Abstract

This article focuses on the study of Flight Information Region (FIR) management in the Riau and Natuna Islands, which since 1946 is still controlled by Singapore. Although various attempts to take over the control have been carried out by the Indonesian government, it is yet  to produce any meaningful results. The limitation of the problem in this study is first, the implications that arise from the management of FIR by Singapore on the Riau Islands and Natuna airspace. Second, the efforts that have been made by the Indonesian government to take over the management of FIR by Singapore over the Riau Islands and Natuna airspace. This research uses a normative legal research by analysing the legal issues through international treaties, legal regulations and other literature related to FIR management. The results of the study concluded first, the management of FIR by Singapore over the Riau Islands and Natuna influenced the enforcement of Indonesia's airspace sovereignty and national defence. Secondly, Indonesia's efforts and readiness to take over aviation navigation services include the formation of a special team from several ministries and other relevant institutions to prepare technical and operational steps as well as diplomatic steps in the framework of restructuring the FIR.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe use of medication during pregnancy and breastfeeding cannot be avoided, particularly for those with chronic diseases. The use of medication for these patients require special attention, especially by pharmacists as they have the responsibility to provide medications and appropriate services to achieve optimal therapeutic goals. The drug information service actively provided by pharmacists is a display of their commitment in preventing drug therapy problems and improving the quality of life of pregnant and breastfeeding women. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between pharmacists' beliefs based on the Health Belief Model (HBM) approach and the practice of active drug information service for pregnant and breastfeeding women with chronic diseases. This study was an observational study with a cross-sectional design and used a self-administered questionnaire. 62 pharmacists in Primary Healthcare Centers in Surabaya agreed to participate in this study. The Spearman correlation analysis was used and showed that perceived self-efficacy had the strongest relationship (rs = 0.357) with the practice of providing active drug information. Thus, it can be concluded that perceived self-efficacy is a factor that is directly related to the practice of providing active drug information.Keywords: Active Drug Information Services, Health Belief Model, Pharmacists

Abstract

This research is aimed to: (1) develop of assignment and monitoring information system of prakerin students based on SMS gateway with Raspberry Pi, and (2) reveal the quality of assignment and monitoring information system of prakerin students based on SMS gateway with Raspberry based on ISO 9126 on aspects of usability, functionality and portability.This development study refers to the Waterfall development procedure by Roger S. Pressman. The development design was grouped into five procedures, consisting of: (a) communication, (b) planning, (c) modeling, (d) construction and (e) deployment. The results of this research are: (1) development of assignment and monitoring information system of prakerin students based on SMS gateway with Raspberry Pi done by using web-based CMS Kalkun and (2) testing the quality level using ISO 9126 on usablity aspect results 85% (high) with alpha cronbach of 0.851 (good), functionality aspect yields 1 (good), and meets the portability aspect.

Abstract

This study uses an exploratory qualitative approach which is a research that is more focused in the process where researchers must interact directly with research subjects in the research location, data obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The researcher uses an exploratory point of view because the researcher does not have an overview of the research concept that will be obtained in depth so that more in-depth information/data collection is needed, then formulates a proposal in the form of an integrated hospital service accounting information system design. In addition, this study uses the concept of Action Research, because in this study we describe, interpret and explain a social situation for the problems that occur, and formulate solutions, with the hope that the results of our research can help carry out work more effectively and efficiently. In this study, the researcher wants to try to reveal in depth information about the existing BUMDes management system in Banyuwangi in order to further analyze what improvements or developments must be made to increase its effectiveness and efficiency. The goal to be achieved from this research is to create an effective regional potential management system to improve the economy of rural communities during the pandemic. The results of this study can be used as reference material and references that can be used by managers of the economic sector in an effort to improve the economy of rural communities, especially during the pandemic and can be used as discussion material or reference for further research on accounting information systems design. Abstract

In an organization, decision making hold an important role. That is why a decision made by managers should be a final decision that should be done by their subordinates or those who are related with the organization. In the effort to increase the quality of management information system, a research was held in X Resorts and Hotels Bandung to analyze management information system in the relation to decision making especially in Food and Beverage Service Department and recommendation of how to handle the problem occurred. From the questioner with data analyzing technique of spearman rank gained correlation result 0,84, with determination coefficient 71% which means the management information system has 71% level of influence to decision making, meanwhile the rest of the result (29%) shows other factors, which also were related with the decision making other than management information system. To solve with the problem, it is recommended that X Resorts and Hotels decrease the level of information product error in management information used and fasten the delivery of provided information.

Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) is a state owned which manages the biggest electricity businesses that cover the entire territory of Indonesia. His position is very potential for the Indonesian public life requires that PLN is able to manage the investment means the supply of electricity to customers. This is done with the information systems that support business processes in the body of PLN. PT PLN (Persero) has some application systems, infrastructure, service, and management used to increase the ability of the company. In PLN, there is an application that is capable of supporting PLN to conduct the procurement process is procurement information system (e-procurement). PSI Sub-party service providers as e-procurement to see investment information system (SI) and Information Technology (IT) which is proportional to the amount issued benefits and bottom-line impact for companies and can find out the level of funds / investment budgets and alignment of Information Technology there is a project in accordance with company requirements. Those needs based on business needs and applications currently running in the intersection so as to project better. Based on this, the author proposes to analyze the benefits of information technology investments by using the method of New Information Economics (NIE) that combines the two approaches both financial and non-financial. In the method NIE (New Information Economics) will be used four of the five practices that NIE Strategic Demand / Supply Planning, Innovation, Prioritization, and Alignment. The results are expected to help the company to allocate investments SI / IT is more appropriate and supports the company's performance, especially in providing added value to the parties concerned.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the potential of media photography as a means of support in an event practice, analyze photography as data source in identifying the event practice, explore photography as documentation that helps in event execution, examine photography as visual language that supports the event management. From the case of an event organized by Anugerah Bambu Indonesia 2013, results from the study finds that photography has an added value as a data source, documentation, and visual language. This study proves that the theory EMBOK by Silvers, who categorizes photography as information management for event management, a theory which can be accounted for.

