Abstract

There are so many public facilities (FasUm) and social facilities (FaSos) spreading all over the city. So that, many people do not know how to find and reach the location. Therefore, a mobile application becomes necessary to help solving problems in introducing and informing the location of those important facilities; thus, discovering and locating them can be simplified. This study aims to develop an android application providing information of public and social facilities. The application was built utilizing Google’s features consisting of Google Sign In, Google Places API, Google Custom Search Engine, and Google Map. The application was developed in several steps; requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The application provides information, routes, related news, and location markers of public and social facilities from the app contributor and Google Services. The developed application has been compared with Google Map application. The result shows that it provides some features which are better than the existing app.

Abstract

AbstractTeaching plan is one of the obligations that must be made by lecturer before conducting any lecture because teaching plan will be used by lecturer as a reference in determining Learning Outcomes (LO) and providing recovery materials in each semester. Unfortunately, there are still many existing teaching plans in College which are still manually developed. Thus, they may undermine head courses and Institute of Educational Development Study and Majors to perform learning monitoring and evaluation in the department.This research developes a system application which facilitates lecturer in managing teaching plan recovery and facilitates the Institute of Educational Development Study and Majors in evaluating the learning effectiveness, the suitability of the teaching journal and the achievement of Learning Outcomes. The system is developed using FAST method (Framework for the Application of System Thinking) and designed using a responsive Twitter Bootstrap template. The information generated system can also be used to support the cccreditation of Program Study. The testing process in this system uses blackbox testing to check the stability of the deployed system. The result of the test shows that all functions in the system runs perfectly, and the lecturers are more easily managing the Teaching plan, and the head of the Department can evaluate the suitability of the Teaching plan with teaching journal.

Abstract

Implementasi sistem informasi KRS-online dalam perkuliahan digunakan untuk membantu proses penyusunan KRS oleh setiap mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan menguji variabel-variabel serta indikator yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan sistem informasi KRS-online UMM. Model penelitian ini mengadopsi model penelitian DeLone and Mclean IS Success. Kuesioner yang disusun dalam penelitian ini disebarkan kepada 100 responden yang memiliki kualifikasi sebagai mahasiswa pengguna sistem KRS-online. Uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dilakukan untuk memperoleh data yang valid dan reliabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna, kualitas informasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna, kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dan kepuasan pengguna memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap net benefit. Berdasarkan hasil Analisis ditunjukkan bahwa kesuksesan sistem informasi KRS-online UMM memiliki persentase sebesar 70,5% yang artinya kesuksesan sistem informasi KRS-online UMM berada pada tingkatan sukses.

Abstract

Technological developments are very rapid but it does not necessarily with the renewal of information technology to the public due to the limited differences in public interest. Indonesia is one of the most populous countries in the world with the majority of the Muslim population. In line with that, the Muslim community highly upholds the values of Islamic teachings contained in the Qur'an one of the concept of Halalan Toyyiban. Information that is rarely accepted by the public is the halal principle of an industrial product, whether food, beverage, cosmetic or other manufacturing industries. This is also supported by the human lifestyle factors on goods from outside the country regardless of the origin of the goods. As a predominantly Muslim country, it is necessary to have simple and accurate information on the use of materials in an industrial product to determine the absence of an industrial product. One of them is the use of derived compounds or single compounds derived from pigs. From several research results that have been done, obtained the image pattern from the examination result of the sample. So that people can easily obtain information about the source of materials used in everyday life.

Abstract

In teaching and learning activities it is necessary to have monitoring activities carried out by teachers to the principal, so that the teaching staff know the values and limits of the ability of their students. The process of delivering information about the grades of students to the principal is still manually and less than optimal. So we need a system that makes it easy for teachers to monitor their students. Therefore, the discussion in this paper is to design a dashboard information model that will facilitate collaboration between teachers and monitor the development of students' abilities by the principal. This research uses the needs analysis, planning, prototype design and prototype review methods. So the data displayed will be in accordance with what is needed by the school. With the dashboard information will provide teaching staff information that is as needed, interactive and more efficient.

Abstract

With the more rapid development of digital-based communication and information technology, people are forced to be able to work more quickly. Thereupon, the government is also obliged to give fast and responsive services in order to provide accurate information for the public. In Indonesia itself, the government has established the system of e-Government, by which one of the forms is a website. In order to accommodate global visitors, the website contents written from Bahasa Indonesia have to be shifted into English. Consequently, the process of translation is required. This study aims to analyze the English translation in the website of Indonesia Information Portal. Furthermore, this study also intends to investigate the aspects of localization and globalization throughout the website contents. Based on the examples of several findings, it can be viewed that in the English-translated pages of Indonesia Information Portal, some of the terms related to specific parliament system, worship places, and traditional food are not entirely translated. To sum up, the English translation in the website of Indonesia Information Portal can be considered to be adequately balanced and appropriate. The translator knows when to apply localization and when to apply globalization in translating several terminologies.

Abstract

Image processing shooter-based Information System is very useful for STTAL, which has a visionto become a center for the development of defense science and technology in the field of military,maritime and reliable seas at the regional level in realizing the independence of the main weaponssystem.STTAL has the mission of organizing higher education programs to produce human resourceswith Indonesian character and personality, based on science and technology that are of high quality andrelevant to the defense needs of the military, maritime and marine departures. In carrying out its duties asan educational institution, STTAL also carries out its obligations as the Indonesian National Army. So withthat STTAL often hold short barrel or pistol shooting exercises. In a series of short barrel or pistolshooting activities, each process of recording values is still carried out visually, that is by looking directlyat the target and counting manually, so that it takes a lot of members of the shooting committee and takesa long time in recording values. We design a application of image processing information system basedshots which can be used in shooting exercises to facilitate all members in carrying out shooting exercisesat STTAL. In this application the shooter can see firsthand the value of the shot obtained so that it canconcentrate fully in carrying out a shooting exercise. In this application also makes it easy for the head ofthe shooting committee to make a report to the commander quickly and accurately, for the commander tosee first hand the results of the shooting practice and it's easy to take a decision on shooting practice.Keywords: Value Marker, Shooting, Image Process.
