This article presents the results of the evaluation of the implementation of Face to Face Tutorial in the District of West Seram, Maluku province on the implementation and the factors inhibiting the implementation of Face to Face Tutorial. Field data collection was done by using interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed descriptively that gives meaning to any data collected and presented in the form of percentages and graphs. The results obtained showed that the Face to Face Tutorial implementation consisting of initial activities, core activities and activities performing well late in accordance with the conditions set by the Open University. Meanwhile. inhibiting factors in the implementation of the tutorial, is the distance, transportation, human resources (tutors), and the limited means of communication. Artikel ini menyajikan hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan Tutorial Tatap Muka (TTM) di Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat, Provinsi Maluku mengenai pelaksanaan dan faktor-faktor penghambat pelaksanaan TTM. Pengumpulan data di lapangan dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara dan kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif yaitu memberikan makna pada setiap data yang dikumpulkan, serta disajikan dalam bentuk persentase dan grafik. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan TTM yang terdiri atas kegiatan awal, kegiatan inti dan kegiatan akhir terlaksana dengan baik sesuai dengan ketentuan yang ditetapkan oleh UT. Sedangkan faktor-faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan tutorial, adalah jarak, transportasi, sumber daya manusia (tutor), dan keterbatasan sarana komunikasi.

Pengembangan kawasan objek wisata Pantai Natsepa berpotensi didukung oleh sumber daya pesisir. Objek wisata Pantai Natsepa terletak di Desa Suli pulau Ambon. Keberhasilan dari objek wisata sangat tergantung pada peran penting dari masyarakat di daerah sekitarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengidentifikasi usaha yang berdampak terhadap pendapatan masyarakat yang memanfaatkan jasa objek wisata pantai Natsepa, (2) menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat pendapatan masyarakat yang memanfaatkan jasa objek wisata pantai Natsepa, (3) menganalisis tingkat kesejahteraan rumah tangga masyarakat yang menggunakan jasa objek wisata pantai Natsepa. Analisis data meliputi (1) analisis deskriptif, (2) analisis regresi ganda dengan spesifikasi-log menggunakan teknik Stepwise, dan (3) analisis indikator kesejahteraan SUSENAS-BPS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan kelompok rumah tangga yaitu, jumlah anggota keluarga, tingkat pengeluaran, dan curahan waktu kerja. Berdasarkan tingkat kesejahteraan sebagian besar rumah tangga yang memanfaatkan jasa objek wisata pantai Natsepa mempunyai tingkat kesejahteraan sedang yaitu persentase sebesar 75%, kemudian tingkat kesejahteraan tinggi dengan persentase sebesar 22% dan yang terkecil yaitu tingkat kesejahteraan rendah dengan persentase sebesar 3%. Development of tourism site of the Natsepa beach is potentially supported by its coastal resources. The beach is located in Suli village of Ambon island. The success of the tourism site depends on the important role of the community in surrounding area of the beach. This study aimed to (1) identify businesses that have impact on income level from people that utilize the Natsepa beach, (2) analyze factors that affect the level of income of the people, and (3) analyze households welfare of the people utilize the beach. Collected data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis with the stepwise techniques, and welfare analysis based on the indicators of SUSENAS-BPS. Results showed that the factors affecting the households income were number of family members, level of expenditure, and time spent in working. Based on the welfares indicators, 75% of the households classified into moderate level of welfare, 22% into high level, and only 3% into the low level of welfare.

This study aimed to empirically examine and analyze the influence of user participation and supervisor support to the performance of accounting information systems. The data used in this study was collected through direct surveys. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents that related directly to the accounting information system, the questionnaire returns 70 results with the rate of return (70%) using multiple regression analysis as a tool to analyze. The results showed user participation in the system development process shows a significant difference between user participation with the performance of accounting information systems and supervisor support showed a significant effect on the performance of accounting information systems. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris dan menganalisis pengaruh partisipasi pengguna dan dukungan pengawas terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui survei langsung. Kuesioner dibagikan kepada 100 responden yang terkait langsung dengan sistem informasi akuntansi, kuesioner mengembalikan 70 hasil dengan tingkat pengembalian (70%) menggunakan analisis regresi berganda sebagai alat untuk menganalisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan partisipasi pengguna dalam proses pengembangan sistem menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara partisipasi pengguna dengan kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi dan dukungan pengawas menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi.

