Abstract

Overview – Mining sector of Indonesia is very Important and contributes a lot in the GDP of the economy. It is important for mining industry to improve their financial performance along with improving environmental performance. Purpose–The aim of current study is to investigate the impact of eco-design and environmental performance on organizational performance. Moreover, the study has examined the impact of green information system and green packaging towards organizational performance.Analysis approach – For this study we have used the survey-based method for data collection and the questionnaire was collected from 500 target population. Partial least square (PLS) method is used for data examining and providing empirical support for the developed hypotheses. Findings – The research findings have proved that all of the proposed hypothesis have shown significant results. Research implications – The study has several implications as it provides literature based on empirical evidence regarding the high influence of green sustainable practices on the ultimate performance goal of organizations.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the process of marketing management of an ICT-based school at SMK Citra Bangsa Mandiri Purwokerto. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were collected using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The data collected was then analyzed using Miles and Huberman's model data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study indicate that marketing at SMK Citra Bangsa Mandiri Purwokerto is carried out by utilizing ICT especially for school marketing. ICT-based school marketing is carried out through ICT-based school marketing management planning activities, organizing ICT-based school marketing, mobilizing/implementing ICT-based school marketing, supervision of ICT-based school marketing.

Abstract

The progress and development of information technology in this globalization era is growing rapidly, one of which is the internet. Internet can facilitate the public in getting information in various ways, one of which is information about housing promotion. Home is a primary need which must be fulfilled by every human being, family and even an organization. The purpose of this study is to design a website-based mortgage promotion information system (case study: PT. Mulia Indah Permatasari). The development model of this system is waterfall model. As for the workings of the system created, the components that support the making of this system is this system uses the XAMPP software as a local server, MySQL as the database and the programming language used is PHP.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of differences in haptic description and style description on haptic information and product perception in their effects on consumer trust, and online purchase intentions. Experimental design with between subjects was used to test the 2 x 1 factorial design research model. Where, two groups would get random stimuli between haptic description and style description with a total sample of 100 people. The findings in this study are that haptic description has a higher influence on haptic information and product perception compared to style description. Furthermore, haptic information has a positive effect on product perception and consumer trust, but does not have an influence on online purchase intention. The findings in this study suggest that apparel businesses in Instagram are expected to be able to provide product photo quality and more detailed haptic descriptions to create better product perception in the minds of consumers. Furthermore, the sentence written on the caption is also expected to be made to be more persuasive, so that the three things suggested can increase online purchase intention.

Abstract

This research aims to develop weblog-based learning media on information and communication technology (ICT) guidance and reveal its validity and practicality. This type of research is a research development with a 4-D (Four D) model , namely Define, Design, Develop , and Disseminate . The instrument used was a questionnaire in the form of a questionnaire of validity and practicality. weblog based learning media on information and communication technology guidance is validated by 2 experts, namely 1 material expert and 1 media expert . Practicality weblog-based learning media on information and communication technology guidance is carried out on teachers and students of SM A N 1 Tujuh Koto Sungai Sarik . The results of the validity test show that weblog-based learning media on information and communication technology guidance is included in the valid category. Based on practicality test by the teacher and students of SM A N 1 Tujuh Koto Sungai Sarik shows that the media has a very high practicality category. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the weblog-based learning media on information and communication technology guidance is considered valid and practical .

Abstract

Persatuan Sepakbola (PS) X adalah tim sepakbola profesional yang berada di salah satu kota di Indonesia. Data-data yang tersebar membuat pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan kesehatan fisik di PS X mengalami kesulitan dalam mengakses dan berkomunikasi satu dengan lainnya. Akibat dari permasalahan tersebut adalah pelatih kepala mengalami kesulitan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan teknis yaitu membuat komposisi strategi dan susunan pemain yang akan bertanding secara cepat dan tepat. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan Sports Management Information System yang berguna untuk mengelola dan memproses data-data kesehatan dan fisik pemain sepakbola dengan menggunakan acuan standar dalam Journal Sports and Medicine, 6th World Congress on Science Football. Sistem ini membantu pihak yang berkepentingan untuk mempersingkat waktu dalam mengakses data-data kesehatan fisik sehingga memudahkan pihak tersebut dalam proses pengambilan keputusan dari informasi yang diperolehnya. X Football Association is a professional football team in the an Indonesian city. The data is processed by many people such as the head coach, doctor team, physiotherapist and physical trainer. The absence of a media that can bridge the data flow and information on the physical health of football players at X Football Association resulted in much wasted time. Scattered data causes the parties involved in the management of physical health in this club had difficulty in accessing and communicating with each other. The head coach had difficulties in the speed of technical decision making the composition of the strategy and structure of players who will compete. A Sports Management Information System for managing and processing data and physical health of football players is developed in order to overcome these problems, using a standard reference in the Journal of Sports and Medicine, 6th World Congress on Science Football. This system helps the involved parties to shorten the time of accessing physical health data to facilitate the parties in the decision-making process of the obtained information.

