Abstract

The general objective of the research is to develop a model of  a computer-based education management information systems (MIS) in Elementary schools   and the specific objectives were to (1) develop a prototype model of an education MIS computer-based; and (2) to develop the procedure Manual of a computer-based education MIS models. The design of the research was research and development proposed by Borg and Gall. The samples were elementary schools in the city of Bandar Lampung. The research procedure were (1) determining the location of the research, (2) collecting data, (3) designing the initial product and validating to the experts, (4) conducting a seminar in the forum group discussion (FGD), and (5) revising the first design. The result of the product is a prototype model of computer-based education MIS and the manual procedure of computer based education MIS for the elementary school.

Abstract

Methods and media are two essential elements in the learning process. The phenomenon found in qawā‘id learning at MTsN 1 Pringsewu shows that interactive learning media are still rarely used by teachers; even teachers are only fixated on textbooks and use videos and powerpoints that are not interactive. This causes students to not be enthusiastic in participating in learning. This research specifically aims to develop interactive qawā‘id learning media to increase learning enthusiasm. This research is development research using the Borg and Gall model with ten steps of development, and only this research is limited to the seventh step only. The results of the media expert's assessment of the H5P application learning media obtained a percentage value of 88% and was in the range of 70%-89%, which means that the media developed was categorized as feasible/good. Meanwhile, based on the results of field trials by giving questionnaires to 32 students of MTs Negeri 1 Pringsewu, student responses to the product developed were obtained with a score of 93.75%. This product in the form of H5P application learning media is very feasible to help students learn qawā‘id. However, this research is limited to the jumlah ismiyyah and the jumlah fi‘liyyah. Based on the results of observations in learning and questionnaire responses to the developed media, it appears that students are very enthusiastic about participating in learning. Abstrak Metode dan media merupakan dua unsur yang sangat penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Fenomena yang ditemukan dalam pembelajaran qawā‘id di MTsN 1 Pringsewu menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif masih jarang digunakan oleh guru, bahkan guru hanya terpaku pada buku teks dan penggunaan video dan powerpoint yang tidak interaktif. Keadaan ini menyebabkan siswa tidak antusias dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Penelitian ini secara khusus bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran qawā‘id yang interaktif untuk meningkatkan antusisme belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model Borg and Gall dengan sepuluh langkah pengembangan, hanya saja penelitian ini terbatas sampai pada langkah ketujuh saja. Hasil penilaian ahli media terhadap media pembelajaran aplikasi H5P diperoleh nilai persentase sebesar 88% dan berada pada kisaran 70%-89% yang berarti media yang dikembangkan dikategorikan layak/baik. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil uji coba lapangan dengan pemberian angket kepada 32 siswa MTs Negeri 1 Pringsewu diperoleh hasil respon siswa terhadap produk yang dikembangkan dengan skor 93,75%. Produk berupa media pembelajaran aplikasi H5P ini sangat layak untuk membantu siswa belajar qawā‘id. Namun penelitian ini terbatas pada jumlah ismiyyah dan jumlah fi‘liyyah. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dalam pembelajaran dan angket tanggapan terhadap media yang dikembangkan, terlihat bahwa siswa sangat antusias mengikuti pembelajaran. Hal ini dikarenakan media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan menarik dan interaktif sehingga siswa antusias untuk belajar. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, Media Pembelajaran, Aplikasi H5P, Jumlah Ismiah, Jumlah Fi’liyyah.

Abstract

This community service activity is motivated by the weak understanding of elementary school teachers in HOTS-oriented learning. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct training in designing thematic learning that is oriented towards HOTS. The training is carried out by presenting information, holding responses and group discussions on previously informed material and holding HOTS-based learning tools preparation exercises. The training was attended by elementary school teachers in District of Pesawaran. Based on the results of observations and written tests, the teachers were active in following the material presentation, discussion and preparation of HOTS learning tools. In addition, teachers' understanding has improved. This is evidenced by the pretest and posttest n-gain values of 0.09. However, the increase is not significant. Thus, it can be concluded that the participants' conceptual understanding of HOTS-oriented learning increased. This increase occurred because the previous participants did not really understand the true meaning of HOTS-oriented learning. Through this activity, participants get more detailed and easily accepted knowledge because in addition to presenting the material, the implementer also provides guidance on the development of learning designs. However, there is a need for ongoing technical guidance related to its implementation in classroom learning both online and face-to-face.

Abstract

Pentingnya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam peningkatan kinerja guru dan implementasi learning organization untuk mencapai sekolah efektif. Hasil penelitian ini akan menjadi dasar untuk menentukan rumusan kebijakan dalam pendidikan untuk meningkatkan manajemen sekolah, khususnya manajemen penyelenggaraan di lembaga PAUD. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional untuk mengetahui hubungan antara sekolah efektif, learning organization, dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini melibatkan 50 guru PAUD yang ada di Kota Bandar Lampung dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data melalui Uji Statistik Nonparametric Correlations menggunakan SPSS Version 25. Hasil penelitian: terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara sekolah efektif, learning organization, dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Pelaksanaan sekolah efektif dan implementasi learning organization semakin baik seiring dengan semakin baiknya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran materi atletik lompat jauh gaya jongkok ( gaya ortodok) kelas VIII SMP N 1 Ambarawa. Pengembangan media pembelajaran dilatar belakangi oleh kebutuhan pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (research and development/R&D). Tahapan utama dalam penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah (1) pengumpulan informasi dan penelitian pendahuluan; (2) perencanaan; (3) pengembangan produk; (4) pengujian terbatas, dan (5) revisi produk akhir. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII SMP N 1 Ambarawa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian adalah 5 (Lima) guru dan 5 peserta didik kelas VIII SMP N 1 Ambarawa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan angket. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan pengembangan media pembelajaran audio visual berbasis SAVI untuk meningkatkan prestasi lompat jauh gaya jongkok (gaya ortodok) pada siswa SMP kelas VIII layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Hal tersebut berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli materi sebesar 92,5%, hasil validasi ahli desain sebesar 91,5%, hasil validasi ahli media sebesar 88,75 %, hasil tanggapan kepada guru sebesar 91,30%

Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan yang diselenggarakan di Kabupaten Pringsewu Provinsi Lampung ini sebagai program pengabdian pada masyarakat dan bertujuan membantu para stakeholder seperti kepala sekolah dan guru yang terlibat di sekolah dasar untuk menerapkan Pendekatan Learning Organization secara optimal. Dengan menerapkan seluruh komponen-komponen yang ada di dalam Pendekatan Learning Organization seperti system thinking, personal mastery, mental models, shared vision dan team learning diharapkan para peserta pelatihan dapat mengembangkan sistem manajemen pendidikan berbasis sekolah dan menyempurnakan pola kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di seluruh sekolah dasar yang tersebar di Kabupaten Pringsewu Provinsi Lampung. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini membutuhkan waktu lebih kurang enam bulan, yang meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan, laporan, dan evaluasi. Pada pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengetahui kemampuan awal dan akhir para peserta. Pelatihan dikemas dalam bentuk workshop pada beberapa sesi untuk membuat rancangan program kerja secara benar berdasarkan konsep Pendekatan Learning Organization sebagai upaya untuk mewujudkan sekolah efektif berdasarkan manajeman pendidikan sekolah. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini diperoleh peningkatan signifikan dari 65,71% dikategori sangat rendah menjadi 57,14% dikategori baik, untuk wawasan pengetahun peserta tentang Pendekatan Learning Organization dan peningkatan evaluasi diri atas kemampuan peserta dalam menerapkan Pendekatan Learning Organization dalam manajemen pendidikan berbasis sekolah.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran melalui e-learning yang memudahkan siswa kelas x di SMAN 1 Pagelaran dalam memahami konsep algoritma dan pemrograman yang selama ini menjadi masalah bagi siswa karena metode pembelajaran yang belum tepat dan belum memanfaatkan sumber belajar yang ada. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) yang dikembangkan oleh Sugiyono, penelitian ini dilakukan hanya sampai pada 6 tahap yaitu: potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain  produk, validasi desain, perbaikan desain,  uji coba produk. Pada uji validasi ahli media mendapat nilai rata-rata 3,46  dengan keterangan media layak, dan pada hasil pengujian oleh ahli materi rata-rata 3,58 dikatakan bahwa materi layak untuk digunakan, pada uji kemenarikan elearning yang dilakukan kepada 10 responden terdiri dari siswa dan guru mendapat nilai rata-rata 88% menunjukkan klasifikasi bahwa media e-learning sangat menarik digunakan untuk meningkatkan berpikir kreatif siswa dalam mata pelajatan informatika pada  materi algoritma dan pemrograman.Abstract: The purpose of this research is to develop learning media through e-learning that makes it easy for students of class X at SMAN 1 Pagelaran to understand the concepts of algorithms and programming that have been a problem for students because of the learning methods that are not appropriate and do not utilize existing learning resources. The method used in this development is Research and Development (R&D) developed by Sugiyono, this research only reached 6 stages: potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement, product trials. In the media expert validation test the average value of 3.46 with media information is appropriate to use, and the results of testing by material experts on average 3.58 said that the material is suitable for use in the product interesting test conducted on 10 respondents consisting of students and teachers got an average value of 88% shows the classification e-learning media is very interesting to be used to improve students' creative thinking on informatics subjects on algorithmic and programming.

Abstract

The problem of this research is regarding the management of the principal on the performance of educators. The purpose of this study is to explore how principals should work in schools. Six efforts that can be made by principals in improving teacher performance include (1) a serious focus on improving teacher competence, (2) providing sufficient funds to increase teacher professionalism, (3) supervising and guiding teachers professionally, (4) creating a culture of school organization that is comfortable for teachers, (5) creates innovation and progress in schools, and (6) provides various awards for every achievement made by teachers. Therefore, it is recommended that principals be more active and creative in collaborating with teachers and stakeholders in teacher performance education. The research uses quantitative research methods, namely to see the partial effect between the variables in the survey with a quantitative approach. The population and sample of this study were elementary school teachers at SDN 1 Sumber Agung, Kemiling District, Bandar Lampung City. Data collection techniques used non-test techniques (observation, interviews, and documentation) and test techniques (Questionnaire). The data analysis technique used instrument validity test, instrument reliability test, instrument difficulty level, and differentiating power.

Abstract

Study this aim for produce product in the form of training based on e-marketing for manager village tour temiangan hill in the district bungin West Lampung Regency , for develop area tour Temiangan Hill. Method data collection using documentation , observation and test and questionnaire . Effectiveness study show that the average N-Gain normalized 0.73 ( high ), 81 % attractiveness ( attractive ) and there is a significant average posttest and pretest scores i.e. 493>147 shows thit > ttable i.e. 21.44>2.36 with level significant t0.05 means showing that there is influence Among training based on e-marketing to village tour temiangan hill in Bung sub - district , West Lampung district with results enhancement knowledge and HR participants training West Lampung district .
