Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemenarikan dan kelayakan dari modul berbasis keterampilan proses sains pada pembelajaran Biologi dalam materi sistem ekskresi pada manusia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development (RD) yang terdiri dari tujuh langkah pengembangan, meliputi 1) potensi dan masalah, 2) pengumpulan data, 3) desain produk, 4) validasi desain, 5) revisi produk, 6) uji coba produk, 7) revisi produk. Adapun Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan nontes berupa angket, wawancara, observasi. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket ahli materi, angket ahli desain media dan angket ahli bahasa dan angket respon siswa. Modul yang sudah dikembangkan divalidasi oleh 2 ahli materi, 2 ahli desain media, dan 2 ahli bahasa untuk mengetahui kelayakan produk. Hasil penilaian kelayakan modul berbasis keterampilan proses sains oleh ahli materi sebesar 92,5% dalam kategori sangat layak, penilaian oleh ahli desain sebesar 78,5% dalam kategori sangat layak, penilaian oleh ahli bahasa sebesar 90,5% dalam kategori sangat layak. Sedangkan hasil penilaian respon peserta didik memperoleh 74% dalam kategori menarik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan modul berbasis keterampilan proses sains pada pembelajaran Biologi layak dan menarik digunakan dalam materi sistem ekskresi pada manusia. Module development based on science process skills as teaching materials in biological learning AbstractThis study aims to determine the attractiveness and feasibility of modules based on science process skills in Biology learning in excretory system material in humans. This research is research and development (R D) which consists of seven steps of development, including 1) potential and problems, 2) data collection, 3) product design, 4) design validation, 5) product revision, 6) trial products, 7) product revisions. The data collection techniques use non-test in the form of questionnaires, interviews, observations. The instruments are questionnaires for material experts, questionnaires for media design experts and questionnaires for linguists and student response questionnaires. The modules that have been developed are validated by 2 material experts, 2 media design experts, and 2 linguists to ascertain the feasibility of the product. The result of the feasibility assessment module based on science process skills by material experts is 92.5% in the very feasible category, the assessment by design experts is 78.5% in the very feasible category, the assessment by linguists is 90.5% in the very feasible category. While the results of the assessment of students’ responses are gained 74% in the interesting category. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the module based on science process skills in Biology learning is feasible and interesting to be used in excretion system material in humans.

Abstract

Abstract: The The development of biology module based on the character from the holy Qur’an of the 11th grades of Senior high school had done to create valid and effective module. Type of this study is development research that has three phases according to Akker, which are analysis, design and evaluation. The evaluation of the module was done at SMA Islam Terpadu Raudhatul Ulum on even semester 2013-2014. The techniques use to collect the data were documentation, validation sheet of teaching material, test and questionnaire. Based on the data gained and interpreted, the result show that (1) from the documentation and interview, it was found that in SMA IT RU on biology subject, the teacher has not used teaching material based on the holy Qur’an. (2) from the data validation by the expert. It was found that the teaching material that was developed is valid in term of media, language, material and interpretation of the subsections of the holy Qur’an. (3) from the questionnaire written by students, it was found that the teaching material is very good. (4)  from the result of the test, it showed  that the teaching material is effective. Based on the result of the data collection, it can be concluded that the teaching material product is valid and effective that having through analysis, design, and evaluation. Abstract

Pembelajaran kimia merupakan salah satu pembelajaran yang memerlukan keterampilan dalam memecahkan masalah-masalah ilmu kimia berupa teori, konsep, hukum, dan fakta. Untuk menguasai suatu mata kuliah diperlukan berbagai sarana atau pun alat berupa bahan ajar guna mempermudah proses belajar mengajar, salah satu hal yang penting adalah modul ajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) mengembangkan modul ajar kimia unsur berbasis inkuiri terbimbing pada mahasiswa pendidikan kimia , 2) menguji validitas dari modul kimia unsur yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan yang dilakukan dengan menerapkan model pengembangan ADDIE tetapi hanya pada tahap pendefinisian, perancangan dan pengembangan modul ajar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen validasi. Pengembangan modul ajar kimia unsur berbasis inkuiri terbimbing dalam pembelajaran kimia dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik untuk mencari dan menyelesaikan permasalahan secara sistematis, logis, dan analitis pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Kimia.

