This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of system quality, information quality, service quality on user satisfaction of online learning systems at a private university in Tangerang. The number of research samples was 429 students. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The analytical method used is SEM with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that system quality, information quality, and service quality had a significant effect on user satisfaction of e-learning systems. The better the perception of system quality, information quality, and service quality, the more user satisfaction will increase.

In the implementation of the activities of the National Police Commission (Kompolnas) every month it is necessary to prepare a monthly report by the Secretariat of the National Police Commission to be reported to the Chair of the National Police, so that it can be used as a benchmark for the implementation of Kompolnas performance. However, making monthly reports is often late and mistaken because there are factors that influence, including: data storage such as official travel administration and irregular activity schedules making it difficult to find data, difficult to monitor ongoing activities, many activities implemented and others. In this regard, a desktop-based information system for the implementation of Kompolnas is required. The research method uses Research and Development to create a desktop-based Kompolnas activity information system. Meanwhile, the data teaching technique used literature study and field study (interview and document examination). Then the system development method used is the waterfall method which has several stages, namely: needs analysis, system design, coding & testing, program implementation, and maintenance. The research resulted in a supporting information system for compiling a monthly report on Kompolnas activities because data on Kompolnas activities such as reference documents, orders, materials, photos / videos, are easy to input and can be viewed, downloaded and printed. In doing so, it can realize a paperless office, thus giving the printer paper, ink and time.

Village Fund is a new policy, so it needs good accountability. As a form of responsibility for village fund management, it is necessary to make quality financial statements. This study aims to analyze the effect of village apparatus performance, internal control, and information technology on fund management accountability and its implications for the quality of financial reports. This research used quantitative and retrieval methods using survey techniques. It was conducted using 117 respondents as officials in charge of compiling financial reports in West Bandung Regency villages. Furthermore, data analysis was performed using SEM PLS with PLS 3.0. The results showed that the village apparatus performance, internal control, and information technology use affected fund management accountability and the quality of financial reports. The research results imply that creating quality village financial statements required village apparatus performance, internal control, use of information technology, and fair accountability

This research has purposes to discover and analyze further relates to the impact which is caused by transformational leadership and compensation towards motivation and its implications for organizational performance at the Education and Training Center of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology. The current research method used was quantitative research with a causal method. The population and sample in this research amounted to 42 respondents who are civil servants and PPNPN employees at the Education and Training Center of Ministry of Communication and Information. The data analysis method used SEM-PLS. And the results showed that transformational leadership and compensation had a positive and significant impact both simultaneously and partially in order to increase the motivation. Transformational leadership, compensation and motivation had a positive and significant impact either simultaneously or partially in enhancing organizational performance. Motivation could play as a mediator in influencing the relations of transformational leadership and compensation to organizational performance.

Management is the art of regulating the process of utilizing human resources and other sources effectively and efficiently to achieve certain goals. Management has been used by many companies in this world, also has been influenced by social values including religion. Muslims who always adhere to Islamic law as a way of life properly will receive benefits in the form of Maqasid Sharia based on the level of Maslahah given by Allah. Humans, as the manager for themselves, for their family, or for their organization also really need to protect things in the concept of Maqasid Sharia and determine the level of protection using the concept of Maslahah. This can also be applied to companies, especially if its people are muslim, to make the company, management, and the people therein happy, live long, and blessed by Allah. Islamic Analytix is an Information Services company based in Singapore. This company provides Market Research, Market Analytics, and Market Intelligence through the platform. The staff, managers, and directors are mostly Muslim. The result of this research shows that Islamic Analytix Singapore is implementing Islamic management based on Maqasid Sharia. It can be seen from the good religious attainment (ad-Din), good quality of the life (an-Nafs), good quality of science or intellect (al-Aql), good quality of offspring (an-Nasl), and good quantity of wealth (al-Maal). These results also according to the maslahah concept such as primary needs (dharuriyyat), secondary needs (hajjiyyah), and tertiary needs (tahsiniyyah).

Bricks are a building material that has long been known and commonly used by the community in line with the increasing number and rate of population development. Bricks are materials made of clay with or without additives which go through several processes and stages. The data used in this study is to look directly at the employers and workers who manufacture bricks and look at the various existing literature related to the title that the author studied. The author is interested in researching this stone-making business because to find out how the sales or marketing system for making bricks. From the results of the research conducted by the author, the sales or marketing system for making bricks in Pasar VI village is still done in a simple way, and there is no application. Based on the problems that researchers have observed, an online web-based application is needed so that brick producers can market bricks quickly and earn better profits. This research activity starts from giving directions, providing equipment as sales / marketing aids such as computers, creating websites and training on using the website. The achievement indicators are an increase in partner income by up to 85%, an increase in the amount of production by up to 85%, the partner has a marketing website and can use the website

This study aims to analyze partially and simultaneously the effect of accounting information systems and internal control systems on the quality of financial reports at PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. The data used came from observation and questionnaires to 60 respondents. This research method uses a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression. The results of the study partially show that both accounting information and internal control system variables have a significant positive effect on the quality of financial statements. The results of the study using the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained a value of 0.464. This shows that the large contribution of the accounting information system and internal control system variables can explain the quality of financial statements by 46.4%, the remaining 53.6% can be explained by other variables not included in this study.

