Abstract

The purpose of this study were 1) develop a new concept of Bilateral Symmetry, which is the ability of similarity based on transparency and standardization, 2) conduct empirical testing and analyzing the effect of bilateral symmetry to the improved supply chain performance through quality of synergy in industrial automotive components. The study population includes the entire automotive component industry in Indonesia. This study used sample of 105 respondents using purposive sampling method to comply with the AMOS program. The study result shows that the ability of similarity standardization and the ability of the similarity of transparency have positive significant impact on the quality of synergy, and quality of synergy have positive significant impact on the supply chain performance. In addition, from the results of hypothesis testing found two strategies that can improve supply chain performance with 1) increasing the ability of similarity standardization and 2) improve transparency through quality of synergy.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan konsep baru bilateral symmetry, yang merupakan kemampuan kesamaan berdasarkan transparansi dan standarisasi, dan melakukan pengujian empiris dan menganalisis pengaruh simetri bilateral untuk peningkatan kinerja rantai pasokan melalui kualitas sinergi pada komponen otomotif industri. Populasi penelitian meliputi seluruh industri komponen otomotif di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 105 responden dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan dianalisis dengan program AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kesamaan standarisasi dan kemampuan kesamaan transparansi berdampak signifikan positif pada kualitas sinergi, dan kualitas sinergi berdampak signifikan positif terhadap kinerja rantai pasokan. Selain itu, dari hasil pengujian hipotesis menemukan dua strategi yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja supply chain dengan meningkatkan kemampuan kesamaan standarisasi dan meningkatkan transparansi melalui kualitas sinergi.

Abstract

This paper aims to investigate the effect of IT-strategy alignment, responsiveness, operational flexibility, and business relationship on sustainable competitive advantage and the mediating effect of responsiveness, operational flexibility, and business relationship in relationships between IT-strategy alignment and sustainable competitive advantage. Data were collected from 189 Batik SME in Pekalongan and analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result shows that IT-strategy alignment significantly affects responsiveness. Responsiveness, operational flexibility, and also business relationship significantly affect sustainable competitive advantage. Furthermore, responsiveness, operational flexibility, and business relationship mediate the correlation of IT-strategy alignment and sustainable competitive advantage. Responsiveness, operational flexibility, and business relationship have the confidence and value that puts customers on every business decision. It encourages Batik SME to improve the sustainable competitive advantage based on the customers’ expectations. IT-strategy alignment is essential to enhance responsiveness, operational flexibility, and business to gain a sustainable competitive advantage. That IT-strategy alignment can improve the sustainable competitive advantage of the Batik SME.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Servant Leadership, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Identification on Voluntary Turnover Intention with Ta’awun as an intervening variable among Muslim employees at PT Bayyas Bio Fuels. The research method used is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the aid of Partial Least Square (PLS) software wich includes tests of convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability second order confirmatory factor analysis, R2, 푄2, and hypothesis testing This study employes primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 50 Muslim employees at PT Bayyas Bio Fuels.The results indicated that Servant Leadership and Job Satisfaction negative and significantt affect Organizational Identification and Voluntary Turnover Intention. Additionally, Ta’awun as an intervening variable also negative and significantt affects Voluntary Turnover Intention. Organizational Identification negative and significantt Voluntary Turnover Intention, meaning that higher Organizational Identification leads to negative and significantt Voluntary Turnover Intention among employees. This research provides practical contributins for company management to enhance Servant Leadership, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Identification as strategies to reduce employees Voluntary Turnover Intention. Implementing the values of Ta’awun in the workplace is also proven effective in increase employee loyality and reducing Turnover Intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of empathy on return visit interest, the effect of empathy on customer satisfaction, the influence of empathy on image, the effect of customer satisfaction on revisit interest, the influence of image on revisit interest, the influence between empathy on revisit interest mediated by customer satisfaction and image. This research is a quantitative research. A sample of 150 respondents was randomly taken by interviewing and filling out questionnaires from visitors to the UPTD Jati Health Center, Kudus Regency. This research uses validity testing, reliability test and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results of the study obtained 1) empathy has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. 2) Empathy has a positive effect on image. 3) Empathy has a positive effect on revisit interest. 4) Customer satisfaction has a positive effect on revisit interest. 5) Image has a positive effect on revisit interest. 6) The indirect influence between empathy on revisit interest with customer satisfaction and image as an intervening variable is proven to have a role because the indirect influence is greater than the direct influence with a value of 0.585.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between ethical leadership and knowledge sharing on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment at Muhammadiyah Ponorogo universities using the SMART PLS 4 method. The population in this study is staff at Muhammadiyah Ponorogo University using non-probability sampling techniques using a purposive approach. sampling with a sample size of 100 people according to the criteria. The results show that Ethical Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment, and Knowledge Sharing also has a positive and significant impact on Organizational Commitment, Ethical Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, but Knowledge Sharing has no positive impact on employee performance, Organizational Commitment has a positive effect on performance employee.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh orientasi pasar dan business model innovation terhadap kinerja pemasaran dengan business agility sebagai variabel intervening. Responden dalam penelitian adalah pengusaha UMKM ritel fashion di kota Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan  purposive sampling. Dengan jumlah sampel kuesioner sebanyak 62 responden. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Orientasi Pasar dan Business Model Innovation memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Business Agility. Business Model Innovation, Orientasi Pasar, Business Agility memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran. Business Agility mampu memediasi hubungan Orientasi Pasar dan Business Model Innovation terhadap Kinerja Pemasaran.Kata Kunci : Orientasi Pasar, Business Model Innovation, Business Agility,  Kinerja Pemasaran