This research was conducted to analyze the influence of training and clarity of objective in the use Local Information Financial System (SIKD). The data were collected by sending 112 questionnaires to the user of Local Information Financial System (SIKD) in Ambon City, in which only 71 questionnaires were given back to the researcher. Processing and analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The test data used for linear regression is test data quality, classic assumption test, test hypotheses and discussion. The results showed that the variables of training have a positive influence on the use of Local Information Financial System (SIKD) and clarity of objective to have a positive influence on the use of Local Information Financial System (SIKD).   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan kejelasan tujuan dalam penggunaan Sistem Informasi Keuangan Daerah (SIKD). Data dikumpulkan dengan mengirimkan 112 kuesioner kepada pengguna Sistem Informasi Keuangan Daerah (SIKD) di Kota Ambon, di mana hanya 71 kuesioner diberikan kembali kepada peneliti. Pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS. Pengujian data yang digunakan untuk regresi linear berganda adalah uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesa dan pembahasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pelatihan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penggunaan Sistem Informasi Keuangan Daerah (SIKD) dan kejelasan tujuan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap penggunaan Sistem Informasi Keuangan Daerah (SIKD).

The aim of this research is to critically evaluate information technology, organizational commitment, internal control, and the implementation of the principles of good corporate governance and describe how the key elements of these constructs contribute to the performance of PT. Bank Maluku. To this end, a sample of 40 employees at PT Bank Maluku is identified and examined using non probability purposive sampling. Primary data results from questionnaires complemented by interviews for data collection. The data is analyzed using correlation analysis and multiple regression that includes descriptive statistics and reliability and validity test of the research instrument. The research study proceeds to classical assumption test including multicollinearity test, hypothesis testing within the model and discussion on result. The results of the analysis based on t test greatly vary. Information technology is found negative and non significant in organizational performance. Both organizational commitment and internal control, to the contrary, pose positive yet non significant effect on organizational performance, while the implementation of the principles of good corporate governance poses positive relationship and are statistically significant in organizational performance

This study aims to determine the effect of effectiveness and trust in using the village financial system on village governments' performance in Maluku Province. This study's population is the village government apparatus consisting of the Village Head or Country, Village Secretary, village financial system users, amounting to 63 respondents; this study's sampling method is non-probability, namely purposive sampling. Primary data in this study include respondents' answers through questionnaires. The collected questionnaires using multiple correlations and regressions analysis, including descriptive statistics, reliability tests, validity tests, and classical assumptions, including multicollinearity tests and hypothesis testing and discussion. The F test analysis results show that the effectiveness and trust variables together have a positive and significant effect on the village government's performance. Based on empirical evidence with t-test or partial with multiple regression models, there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of effectiveness with the village government's performance and confidence in the village government's performance.

This research aims at examining the effect of Ease, Affect, Flexibility and Accessibility of information technology on utilizing virtual learning environment at Universitas Terbuka. The population of the research consists students of Bidikmisi scholarship in Non Basic Education program of Accounting that include of 145 respondents. The sampling method is purposive sampling with 141 eligible samples. The questionnaires are measured with Correlation and Multiple Regression analysis that covers descriptive statistics, reliability test and validity test. Classical Assumption Test which includes multcollinearity test is later conducted. Hypothesis testing and discussion are presented at the end. Result of research with t test or partially indicate that, variable of ease of use have positive relation and have significant influence to interest of utilization of virtual learning environment, t test result for accessibility variable have positive relation and no significant effect to interest of utilization of virtual learning environment. The result of the research on the affect variable has a positive relationship and has a significant effect on the interest of utilizing the virtual learning environment. While the flexibility variable shows have a negative relationship and no significant effect on the interest of utilization of virtual learning environment.

The purpose of this research is to find out the impact of variable service useability, information quality, and service interaction quality to students’ satisfaction in applying open-university website. The population is non-primary education students on two district areas, that is, West Ceram and Southeast Moluccas including thirty (30) respondents. This research uses purposive sampling as research method in which it fulfils total of thirty (30) respondents. The questionnaire was tested by using reliability test and validity test. Then, it was continued with classic assumption test contained of multicollinearity test, normality test, and heteroskedasticity test. After that, there was hypothesis test and discussion. The results of research in partial showed that variable service useability and service interaction quality have given positive and significant impact to students’ level of satisfaction. While, service information quality did not give significant impact to students’ level of satisfaction. Results of research conducted jointly from three variables Usability, Information Quality and Service Interaction positive and significant impact on the level of student satisfaction results of research conducted jointly from three variables Usability, Information Quality and Service Interaction positive and significant impact on the level of student satisfaction that Fhitung = 39.246 with a significance of 0.000 less than 0.5.
