Abstract

In the development of information technology, it is very important for the industry to create a structured data warehouse. It has functions as a track record data and digital archiving. One industry that requires a data warehouse is a hospital. Hospitals need a digitizing system that can store medical record data and other vital data in their managerial system. Hospitals are now required to have a hospital management information system as an information medium to speed up the process of obtaining computerized information. Hospital data warehouse must be built with a systematic, tactical scheme in reporting and can guarantee its confidentiality from unauthorized persons. Displaying reports from the database is possible but has complex and very slow queries. So to make an executive report that quickly requires making dimensional data warehouse. Data warehouse schemes from a good Hospital Management System can be made in various ways, one of which utilizes the Facts Constellation scheme as the research raised by this paper.

Abstract

The development of information technology that has developed in government is very helpful in the process of managing government infrastructure. Included in the Gianyar Regency Development Section which has implemented or applied a system, namely the TEPRA System. The TEPRA system is a system used to carry out the process of monitoring the realization of the budget given to each OPD (Regional Apparatus Organization) in Gianyar Regency to find out any problems or obstacles that might occur when realizing the work program of each related OPD. The frequent mistakes made by Tepra Operators in completing data information about the work program of the relevant OPDs are the reason that it is necessary to carry out the process of developing a tepra information system application. In the development process, the Rapid Application Development model is used to get the design that is expected based on the results of the audit which are used for reference in the tepra information system development process.

The development of information technology that has developed in government is very helpful in the process of managing government infrastructure. In the Gianyar Regency Development Section which has implemented a system, namely the TEPRA. TEPRA is a system used to carry out the process of monitoring the realization of the budget given to each OPD (Organisasi Perangkat Daerah) in Gianyar Regency to find out any problems or obstacles that might occur when realizing the program of each related OPD. The frequent mistakes made by TEPRA Operators in completing data information about the program of the relevant OPDs are the reason that it is necessary to carry out an audit of the TEPRA information system. The audit process of the TEPRA information system uses a framework, namely COBIT 4.1. In the research process carried out using COBIT 4.1 and with a total of 110 respondents consisting of the Head of the Bagian Pembangunan, the Head of the Sub-Division of Pengendalian and Pembangunan , TEPRA Staff, and TEPRA Operators in each related OPD, resulting in a maturity level of 3.09 (defined). From the results obtained, generally the TEPRA system has been running or implemented properly. With this maturity level, there is a maturity gap so that improvements need to be made in order to achieve the expected maturity level.

Abstract

An approved sample is a sample that has been tested in a laboratory and approved by experts who understand it to be a sample in the production process. In the current process, all sample identities are written manually and repeatedly inputted by several people. This manual process is a major bottleneck in producing approved samples so that it can cause delays in the production process. This manual process causes employees to have to work overtime 2-3 hours every day to complete the approved sample which must be issued on the same day. To overcome this problem, an information system was developed to eliminate bottlenecks in this process. Design and development of software use the SDLC method which includes information gathering to find out business processes, DFD analysis, design user interface, ERD and database, and continued with development using Visual Studio, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, and VBA as well as Microsoft Outlook as supporting programs. After the software is implemented it can be seen that the bottlenecks that have occurred so far can be removed and the work completed faster, no additional overtime is required and can even be one day sooner. Besides all the data is stored more neatly and facilitates the process of finding data.
