessed rapidly using a web browser and an internet or intranet connection to the server. This study has produced a web-based application constructed successfully and could be utilized as a data information system for TPA students and teachers in Bantul.

Abstract

This study investigates how information and communication technology (ICT) can enhance health services at the Central Maluku District Health Office. The findings reveal that website and mobile applications, telemedicine, and GIS need infrastructure upgrades, improved technological literacy, enhanced data security, and training for medical staff. Social media is utilized to raise public awareness, while Electronic Medical Records (EMR) streamline administrative efficiency and coordination. However, management systems for clinics and hospitals are still inadequate, leading to long wait times and scheduling problems. On a positive note, digital reporting is advancing, allowing for real-time monitoring and analysis at RSUD Masohi.

Abstract

Generative AI is increasingly embedded in organisational information systems, yet its productivity value raises a difficult audit problem. Model-assisted tools can accelerate document work, coding support, service responses, and administrative review, but their probabilistic outputs do not follow the stable procedural logic assumed in conventional audit trails. This study examines how Generative AI affects auditability once generated responses become part of organisational workflows. A directed literature review and qualitative content analysis were conducted on academic studies, technical guidance, and AI governance standards related to Generative AI, information systems, risk management, LLM security, and auditability. The analysis indicates that audit weakness appears less as a single technical defect than as a reconstruction problem across prompt, data, model, output, decision, and oversight conditions. Based on this finding, the study develops the Generative AI Auditability Stack, a conceptual framework that treats auditability as a distributed property of GenAI-based information systems. The framework clarifies why transparency and explainability alone are insufficient for model-assisted work, especially where proprietary systems limit internal visibility. Organisations can still strengthen reviewability by preserving prompt records, data lineage, model versioning, validation traces, and decision evidence across the lifecycle of use. The study contributes to information systems research by shifting the debate from adoption and productivity toward the auditability of probabilistic systems in organisational settings.

Abstract

Tanjung Lalak Health Center is located at Education street RT 1. TanjungLalak Selatan Village, Pulau Laut Kepulauan District, Kotabaru Regency. South Kalimantan. Tanjung Lalak Health Center has several poly services including: Pregnant/Obsig poly. Some of the services provided by the puskesmas for pregnant women who check themselves include obtaining the MCH book (Maternal and Child Health), a pink book that mothers must have. Usually the examination is only carried out by a midwife. By asking when the last menstruation started and finished before pregnancy to determine the estimated gestational age. The midwife will check blood pressure, measure arm circumference, and examine the condition of the pregnant woman's stomach. At the Tanjung Lalak Health Center there are no ultrasound facilities, so if you want to confirm the condition of the fetus, you have to visit an obstetrician or regional hospital. Of course this costs money because BPJS is not covered for USG except for emergency situations. The puskesmas midwife will provide free vitamins or supplements such as folic acid, calcium, and iron supplement tablets to support the growth of the fetus in the womb. In addition to vitamins, pregnant women get additional food in the form of biscuits with strawberry-flavored cream. The puskesmas will provide several cartons of biscuits for a few weeks' supply. These biscuits are consumed 2 to 3 pieces per day. The Tanjung Lalak Health Center requires blood tests for pregnant women. These tests include a blood test and checking sugar levels at least twice during pregnancy and are free of charge. The problem that will be discussed in this study is to record the history of examination of pregnant women and record supplies of vitamins/supplements, biscuits for pregnant women and medicines that are available for the Pregnant/Obsigin Polyclinic. The application will be made using database access with Visual Basic .net, the final conclusion of the application is that it can store data from midwives' examinations on pregnant women and print Maternal and Child Health Books, the application can print reports on the activities of the Pregnant Poly / Obstetrician Polyclinic every month as a general report every month to the Head of the Tanjung Lalak Health Center, as well as the application to automatically record the remaining supplies of vitamins, biscuits and medicines, and make it easier for the Tanjung Lalak Health Center Midwives to see the history of examinations of pregnant women and the administration of medicines, vitamins and biscuits.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of a fixed asset accounting information system, PSAK 16 conformity, and COSO-based internal control at PT Hasjrat Abadi Manado Branch. The study aims to examine how the system supports asset recording, coding, depreciation, reporting, monitoring, and decision-making in the management of equipment assets. A descriptive qualitative approach was used because the research focuses on field-based procedures, control practices, and operational constraints rather than statistical hypothesis testing. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed through data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing, and triangulation. The findings show that SBO or SAP Business One has been used since 2014 and has improved six main process areas: asset acquisition recording, asset coding, acquisition cost recording, depreciation calculation, asset location tracking, and report preparation. Based on qualitative benchmarks from field evidence, recording, coding, reporting, and data retrieval were relatively strong, while depreciation accuracy, disposal timeliness, and monitoring remained moderate because they depend on correct asset classification, document completeness, and physical verification. The main weaknesses include input errors, delayed supporting documents, non-real-time updates, annual-only physical inspections, and the absence of automatic reminders. These weaknesses may delay maintenance, replacement, and disposal decisions and may reduce the reliability of asset information. The novelty of this study lies in its integrated analysis of fixed asset accounting information systems, PSAK 16, and COSO-based internal control at the branch level. The findings imply that stronger validation, more frequent physical inspection, real-time updates, and better branch–head office integration are needed.
