Abstract

Ruangan kelas merupakan salah sumber daya yang penting dalam melaksanakan perkuliahan. Untuk mengalokasikan sumber daya tersebut, setiap jurusan merancang suatu jadwal perkuliahan pada tiap semester. Walaupun jadwal perkuliahan sudah dirancang sedemikian rupa, adakalanya jadwal tersebut tidak bisa diikuti sebagaimana mestinya. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan perubahan jadwal sehingga mahasiswa atau dosen harus mencari jadwal pengganti. Salah satu solusi yang dapat diterpakan dalam upaya mempermudah mencari jadwal kuliah pengganti adalah dengan proses digitalisasi informasi jadwal perkuliahan. Pengembangan “Aplikasi Android: Classroom Schedule and Activity Information merupakan jawaban dari solusi yang ditawarkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan “Aplikasi Android: Classroom Schedule and Activity Information Menggunakan QR Code”. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengembangan aplikasi ini adalah dengan pendekatan SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) model waterfall. Model waterfall atau sekuensial linier mengusulkan sebuah pendekatan kepada perkembangan perangkat lunak yang sistematik dan sekuensial yang mulai pada tingkat dan kemajuan sistem pada seluruh analisis, desain, kode, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu perancangan dan implementasi dari aplikasi mobile berbasis Android dan sistem web Classroom Schedule and Activity Information telah berhasil dilakukan. Seluruh kebutuhan fungsional telah berhasil diimplementasikan sesuai dengan rancangan. Kata Kunci : Jadwal, Ruangan Kelas, QR Code, Android, Mobile. Classroom is one of the most significant resources to conduct a lecture. In order to allocate this resource, every department has to plan the lecture schedule in every semester. Even though the lecture has been planned in such a way, sometimes the schedule cannot be followed accordingly. Therefore, it is needed to change the lecture schedule so that students or lecturers have to find an alternate schedule. One of the solutions that can be applied in effort to ease the searching of alternate schedule is digitalization of the information on the schedule. The development of Android based application “Classroom Schedule and Activity Information” is the answer of the problem above. The purposes of this research are to design and to implement Android application: Classroom Schedule and Activity Information Using QR Code. The application was developed with SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) model waterfall. Waterfall model or sequential linear proposes an approach of software development wich is systematic and sequential including steps and progress of the system from analysis, designing, coding, testing, and maintenance. The results of this research are the design and implementation of mobile applications and web systems “Classroom Schedule and Activity Information” has been successfully done. All of the functional needs have been successfully implemented according to the design. keyword : Schedule, Classroom, QR Code, Android, Mobile.

Abstract

Location based services application for Android devices can help users to know the location of health facilities that are located in South Jakarta area quickly and efficiently. Through smartphone or Android-based mobile devices that have been connected to the Internet network, the user directly treated display a map showing the location of where users are located with a radius as a reference to show the location of the nearest health facilities of the location user. Software development model used to build applications in this research is a prototyping model. The steps taken include planning, data collection, requirement analysis, application design, implementation, and testing. Application testing has been done in two ways, namely using black box testing and user acceptance testing. The testing results of applications using black box testing performed on five Android mobile devices, and the results obtained show that the application can be run properly. Results obtained after rounding is 4.00, so it can be concluded that the user approve this application easy to use and can help in finding information about health facilities.

Abstract

Geographic Information System (GIS) is a management tools in the form of information with the help of computers which related tightly to mapping system and analysis of any events taken place on earth. GIS is not only presenting data, but also merging the user interface, thematic information system and mapping system based-on structure and network of road traffic. Furthermore, it has the capability of analysis of specific geographic and information for a certain location. The existing problem with GIS is that the interoperabilty among applications and data. One of the solution is using Geographic Markup Language, proposed by W3C. Abstract

RSUD Budhi Asih is a government owned hospital. Their daily activities are to provide medical services. In order to provide fast information services to the patients, computer support that is connected to a networks is required. However, the computer networks have not been used for medicine’s inventory system. Hence, in this research, the development of medicine’s inventory system is developed. The present system of medicine’s inventory relies on stand alone PC so that validation of the quantity, validation of vendor selection and report validation are still taken care manually. Abstract

Rapid development of the City of Jakarta were followed by increased population. This phenomenon have an effect of creating more unfortunate people. As a consequence, the Local Government of Jakarta requires to build more social and public facilities. Therefore, informaton system becomes very important to provide information to public regarding the location of the facilities. The system is based-on Geographic Information System (GIS). Abstract

Information integration has been developping for fullfill some needs at many areas. Currently, there are still many challenging in information integration issues. One of the main trigger in information integration is internet, web, ‘easier’ to develop electronic data and distributed computing infrastructure. There are many questions arise in information integration. What are the requirements changed over time? What key progress has been made? How in the future?. The meaning of information integration are involve information interoperability, information sharing. Information and data definition in this paper is described as data is a source of information. Therefore, sometime, using of terminology data and information is changeable. Refer to current condition, to decide it is data or information depends on point of view user. Many afford in research and industrial practices have been introduced since two decades. From effort in transfer file, federate, until semantic mediation, and information broker have been done and still continue until today. The challenges for today information integration are well understood. Information integration purpose is in order to manage and use information effectively. Find new approach to overcome previous problem will be still continues. This report contains a survey on some approach of information integration. The paper will be divided in four sections. First section writes about introduction and generation of information integration as a background theory talk in section two. Section four points out some ‘new’ information integration approach. From effort in transfer file, federate, until semantic mediation, and information broker have been done and still continue until today. The challenges for today information integration are well understood. Information integration purpose is in order to manage and use information effectively. Find new approach to overcome previous problem will be still continues. The Peer-to-Peer (P2P) is an interesting approach that was started when internet era become important aspect in human life. The internet bring huge computer network from physical layer to information layer. Especially for information layer, searching appropriate information is a big issue. The P2P based on social life which put in information layer can give other approach compare to database era (traditional information integration). P2P is not new technology, it was introduce at beginning of 80’s, but at this time had difficulties to implement in the real world cause of restricted of technology. This report contains a survey on some approach of information integration. The paper will be divided in some sections. A section will talk the database model for information integration. Abstract

In the information era, competence and skill in processing data into ready to use information becomes necessary. Special hospital for pregnancy care and as a center for inpatient of giving birth mother require specific information system for handling patient data. The main problem in a hospital is the difficulty of medical doctor and medical staff in using computer as a media for entering data or creating reports. Conventional approach of classic database development is using DFD – ERD. To overcome problems when using this approach, taking into account user interface may enrich the design process. In this case study, impact of the approach for the developed system using DFD – ERD only compared to the same system with user interface. Likewise his matter with that is hop for by all the elements of the framer of the system in the Pancoranmas community health centre, the patient 's satisfaction is not enough only well not him the community health centre, professional him the doctor along with medical him, but also depend from fast and to be precise the information service that is need by the patient.