Abstract

Human resource Department (HRD) merupakan salah satu bagian yang memiliki kontribusi besar dalam perkembangan dan kelangsungan hidup dari sebuah perusahaan. Aset terbesar yang dapat dimiliki oleh sebuah perusahaan ialah karyawannya, sehingga dengan kata lain HRD merupakan bagian terpenting dari perusahaan yang harus diperhatikan. Tugas dari HRD adalah mengurus segala sesuatu yang berkaitan dengan tenaga kerja sehingga perusahaan dapat menjamin seluruh karyawan untuk mendapatkan haknya masing-masing. Agar dapat mengoptimalkan fungsinya, HRD perlu ditunjang dengan menggunakan sistem yang telah terkomputerisasi. Untuk itu perlu dibangun sebuah aplikasi yang dapat membantu HR dalam mempercepat dan mempermudah proses pengolahan data tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalisasi kinerja HRD dengan membangun sebuah aplikasi human resource information system (HRIS) yang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman java. Pembangunan aplikasi pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat mempermudah HRD dalam menjalankan fungsinya.

Abstract

Sistem monitoring kegiatan praktek lapangan industri (PLI) di Perguruan Tinggi yang ada sekarang ini belum dilakukan secara maksimal karena masih dilakukan secara manual. Sehingga untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kegiatan PLI yang sedang berjalan di Perguruan Tinggi telah sesuai atau tidaknya dengan perencanaan yang telah ditetapkan di Perguruan Tinggi sangatlah sulit, belum lagi ada lokasi kegiatan PLI yang jauh di luar Kota. Tujuan sistem informasi monitoring kegiatan PLI ini agar tersedianya layanan informasi komunikasi kegiatan PLI yang sedang berjalan, baik itu kegiatan PLI, pelaksanaan, laporan dan hasil PLI secara online. Sistem informasi ini dirancang dan diimplementasikan menggunakan bahasa script pemrograman PHP untuk interfacenya dan Datatabase Management System MySQL untuk penyimpanan databasenya. Hasilnya sistem informasi monitoring kegiatan PLI ini sesuai dengan yang telah diharapkan. Sistem informasi monitoring kegiatan PLI berbasis web ini menyediakan layanan informasi dan komunikasi kegiatan PLI di Perguruan Tinggi. Sistem ini juga digunakan untuk memonitor kegiatan PLI, pelaksanaan, laporan dan hasil PLI secara online.

Abstract

Islamic banks are special types of banks that have finance in a century. Although they are referred to as banks, Islamic banks are built on different principles such as religious ethics and jurisprudence. In addition, they are designed for different purposes such as achieving Islamic socio-economic goals. The purpose of this study is to analyze accounting information (Curret Ratio, Short Term Mismatch Plus, Financing To Deposit Ratio, Debt To Equty Ratio, Retrun On Equity) with mudharabah and murabaha financing decisions. This research is a research that has been done by several researchers, in previous studies trying to test the relationship between accounting information and financial decision making is still not convincing. The subject of this research is accounting information that is used as a financial ratio measurement tool to see mudharabah and murabaha financing decisions at the North Sumatran Bank with 5 Branches examined, over a period of 6 years using secondary data. This study uses panel data by testing using the eviews 9 application. The results of the researchers after doing the test model, get a fixed test model, after doing the fixed test then do the classic assumption test, the results of the classic assumption test explain all normal tests. F test shows a significant value of 0,000 smaller than 0.05. The results of this F test indicate that the independent variables jointly (simultaneously) have a significant influence on the dependent variable mudharabah and murabaha financing. In terms of Curret Ratio, Short Term Mismatch Plus, Financing To Deposit Ratio, it has a negative effect on mudharabah and murabahah financing but not significantly above> 0.05. In contrast to the Debt To Equty Ratio ratio, a positive and significant effect on mudharabah and murabaha financing in the Sumut Syariah Bank 0.01 <0.05. Retrun On Equity is not a significant negative effect. Likewise, moderating Non Performing financing does not moderate one variable between (Curret Ratio, Short Term Mismatch Plus, Financing To Deposit Ratio, Debt To Equty Ratio, Retrun On Equity).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of System Quality and Information Quality on User Satisfaction of Enterprise Resource Planning-Systems Application and Product In Data Processing (ERP-SAP) with Perceived Usefulness as Moderating Variables in PTPN III (Persero) Unit of Labuhan Batu II District. This type of research is causal research. This study took a sample of 110 respondents with the census method, questionnaires were given to implementing employees who use ERP-SAP at PTPN III (Persero) (Persero) Unit of Labuhan Batu II District. The type of data in this study is primary data obtained from the answers to the questionnaire. Testing the research hypothesis using multivariate with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and moderating testing using the interaction test. The test results indicate that the quality of the system and the quality of information has a positive and significant effect on SAP user satisfaction. The moderating variable perceived usefulness does not significantly moderate the effect of system quality and information quality on SAP user satisfaction.