Abstract

Abstract: This study was conducted to determine the effect of concentration  liquid organic fertilizer on the growth of lettuce with a wick system engineering and design for the development of science junior high school learning modules in March-May 2016. The study was carried out by two phases: an experiment: the effect of the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer BioSAR 003 on the growth of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) with hydroponic techniques wick system and module design phase: analysis of the potential for development teaching materials of science junor high school learning modules, The study used an experimental method by conducting experiments in Greenhouse of Biology Education Laboratory University of Riau, Pekanbaru. Sampling was done by completely randomized design consisting of 4 treatments and 3 replications. The parameters in this study were plant height, leaf number, fresh weight and dry weight of plants. Based on the results of analysis of variance at 5% level, giving the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer BioSAR 003 showed significantly affect the growth of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.). Liquid organic fertilizer BioSAR 003 with a concentration of 30 cc resulted in the growth of lettuce plants (Lactuca sativa L.) is best reached 18.16 cm high, the number of strands of 9.66 leaves, wet weight of 10.63 g and 0.30 g dry weight. Based on the analysis of the potential of the research results can be used as a module designed development on biotechnology concept for junior high school students.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the identification of Coliform bacteria in the ice cubes and ice crystals used fruit sellers and stalls as potential learning module design Biology at a high school in May to June 2016. The research was conducted in two stage laboratory research and design stage of learning modules. This type of research is descriptive and conducted by examination in the laboratory. Sampling technique in this study, done by using purposive sampling method. The results showed that the isolated bacteria found in ice cube consists of five genera, namely Bacillus sp, Pseudomonas, Enterobacter, Citrobacter, and Micrococcus while on ice crystals found in four genera, namely genus Bacillus sp, Enterobacter, Citrobacter and Micrococcus. Based on the analysis of the potential of the research result can be used as the development of the concept Eubacteria module design for high school student.Keywords: Coliform, Ice Cube, Ice Crystal, Module Design

Abstract

The low of student learning outcomes in learning physics because the response to science learning still low and lack of availability of physics module SMP/MTs which connect Qur’an with science. It is necessary for research that aims to determine the feasibility of physics module class VII SMP/MTs based interrelation of the Qur'an and science. The special purpose, namely: (1) the validity of the module, (2) implemented of RPP, (3) student learning outcomes, and (4) student’s response. The development of physics module refers to the ADDIE model, namely: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. Subjects were 33 students of class VII B SMP State 17 Banjarmasin academic year 2013/2014 as a test grade. Data collection technique used instrument validation module, observations, test results of students’ learning and questionnaire responses. The results of research and development showed that: (1) the validity of modules on validation material is excellent category, validation media is excellent category, and validation interrelation is good category, (2) implemented of RPP in the excellent category, (3) student learning outcomes at the first meeting in quite effective category, second meeting in quite effective category, and third meeting in less effective category, (4) students’ response in good category. We concluded that the feasibility of the physics module class VII SMP/MTs based interrelation of the Qur'an and science in the worthy category.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan bahan ajar modul elektronik interaktif pada mata kuliah inovasi pendidikan. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu model penelitian dan pengembangan (Research & Development). Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah mix methods research yaitu menggabungkan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Model pengembangan yang diterapkan adalah yang dikemukakan oleh Rowntree yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu 1) Perencanaan 2) Persiapan penulisan 3). Penulisan dan penyuntingan yang dalam hal ini merupakan tahan pengembangan produk dengan menggunakan software Flip PDF Profesional dan menghasilkan modul elektronik interaktif. Namun, model Rowntree ini tidak utuh pada bagian evaluasi produknya oleh karena itu model ini akan peneliti kolaborasikan dengan model evaluasi Tessmer sehingga ketidak utuhan model Rowntree akan tertutupi oleh kelebihan model evaluasi formatif Tessmer. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar modul elektronik interaktif memiliki tingkat kelayakan yang baik sekali dan efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan atau research and development. Research and development adalah metode penelitian yang dipakai dalam menghasilkan produk tertentu dan menguji kepraktisan dan keefektifan produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan dalam mengembangkan modul ajar berbasis project based learning (PjBL) yang praktis. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan adalah modul ajar berbasis PjBL. Dosen dan mahasiswa program studi pendidikan fisika Institut Pendidikan Tapanuli Selatan merupakan responden dalam penelitian pengembangan modul ajar berbasis PjBL ini. Responden akan mengisi angket praktikalitas untuk mengetahui kepraktisan dari modul ajar yang dikembangkan. Berdasarkan penelitian pengembangan dan uji coba yang telah dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan modul ajar berbasis PjBL bagi mahasiswa calon guru fisika dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul ajar yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini adalah modul ajar yang dikategorikan pada modul ajar valid dan praktis. Kepraktisan dari modul ajar ini dilihat dari respon dosen dan mahasiswa yang menggunakannya dengan penilaian praktis.

Abstract

Teaching materials or often referred to as learning materials are the most important part in the learning process, the subject matter is the core of learning activities.Teachers in carrying out the learning process required a teaching material because it is used to assist teachers in teaching and learning activities in the classroom. One of the important problems faced by faculty in learning activities is choosing or determining teaching materials or appropriate learning materials in order to help students achieve competence.This dedication to the community is carried out in the NEPTUNE Kediri hospitality school located at Jl.KH. Hasyim Ashari No.49, Bandar Kidul Kediri. By conducting training on the development of teaching materials and teaching media based on interactive media to the teachers in NEPTUNE it is expected that these teachers can become a) competent teachers according to their field of knowledge, b) the teachers are expected to have the ability to develop teaching materials and teaching media appropriately to suit students' needs.Several meetings were held to present more appropriate materials to the teachers. So that the teachers will have the ability to understand what is needed by their students especially after they graduate from the NEPTUNE.
