Abstract

The use of information technology in the management of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is not limited to business performance and productivity but also aspects of data security and transactions using various mobile, website, and desktop-based applications. This article offers an idea to explore cybersecurity awareness and risk management of MSME actors who adopt information technology. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach in the Coffeeshop X business and the Y Souvenir business in Salatiga City, Central Java, Indonesia. The data collection technique used in-depth interviews, observation, and document studies. These findings indicate that Cybersecurity Awareness, especially information security awareness, can be reviewed based on knowledge, attitudes, and behavior. Risk management can be review based on supply risk, operational risk, and customer risk. Cybersecurity Awareness and Risk Management in MSMEs is holistic and cannot be generalized, so it needs to be discussed contextually based on case studies. In the context of Coffeeshop X and Souvenir Y, the level of Cybersecurity Awareness (knowledge, attitude, behavior) is not always linear. In addition, risk management is more dominant in the customer risk dimension, compared to supply risk and operational risk.

Abstract

As it is known that the Government of Palembang has implemented e-government, but how much e-government can help the Palembang city government to interact between the government and all levels of society including the poor in the city of Palembang. In its application, the condition of e-government services is still insufficient infrastructure that supports                e-government services for the poor in palembang. To design a good e-government service, it is necessary to design SI/IT services for the community in Palembang with service design stages in the Framework Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Version 2011 in order to be accepted in all levels of society including the poor in the city of Palembang. SI/IT service design based on the results of analysis of the condition and needs of SI/IT services to the business process of community service. This research uses qualitative approach method and analysis with reference standard approach using ITIL standard version 2011 in Service Design. The result of this research is in the form of the design of information system of digital service of population such as administration and population services, Family of Hope Program (PKH) services and digital archive storage services based on the Stages of Service Design in ITIL Version 2011 that has been done, namely the Service Level Management process in the form of Service Level Requirement, Service Level Agreement and Operational Level Agreement documents.

Abstract

Information exchange is currently the most happening on the internet. Information exchange can be done in many ways, such as expressing expressions on social media. One of them is reviewing a film. When someone reviews a film he will use his emotions to express their feelings, it can be positive or negative. The fast growth of the internet has made information more diverse, plentiful and unstructured. Sentiment analysis can handle this, because sentiment analysis is a classification process to understand opinions, interactions, and emotions of a document or text that is carried out automatically by a computer system. One suitable machine learning method is the Modified Balanced Random Forest. To deal with the various data, the feature selection used is Mutual Information. With these two methods, the system is able to produce an accuracy value of 79% and F1-scores value of 75%.

Abstract

Abstract

Background:Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency of Konawe Islands Regency in 2019, it is known that the number of Senior High Schools is 7 units, with a total of 1,717 students. The results of reports of teenagers who married before the age of 18 in 2019 were as many as 49 people. Based on this, the rate of early marriage in the last 2 years actually shows an increase. Researchers took the theme of early marriage because from the results of preliminary studies conducted by researchers, most adolescents have insufficient knowledge about early marriage and its effects on the social environment of adolescents. So it is not surprising why the rate of early marriage in Konawe Islands Regency is generally the third highest in Southeast Sulawesi Province. Methods:This research is a quantitative research with a comparative study research type. The population in this study were 332 people and 179 samples with the sampling technique using stratified random sampling. Result:Test results with the Mann Whitney Test The significant value for knowledge shows the value of p-value = 0.000 <value ? = 0.05 and the significant value for the social environment of adolescents shows the value of pvalue = 0.000 <value ? = 0.05, which means that there are differences in knowledge and social environment of adolescents in State Senior High School the Youth Counseling Program and Information are active and inactive towards early marriage. Conclusion:There are differences in the knowledge and social environment of adolescents in the State MenengaAtas School where the Youth Counseling Program and Information are active and inactive towards early marriage.

Abstract

The e-Raport system is used as an information system designed by schools to inform parents of student development by schools, which has been implemented in all state schools in various provinces in Indonesia including Banten province. SMPN 5 Tangerang is one of the public schools in Tangerang city that uses the e-Raport System as a substitute for reports of students' learning outcomes manually. The problem raised in this study is whether the quality of the e-Raport System affects user satisfaction. This research focuses on user satisfaction e-Raport system using webQual 4.0 method consisting of 3 variables namely usability, information quality, and interaction quality. The data used in the primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires using a likert scale with 20 points of statement to 400 respondents. Data obtained and processed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS software. Based on webqual variable 4.0, the analysis results showed that the quality of usefulness, information quality, and interaction quality influenced user satisfaction.

Abstract

The process of data collection and processing of student scores that is carried out continuously from year to year is felt to be unable to produce fast, precise and accurate information, because it takes a long time. Computerized information system processing student grades is expected to be able to ease the work of homeroom teachers, so that they can produce valid information in a short time and can be accessed anywhere. With good processing and management, value data processing will be easier, faster, more accurate. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based digital report card information system as a solution offered to help solve problems faced by schools. The system development method used is Extreme Programming (XP) which has several stages, namely planning, designing, coding, testing and Software Increment. The results of this study are the creation of an information system that can provide several advantages as well as efficiency and effectiveness in processing information and managing value data up to the printing of student report cards.

Abstract

In the current information age, data is a valuable asset for companies [1]. Technological advances encourage the digitization of information in almost all fields of science, including astronomy. Technological developments make it easy to access open data in the public domain. The availability of open data will encourage the acceleration of research. ITERA Astronomical Observatory is an observatory located in Lampung. This observatory is claimed to be the largest in Southeast Asia [3]. To face the challenges in the digitization of information, ITERA Astronomical Observatory plans to build an information system specifically for Storing and handling astronomical data
