Abstract

Matana University collaborated with Indonesia Qualitative Researcher Association (IQRA) held a 2019 Indonesian Qualitative Seminar & Workshop (SLKI) 2019. The organizer required a seminar management information system (SIM) to run this event smoothly. However, seminar SIM was not available at that time, and needed to be built according to the needs of 2019 SLKI. The methodology to build seminar SIM is study literature system development with prototyping model which has the stages of user requirement, system / sub system prototyping, prototype evaluation, prototype improvement, system testing, system implementation, system maintenance. SIM 2019 SLKI consists of 2 (two) main applications, namely a web-based data management application and mobile based attendance application. QR Code was used for the attendance of participants. This seminar SIM successfully has been built and implemented in this event. This seminar SIM helped the participants and the committee to share data and information that can be done anytime and anywhere as long they are connected to the internet. In the future, it is necessary to develop several features such as article management, QR code generator, automatic certificate generation, digital payment, and more complete reporting & webinar implementation.

Abstract

The growth in science and technology is accelerating, resulting in a competition that is becoming more intense. Advanced science and technology are obviously also in contact with computers. Computer use can minimize potential errors in data processing compared with manual data processing. The development of these sciences and technologies also encourages companies to improve corporate performance, and one of their uses is the creation of the information systems that companies need. The purpose of this study is to design and build a desktop java-based motorbike rental information system for Koperasi Trans Jaya Tangerang. The methodology used by researchers was grounded research. The methods of data collection used in this study are interviews, observations, and library studies.

Abstract

The Indonesian National Sports Committee or KONI is an organization that functions as a coordinating all athletes whose duty is to foster and develop the athletes become achievers in sports activities both at the regional and national levels. Koni Karawang is one of the authorized organization in coordinating every sporting activity in Karawang district and also functions as a forum for athletes in Karawang district so that it can accommodate all talented athletes so that they can be fostered further. Quite a lot of athletes in the Karawang district requires the management of data collection of athletes to be better coordinated. So, we need a system that can facilitate the management of KONI athletes in Karawang district. In this case, an Information System was created which functions to process the data of athletes in Karawang district, so that it would be assisting in the data collection of the athletes. The information system created is in the form of a website-based application with implementation using a PHP programming language and MySQL database

Abstract

Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 44 Year 2016 regarding the Guidelines for Public Health Center Management, it is explained that the Public Health Center known as Puskesmas is the First Level Health Facility (FKTP) responsible for public health in its working area in one or part of the subdistrict area. In performing its duties and functions, it must implement Public Health Center management effectively and efficiently. The cycle of quality Puskesmas management is a continuous series of routine activities, carried out in the implementation of quality health efforts, which must be monitored periodicly and regularly, supervised and controlled over time, in order to repair and improve performance. The error that can be found at Candipuro Public Health Center is that there is no system that loads related to the search of patient database so that it makes redundancy for patients who seek treatment when the old patient's word can not be found. With the advantages in the Public Health Center is a computer facility on every poly and service units, as well as adequate internet access. To support this research, data collecting method is done by observation, interview, literature study, analysis, system design, system building, testing and system implementation.

Abstract

Traffic accidents or road accidents are problems that often occur that are of particular concern, in order to minimize the number of accidents many find it difficult to report accidents and report accident-prone areas so that the community cannot know which areas have frequent accidents and which are accident-prone areas. Then the accident-prone areas were mapped with the Geographics Information System approach used in this research, namely in order to visually map the location of the accident location and the traffic accident-prone areas so that people can know directly the location point. In designing the system used in this study, namely by using the Waterfall Method, which has several stages including: Requirements analysis, system design, coding or writing program code, program testing, program implementation and maintenance. To model the system used is the Unified Modeling Language in this software engineering to describe the architecture and visualize a system to be built. So that this research can produce a software that can be accessed anywhere by the wider community to be able to report accidents and accident-prone areas where this case study was conducted in the Pandeglang Regency area.

Abstract

Background: The Indonesian National Nurses Association (INNA) has a method and tool for staffing calculation-performance-oriented calculation based on information systemPurpose: To identify of satisfaction among hospital staff nurses on nurse staffing calculation-performance-oriented calculation based on  Indonesian National Nurses Association (INNA) on information systemMethod: The technique of determining the sample using the Cohen effect size (d) formula, the total sample is 30 nurses, divided by two groups, each group comprise 15 nurses  the as control group and intervention group 15. The pre-post test done for both groups. The training given to participants for two days and following by measured to identify of satisfaction among hospital staff nurses twice to control and intervention groups using a questionnaire.Results: The Kolmogorov Smirnov normality test and finding the data had abnormally distributed (p <0.05), and following by the Mann Whitney test. The results showed that all the participants showed an increase in nurse satisfaction on nurse staffing calculation-performance-oriented calculation based on  Indonesian National Nurses Association (INNA)Conclusion: There is a difference in the level of satisfaction between a control group and an intervention with a range of 4.66 points. Using nurse staffing calculation-performance-oriented calculation based on  Indonesian National Nurses Association (INNA) on information system, it applicable and reasonable to nurses to calculate nurse staffing in the hospital.

Abstract

The Institute for Research and Community Service University of Palangkaraya (IRCSUPR) manages research activities, community services and controls the administration ofnecessary resources. Therefore, an application is requiredto record a lot of data from theproposal to the final report of research and community servicethat ultimately is expected tobe a control and evaluation on the performance of all parties involved.The methodology used in the development of this application there are several stagesranging from problem identification, needs analysis, design (which includes architecturedesign, database design, interface design and website navigation design), coding, testingand maintenance. On the testing stage used blackbox testing method.The results achieved from the making of this application there are 4 actors areadministrators, proposers, reviewers and operators who have different access rights inaccordance with its function. While from the results of the testing is known that all thefunctionality of the system is running well in accordance with the required and designedpreviously.
