Pendidik dituntut untuk selalu mengembangkan kompetensi pedagogik dan profesionalnya baik ditingkat PAUD, Sekolah Dasar, Sekolah menengah bahkan Perguruan tinggi. Salah satu bentuk kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional seorang pendidik adalah kemampuanya dibidang penguasaan (ICT) Information Communication Technologi. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan ke TK Rumah Pelangi, Dukuh Banukan RT.06/RW.09 DS. Malangjiwan, Colomadu, Karanganyar penguasaan dan pemanfaatan guru terhadap ICT sangat minim terlebih lagi dalam proses pembuatan media karena masih melum terbiasa dan belum terlatih dalam membuat media berbasis ICT. Sehingga perlu diadakan pelatihan melalui program pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dari program pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan membuat media pembelajaran berbasis ICT yang berupa Powerpoin menarik, Flipbook dan Comiclife yang di aplikasikan dalam proses pembelajaran.Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian meliputi: (1) metode pendekatan yang dilakukan mulai tahap survei, perijinan, dan pemberian motivasi bagi guru yang akan mengikuti pelatihan (2) metode pelaksanaan program, meliputi tahap pendahuluan, tahap sosialisasi dan audiensi, tahap pelaksanaan, serta tahap evaluasi akhir.Hasil yang dicapai dalam pengabdian ini telah mencapai target yang diharapkan, 9 guru yang mengikuti pelatihan, telah mampu membuat media pembelajaran berbasis ICT yang terdiri dari Powerpoin menarik, Flipbook, dan Comiclife. Luaran yang dihasilkan berupa media pembelajaran berbasis ICT serta implementasi media pembelajaran yang digunakan pada materi tertentu dan publikasi artikel pengabdian dalam jurnal ilmiah.Kata Kunci: Pembuatan Media, ICT

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis implementasi Model Pembelajaran Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) Berbasis ICT Untuk Meningkatkan Minat Dan Hasil Belajar Pkn Siswa Kelas V di SDN 01 Suruh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui Observasi, Wawancara, Dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Efektifitas pengimplementasi media pembelajaran Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) Berbasis ICT dapat dikemukakan sebagai berikut, terdapat peningkatan keaktifan, minat dan motivasi yang mengarah pada peningkatan hasil belajar PKn dengan menggunakan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 01 Suruh Kecamatan Tasikmadu. Hal tersebut dapat terlihat dari beberapa temuan di kelas, yaitu (1) siswa terlihat antusias dan bersemangat dalam mengikuti pembelajaran PKn, (2) siswa sudah mampu mengatasi kesulitan belajar dengan berdiskusi dengan teman yang lebih paham akan materinya dan belajar bertanya sehingga mampu memahami materi PKn dengan baik, (3) guru telah mampu melaksanakan metode pembelajaran PKn dengan nuansa baru yang inovatif dan kreatif sesuai perkembangan zaman. The solutions in current learning system is Electronic Learning or well known withE-Learning. Implementation of Electronic-Based Learning can be more varied andat the same time can eliminate the saturation of learners. In Education perception,aplication for E-Learning usually called with Learning Management System(LMS). This software includes material, quizzes , courses learning method and allof them are summarized in one application. Implementation of LMS in Universityof Slamet Riyadi Surakarta not running maximally. The solution for the problem isbetter to design LMS and it must be implemented for student. The new appliactionof LMS had been created and can be implemented for the students as end user.Thesubject of this research is the students who are taking class in InformationTechnology Education. They will take some courses with this electronic learningmethod that can be opened by online Meanwhile questioneer and testing areapplied to gain the data. The questioneer were done toward students after they aretaking courses with the application. Testing was conducted directly in learningprocess after they are given questioneer to be fullfilled. The data that collected thenanalyzed using experimental quantitative research. After the data accuratelycollected, then analyzed using Partial Least Square to measure reception level bythe students as end user.The results showed, based on the questionnaire and testingto end users can be concluded that the application LMS offered can be accepted forthe students. This is shown from the statistical results of the analysis of theinfluence between variables that are formulated. This study aims to determine the effect of satisfaction is the use ofAccounting Information Systems, Computer Anxiety, TechnologyAcceptance and Self-Efficacy against Employee Performance PT. DeltaDunia Textile Sukoharjo. This research was motivated by the importance ofthe application of information technology, the anxiety in using thetechnology, benefits and ease in operating the company's informationtechnology. With the quality and performance of employees both in themastery of information technology it will be a good contribution to thecompany, so as to compete competitively with other companies. This studyis located in one of the companies in Sukoharjo. Used a sample of 40respondents with sampling using purposive sampling technique. The resultsshowed; (1) There is no effect between satisfaction Usage AccountingInformation Systems on Employee Performance, (2) there is influencebetween Computer Anxiety on the Performance of Employees. Writing is one of the main skill in learning English which is conclude on productive skill in the abilityof producing language. In the university, writing skill has an expected that the students couldmastering in the academic writing level. It has an aim that the students could write at least the abstractof their research paper in English. In Widya Dharma University of Klaten, the writing skill givenfrom the early semester integrated with the other three skills (listening, reading, and speaking). In theprocess of teaching and learning, it is found that the writing skill of the technical information studentswas not satisfying. This research is described the problems faced by the students in masteringacademic English writing in Technical Information of Widya Dharma University of Klaten. Globalization is the most important factor in driving indicators of the rate of change of a country. If a country has good indicators of globalization, this is a positive point for that country. However, the rate of globalization is not accompanied by appropriate norms in society, causing an imbalance in the nation and state, which clearly influences norms in life. This research was written to learn how globalization affects culture, information technology, and education. The research method used is a qualitative method with interview techniques to 20 student of UNISRI`s Civic Education Program, who aged 18-20 years. The results showed that on average, a total of 80% of students saw and felt the effects of globalization. Then it must be provided with supervision by parents and increase information about the impact of globalization on culture, information technology, and education which is also very influential on learning so that it can provide great motivation for people to read and learn information from various sources and can protect themselves from carried by the very strong currents of globalization. Social media Twitter as a means of providing information at this time, during the Covid-19 pandemic, the Government's announcement, in this case, the Twitter account from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, will become a public reference. This study uses the Nvivo12 Plus technology application to obtain data. This study reveals the use of social media Twitter about spreading social media information on Twitter with (hashtag) # COVID19, # Covid19Indonesia, and Twitter accounts from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. Qualitative methods are used to find a social media model that is used as a mass communication channel. The data results show that many intense social media campaigns discuss all the impacts of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) and discussions about selling masks and hand sanitizer at relatively high prices. The Ministry of Health's Twitter account provides information related to prevention and motivates the public always to implement social distancing, physical distancing, large-scale social distancing (PSBB), stay at home, don't return home, stay clean, and always wash their hands with soap and hand sanitizer, and use the face mask