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membentuk model peningkatan Repurchase Intention berbasis E-Service Quality, E-Brand Image dan E-Trust. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah seluruh pelanggan GoFood di Kota Semarang. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah 100 responden tetapi berhasil mengumpulkan 149 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online melalui google form. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi dengan paket program SPSS 25 dan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel intervening menggunakan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa E-Service Quality berpengaru positif secara signifikan terhadap E-Trust. E-Brand Image berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap E-Trust. E-Service Quality berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap Repurchase Intention. E-Brand Image berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap Repurchase Intention. E-Trust berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap Repurchase Intention. Hasil untuk pengaruh tidak langsung yaitu E-Trust mampu memediasi E-Service Quality terhadap Repurchase Intention. E-Trust mampu memediasi E-Brand Image terhadap Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Ethical Leadership behavior, Organizational Commitment, Dan Dimension's Of Justice Terhadap Employee Turnover Intention pada Sales Person PT. Danamas Insan Kreasi Andalan (DIKA) Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dengan populasi Sales Person PT. DIKA Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel sampling jenuh yang termasuk dalam non probability sampling dengan sampel berjumlah 105 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis deskriptif dan regresi berganda menggunakan program pengolah data SPSS. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif signifikan antara Ethical Leadership behavior, Organizational Commitment, Dan Dimension's Of Justice Terhadap Employee Turnover Intention. Kata Kunci: Perilaku Kepemimpinan Etis, Komitmen Organisasi, Dan Dimensi Keadilan.

Abstract

This paper aims to investigate the effect of information sharing toward responsiveness, operational flexibility and business relationship with knowledge exploitation and exploration. Data were collected from 201 SMEs in Indonesia and were analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result shows that Information sharing significantly affect knowledge exploitation and responsiveness, knowledge exploration significantly affect business relationship and operational flexibility, knowledge exploitation significantly affect operational flexibility. Furthermore, information sharing does not significantly affect knowledge exploration, operational flexibility and business relationship, knowledge exploration does not significantly affect responsiveness and knowledge exploitation does not significantly affect business relationship and responsiveness. Recommendations for future researchers are expected to apply to the business sector with a larger scale and wider geographical area.
