Abstract

This paper aims at identification of individuals using the retinal image that the extraction of blood vessels based on density classification and identification is carried out according to the Fuzzy logic and then according to the performed operations of individual’s electronic healthrecord. For this purpose, a new algorithm was presented for extraction of specific characteristics of retina based on image analysis and statistic calculations. Extraction of eye blood vessels is carried out based on adaptive filters. Our proposed method in comparison to previous methods which merely have carried out the identification through individually comparison of retina has a higher accuracy and speed. This distinction in the identification accuracy and speed was used in the type of classification and Fuzzy rules. In this paper, we will cluster the image noise at the first stage and at the end of clustering, two classes of noise and the original image will remain. This clustering will be done using the density method of Density-Based Clustering. Then we will extract the eye vessels using adaptive filters. After identifying classes and eye vessels extraction, we will identify the image of the retina under experiment based on the five-stage Fuzzy logic and rules and extract the individual’s file.DOI:http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/ijece.v3i3.2520

Abstract

In this paper, the features that have personal characteristic using pen inclination and pressure information are discussed. Forging a pen inclination and pressure information is difficult because it is not visible. Four features using invisible information are proposed and their characteristics are discussed. Proposed features calculated by physical vector analysis are verified by SVC2004 database using DP matching algorithm. As a result, the new feature named Down improves the recognition rate and reliability. Average of correct verification rate is 94.57 % and variance is 0.667.DOI:http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/ijece.v2i4.474

Abstract

In this paper we have evaluated the performance of Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) channels in fading environment. Both cases of correlated and uncorrelated MIMO channels are considered under the condition when Channel State Information (CSI) is not known at transmitter and CSI is known at receiver side. We have compared the capacity of 2x2, 3x3 and 4x4 MIMO channels and have shown that capacity increases linearly with increase in the number of antennas at transmitter and receiver side. Increase in the channel capacity is observed because of the uncorrelated channel paths Correlation among the the signals is dependent on the antenna structure and properties and number of the scatterers in the environment. Antenna structure includes the number of elements, the inter-element distance, Angle of Arrival (AOA) and Direction of Arrival (DOA). Additionaly, Correlation increases with the number of scatterers, their distribution, location and degree of movement. Signals with same spatial signature received are considered correlated which reduces the channel capacity. In sum, correlation among the sub-channels causes the degradation in the spectral efficiency of MIMO channels.DOI:http://dx.doi.org/10.11591/ijece.v2i5.1510

Abstract

Many research works are devoted to the design of remote control systems of objects. Remote monitoring is among the technologies of data acquisition on a remote object and its characteristics without physical contact with it. These data can be collected by acoustic waves, the distribution of forces and electromagnetic energy to process them to locate the object and its characteristics. This paper presents a smart monitoring information system based on RF 433MHz, Arduinonano and arduinouno named SMIS.

Abstract

Social networking services are one of the most popular mass media and are used as an effective tool for information confrontation due to their functional characteristics. Existing models of information confrontation take into account the redistribution between conflict parties of only one kind of resource, although in the social networking services there is a need to consider additional factors that determine the effectiveness of virtual communities’ opposition. A conceptual model of information confrontation of virtual communities in social networking services has been developed, and it includes three-layer dynamics of the number of actors, growth of information resources of virtual communities and dynamics of spending resources for the confrontation conduct. The model also takes into account the peculiarities of the antagonistic conflict of virtual communities’ actors through the choice of a differential equation that corresponds to the type of its dynamics. The offered conceptual model formalizes the behavior of virtual communities’ actors in the conditions of antagonistic conflict. At the same time, it allows to investigate the peculiarities of using different strategies to carry out the information fight of virtual communities in social networking services, to choose optimal strategies, to predict the development of conflicts in the information space and to develop effective measures to counter threats to the state’s information security.

Abstract

A differential encrypted transceiver was designed in the signal-to-noise ratio systems. A time"-"spread" frequency-"encoded (TSFE) algorithm was proposed using the orthogonal frequency multiplexing multiplier OFDM. The proposed design was verified under the Doppler frequency effect and there was an improvement in the performance of the signal-to-noise ratio system. As a result, the reliability of decoded data was increased and achieves the ability to correct coding bits of information.

Abstract

Sistem  informasi  stok  barang  pada  Toko  Ginda  Collection Semarang dibutuhkan  untuk  membantu  dan  mempermudah pengolahan  data  barang  pada toko tersebut. Hal ini dikarenakan pengolahan dan pelaporan data masih dilakukan secara manual. Sistem  informasi  stok  barang  pada  Toko  Ginda  Collection Semarang dibangun dengan menggunakan PHP dan basis data MySQL, sistem informasi ini digunakan  dalam  pengolahan  data  berupa  data  admin,  stok  barang,  penjualan barang,  proses  akhir  periode,  dan  pembuatan  laporan  dalam  bentuk  tabel  atau grafik.Sistem  informasi  stok  barang  pada  Toko  Ginda  Collection Semarang merupakan sistem yang digunakan untuk memberikan keluaran dalam pembuatan laporan data barang dalam bentuk tabel ataupun grafik berupa laporan data stok barang  dalam  satu  periode,  laporan  penjualan  barang  dalam  satu  periode,  dan laporan proses akhir periode.