The covid-19 has impacted many sectors to change the way the run their activity, including the learning and teaching activity at a higher education. Many departments at the educational institution have been affected seriously due to the physical laboratory closing, especially for the activity at chemistry laboratory. The physical laboratory has been transformed to the virtual laboratory in order to accommodate the student to study the experimental course. By using the internet and communication technology (ICT) innovation in teaching and learning method, the student can still have the experiment and continue the lecture through online system. This effort may help the student to still play an active role while participating in the learning process.

Peningkatan kapasitas kekuatan pertahanan maritim menjadi kunci bagi pemerintah untuk terus mengawal langkah Indonesia kedepan dalam menghadapi rangkaian perubahan lingkungan strategis, baik dalam skala regional maupun global. This paper aims to find out the factors behind the lack of awareness toward digital literacy and cyber ethics among the people of Tangerang City – specifically, those who live in Neighborhood (RT 03) and Community Associations (RW 01) in Sandratex Street No. 106, Rempoa Urban Village, East Ciputat Sub-district, South Tangerang City, Banten Province, Indonesia. Digital literacy is related to the positive and negative impact of the internet. This paper employs a qualitative method and collects data through an interview and survey with forty people, which is consisted of 30 students, 5 Karang Taruna Rempoa activists, and 5 students’ parents. This paper finds that the implementation of ITE Law has positively impacted the people of Tangerang through various means: first, the people of Tangerang City can make a contribution by becoming a social agent that can prevent and address online radicalism, hoax and online persecution in their neighborhood. This is possible because the ITE Law improves students’ and the community’s cyber literacy significantly; second, the people of Tangerang City can understand about ethics and legal foundation through the socialization of “The Role of ITE Law (Law No. 11 of 2008) and Cyber Ethics” as part of the efforts to prevent online radicalism, hoax and online persecution resulting from free access to the cyberspace; third, the people of Tangerang City can act upon the values of nationalism, national defense and Pancasila that are all contained within the ITE Law (Law No. 11 of 2008) in order to nurture positive behavior in the cyberspace; and fourth, the people of Tangerang City are more aware about the importance of cyber law and ethics in the cyberspace to control positive internet behavior and prevent the negative impact of the internet in all walks of life.Keywords: Cyber, Digital, Ethics, Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE) Law, Pancasila, Tangerang.