Abstract

Peran perpustakaan sekolah sebagai instrument pendidikan dan reformasi kurikulum sangat penting untuk menciptakan sistem pendidikan yang efektif bagi masyarakat civitas akademik. Dengan demikian maka akan tercipta suatu masyarakat yang melek informasi dan literasi. Point penting yang harus dilakukan guna meningkatkan eksistensi perpustakaan sekolah yaitu : pertama,  perpustakaan sekolah harus dikelola oleh SDM yang professional di bidangnya. Kedua, kepedulian stakeholder sekolah  dengan berkolaborasi ke perpustakaan. Dalam lingkungan pendidikan, pustakawan menjadi salah satu penggerak pengembangan perpustakaan. Hal ini pustakawan dituntut harus kompeten dan professional dalam merencanakan dan mengajarkan berbagai keterampilan pengelolaan informasi kepada para guru dan siswa. Maka dari itu, sudah tentu menjadi seorang pustakawan terus mengembangkan profesionalitasnya agar perpustakaan tetap eksis dan maju mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Selain itu, agar perpustakaan tetap eksis dan berkembang diperlukan kegiatan-kegiatan yang mendongkrak keberhasilan perpustakaan sebagai jantungnya sekolah. Best Practice ini diharapkan dapat memberikan stimulus bagi pengguna perpustakaan khususnya disekolah dalam mengembangkan perpustakaannya dengan serangkaian kegiatan-kegiatan yang menarik. Selain itu menjadi basis program kegiatan literasi di sekolah. Guna mendongkrak Pengembangan Perpustakaan diperlukan adanya kegiatan-kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan Literasi. Si Gelis dengan Model PSBB menjadi rangkaian kegiatan literasi di Sekolah Sukma Bangsa Lhokseumawe dan peran serta dalam kegiatan Nawacita GLS Kemendikbud RI.

Abstract

AbstractExtensive disclosure of financial statements is closely related to a mechanism to reduce the asymmetry information in order to reduce conflicts of interest arising from the separation of ownership with management. When confronted with the differences between investors and management information or information asymmetry, then it will certainly have an impact on the relevance of the information. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of corporate characteristics on information asymmetry to that mediated by the broad disclosure. This research was conducted at the company's manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2008-2010. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method, with consistent criteria manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the year 2008-2010 and active stock trading. The type of data is secondary data sourced from the annual financial statements. Methods of data analysis using path analysis with OLS 2S. The results found that that the size of the Company, Firm Size and Profitability no effect Broad Disclosure. While LnLeverage and public ownership Ln significant effect on Broad Disclosure. Disclosure does not mediate the vast influence LnLeverage Company Size Size Firm Profitability on Information Asymmetry. Disclosure mediate LnKepemilikanSaham broad influence on Information Asymmetry.The conclusion from this study is that the company will be owned by the public limelight, so companies are trying to meet the public's desire to do as much as possible so that the disclosure will reduce information asymmetry.Keywords: disclosure, company size, leverage

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia konstruksi di Indonesia yang meningkat pesat menimbulkan peningkatan teknologi pendukung yang lebih efektif dan efisien dimana salah satu teknologi yang saat ini sedang dikembangkan di Indonesia adalah teknologi Building Information Model atau disingkat dengan BIM yang diawali dengan pembuatan model 3D as-built dimana dalam model ini akan digambarkan kondisi existing bangunan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengaplikasikan metode pengukuran menggunakan Terrestrial Laser Scanner (TLS) dalam proses akuisisi data, namun pada pelaksanaan akuisisi data pada bagian eksterior bangunan terdapat bagian yang tidak terbentuk yakni bagian atap sehingga diperlukan metode pengukuran lain yang digunakan untuk membuat model yang lebih optimal yakni dengan menggunakan Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) agar model eksterior bangunan dapat lebih terbentuk. Hasil registrasi untuk data point cloud TLS memiliki nilai yang cukup baik dimana nilai overlap sebesar 44.9% (minimal 30%), balance sebesar 41.2% (minimal 20%), points < 6mm sebesar 98.9% (minimal 90%). Hasil pengukuran menggunakan UAV memiliki nilai RMSE GCP sebesar 0,266m dan RMSE ICP sebesar 0,455m. Penggabungan hasil pengukuran TLS dan UAV dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan software 3DReshaper dengan menggunakan empat titik align.  Hasil akhir pembuatan model BIM ini memiliki level of detail (LOD) 3 dimana model ruangan seperti kolom, lantai, tangga, dan dinding tergambarkan dengan baik, sedangkan untuk model aset seperti furnitur juga tergambarkan walaupun masih berupa objek sederhana. Metode survey terestris menggunakan TLS dapat menghasilkan point cloud dengan kerapatan point yang cukup baik, akan tetapi terdapat bagian yang masih belum ter-cover yakni bagian atap bangunan. Untuk membentuk model tiga dimensi yang lebih lengkap dan mendetail maka diperlukan akuisisi data tambahan menggunakan UAV. Hasil kombinasi TLS dan UAV saling melengkapi sehingga hasil point cloud dapat membentuk bangunan dengan lebih detail. Berdasarkan kombinasi kedua data tersebut dapat dibuat BIM yang dimana dapat membantu memberikan visualisasi aset dalam Gedung secara tiga dimensi, selain itu BIM juga memberikan kemudahan dalam melacak lokasi aset, pembaruan informasi dan perencanaan pengembangan Gedung.