Abstract

AbstrakE-Information  merupakan  salah  satu  sistem  yang  dapat  membantu  dalam penyampaian informasi-informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh pengguna (user) melalui media  elektronik.  Saat  ini  banyak  pihak  rumah  sakit  yang  memanfaatkan  e-information untuk membantu memudahkan komunikasi antara pasien rawat jalan dengan pihak rumah sakit. Salah satunya pada pasien penderita gagal ginjal. Seseorang  yang  menderita  gagal  ginjal  biasanya  melakukan  cuci  darah untuk  menggantikan  fungsi  ginjal  yang  rusak.  Pasien  yang  memiliki  tingkat kesibukan  yang  tinggi  bisa  saja  membuat  mereka  melewatkan  jadwal  untuk melakukan  cuci  darah.  E-information  ini  dibuat  untuk  membantu  mengingatkan pasien untuk melakukan cuci darah serta layanan konsultasi untuk memudahkan komunikasi  antara  pihak  rumah  sakit  dan  pasien  yang  bertempat  tinggal diluar kota Pati. Dalam  mengembangkan  sistem  E-information  dibuat  perancangannya dengan  menggunakan metode  prototype. Sedangkan  untuk membuat perancangan sistem  menggunakan  UML  yang  meliputi  usecase  diagram,  sequence  diagram dan  class  diagram.  Untuk  membangun  sebuah  aplikasi  berbasis  layanan  SMS, peneliti menggunakan SMS gateway dengan komunikasi dua arah.Kata kunci : E-information, Gagal ginjal, SMS gateway.

Abstract

Bahasa Jawa adalah bahasa daerah yang paling banyak digunakan di Indonesia yang mulai ditinggalkan.  Perlunya pelestarian bahasa jawa dalam bentuk online yang bisa diakses bagi penggunanya sehingga akanmemudahkan dalam pencarian dokumen teks khususnya dokumen bahasa jawa ngoko.  Software IRS dirancang untuk memberikan hasil pencarian dokumen dalam jumlah yang optimal (recall rendah) dan akurat (precision tinggi) menggunakan metode VSM, sehingga user akan mendapatkan hasil pencarian cepat dan akurat.  Metode VSM akan melakukan pembobotan tiap dokumen yang ada pada database sehingga antar dokumen memiliki bobot yang berbeda untuk menentukan dokumen mana yang paling mirip (similar) dengan query, dokumen dengan bobot tertinggi menempati ranking teratas dalam hasil pencarian.  Evaluasi hasil pencarian IRS dilakukan dengan uji recall dan precision. Studi kasus yang telah dilakukan menggunakan IRS  ini didapatkan hasil sistem mampu melakukan proses preprosesing (tokenisasi, filtering, dan stemming) dengan waktu komputasi 18 detik. Sistem mampu melakukan pencarian dokumen dan menampilkan hasil pencarian dokumen dalam waktu komputasi rata-rata 2 detik, memiliki  rata-rata recall 0,04 dan rata-rata precision 0,84. Sistem dilengkapi dengan bobot tiap dokumen dan letakknya yang akan memudahkan user dalam pencarian dokumen teks bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

Implementasi dokumen teks bahasa jawa masih banyak dijumpai baik secara onlinemaupun offline. Pencarian dokumen teks bahasa jawa dengan menggunakan mesin pencari atauSistem Temu Kembali Informasi (STKI) yang tersedia menghasilkan suatu hasil pencariandengan dokumen terambil yang banyak (recall tinggi) sehingga hasil menjadi kurang akurat(precision rendah). Tujuan pembuatan rancang bangun STKI dengan metode DICE Similarityagar user mudah dalam melakukan pencarian dokumen teks berbahasa Jawa. Software STKIdirancang untuk memberikan hasil pencarian dokumen dalam jumlah recall rendah danprecision tinggi menggunakan metode pemeringkatan DICE Similarity, sehingga user akanmendapatkan hasil pencarian cepat dan akurat. Metode DICE Similarity akan melakukanpembobotan tiap dokumen yang ada pada database sehingga antar dokumen memiliki bobotyang berbeda untuk menentukan dokumen mana yang paling mirip (similar) dengan query.Rangking teratas akan ditempati oleh dokumen dengan bobot tertinggi hasil pencarian Evaluasihasil pencarian IRS dilakukan dengan uji recall dan precision dengan model persepsi. STKImampu melakukan pencarian dokumen dan menampilkan hasil pencarian dokumen memilikirata-rata recall 0,04 dan rata-rata precision 0,83. Hasil STKI dilengkapi dengan bobot tiapdokumen dan letakknya yang akan memudahkan user dalam pencarian dokumen teks bahasaJawa.