Pharmacists and pharmaceutical personnel need to support improving the people’s quality of life during the covid-19 outbreak by providing pharmaceutical services, one of which is the Drug Information Service (PIO). Many regions in Indonesia, including DKI Jakarta, have placed large-scale social restrictions since March 2020. In connection with that, the Department of Pharmacy of Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia (PSFUAJ) organized an online PIO program. This program aimed to provide the service of Covid-19 drug-related information and education to the community. The PIO was carried out from April to July 2020 via whatsapp, email, and telephone. In addition, health education was provided through e-flyers, published on Instagram @pio_farmasi_uaj. Eighty percent of the questions were submitted via whatsapp, while the rest was sent via email. Most of the questions submitted (80%) were categorized into self-edication. Further examination shows that the common questions were related to drug choice (27.78%). These data indicate that most questioners tend to provide self-medication first and that they will only see a doctor if they have not recovered or experienced any improvement. PSFUAJ will continue running this program and disseminating this program to a broader audience.

The women’s cooperative “Usaha Wanita Mandiri” was established as a forum for women to be economically empowered. However, in the enforcement of rules of savings and loan activities, the management often encounters problems with loan repayments in each installment period. This program aimed to educate supervisors, administrators, and coordinators in charge of the Kopwan Utama group regarding the importance of keeping regulatory archives in the form of digital videos and facilitating the dissemination of information on savings and loan regulations that are still in paper form. The community service program consists of focus group discussions and video socialization. The formulation of regulations and the video socialization were conducted face-toface and through online communication platforms, such as whatsapp and youtube. Because of the pandemic, issues arose during the focus group discussions and socialization, wherein some stages were not attended by all participants. The dissemination of the video via whatsapp and youtube is acknowledged by the supervisors, administrators, and coordinators of the groups to help provide their members with videos on savings and loans.

Keterampilan berbicara merupakan salah satu segi dalam caturtunggal keterampilan berbahasa di samping tiga keterampilan berbahasa yang lain, yaitu: keterampilan menyimak (listening skill), keterampilan membaca (reading skill), dan keterampilan menulis (writing skill). Padahal, model pembelajaran berbicara seharusnya dilakukan dengan model praktik secara langsung. Selain itu, alasan pemilihan teknik information gap pada pembelajaran menyampaikan informasi adalah karakteristik teknik information gap sangat sesuai dengan 3 indikator yang ingin dicapai pada kompetensi dasar menyampaikan informasi yang tertuang dalam standar kompetensi mata pelajaran Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia kelas VIII Sekolah Menengah Pertama dan Madrasah Tsanawiyah. Berdasarkan latar belakang yang sudah diuraikan pada bab pendahuluan, ada berbagai faktor yang memengaruhi mutu keterampilan berbicara siswa. Cara yang digunakan adalah dengan memberikan tanggung jawab kepada masing-masing individu. Rendahnya keterampilan berbicara siswa juga disebabkan oleh kurangnya kemauan berlatih berbicara di kelas maupun di luar kelas. Alasan yang logis adalah pendekatan tersebut berusaha mengembalikan bahwa fungsi utama bahasa adalah sebagai alat komunikasi. Dalam penelitian ini, rumusan masalahnya adalah bagaimana perubahan perilaku belajar siswa kelas VIII-C SMP Negeri 115 Jakarta dalam menyampaikan informasi setelah diberikan tindakan pembelajaran menyampaikan informasi dengan teknik information gap? Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsi perubahan perilaku belajar siswa kelas VIII-C SMP Negeri 115 Jakarta dalam menyampaikan informasi setelah diberikan tindakan pembelajaran menyampaikan informasi dengan teknik information gap. Manfaat yang akan diperoleh dari penelitian ini ada dua macam, yaitu manfaat teoretis dan manfaat praktis. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bermanfaat untuk memperkaya khazanah penelitian, terutama yang berupa penelitian tindakan kelas. Dengan demikian, setelah mengikuti pembelajaran ini siswa dapat menerapkan keterampilannya di masyarakat karena keterampilan berbicara menyampaikan informasi tidak dapat dilepaskan dari kehidupan sehari-hari.
