Abstract

This study aims to determine the benefits of social media as a supporter of advertising activity in a business. This study used descriptive qualitative method with literature study by collecting a variety of data related to what is researched, then analyze and summarize so that researchers can explain what are the benefits of social media that can support the advertising activities. Results from this study is the social media provides many benefits to the business world and can be made in one of the media that support the advertising activities for a business. Nowadays anyone can do a business and expand global business network by simply using social media

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to describe, analyze, and determine the online marketing strategy of domestic travel agent at Bandung Tour Expert. In this case, the authors focused on SWOT analysis to find out the right marketing strategy for the tour packaging. In this research, the data was collected using the observation method, meanwhile the data analysis method used were descriptive qualitative and SWOT analysis. Internet users number are increasing, especially adults with high mobility. For them who often travel outside the city, internet is crucial because it connects them with the travel agent. Nowadays, the convenient use of Internet technology is used to market products and services offered by travel agents, so that it provides many benefits for business travel agents with minimum marketing costs. The results of this study were the use of internet and online marketing had impacts on the increasing profits of the travel agents. The conclusion of this research is Bandung Tour Expert as a company need to improve their variant of tour package to make tourist more interest to visit the company website.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to dicover the needs of identification in a business and design that uses e-commerce design in the fashion field. In e-commerce systems, there are key functional features of information that can provide satisfaction to consumers. This study used descriptive qualitative methods, which are methods that can be interpreted as stages of problem solving, which describes a situation in the subject or object in this study. Transaction activities between sellers and buyers are included in the form of trade in using online media that can save consumers' time in shopping. The results of this study were the facts to help reach wider customers than offline stores, and finding a market gap for businesses and products. With the existence of e-commerce applications in the development of this fashion consumers can obtain a product at a cheaper and practical price to get the desired fashion mode.

Abstract

The purpose of this study, to meet the needs of Muslim women to carry out exercise activities so that Muslim women do not struggle to find clothes that fit their style in everyday life, using Social media as a tool for promotion. This study used a descriptive method to describe the efforts of Muslim women's sports clothing through social media as a promotional tool because nowadays many women who already use hijab during exercise. The results obtained from this research added employment opportunities. The reason to be accomplished and get noticed is the clarity of the utilization of social media and see what is being needed by women today. The conclusion of this research is young people especially those who have not opened the business, this business is used as an example or the first step of opening the daily effort to increase income and learn to become a professional entrepreneur

Abstract

The utilization of digital technology produces efficiency, effectiveness and accountability that can support the UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil, Menengah) so that the Regional Government (PEMDA) in this case the Koperasi and UKM Office of South Aceh agency can contribute in providing services and education for UMKM which are expected to be able to improve productivity and profit of UMKM in their region. To using of the UCD (User Centered Design) model involves the user in the development process. This study focuses on the implementation of the use of the UCD development model after going through the evaluation process of the user context, analysis and design of solutions based on recommendations from users. Based on the evaluation results, it is known that the implementation of UCD method to the system have a good response from users.

Abstract

Movie subtitle translation is the transfer of meaning from source text into target text in the form of text under the screen with limited time and characters. One of the problems in translating movie subtitle is the information pattern. Information patterns are how the information is organized. This information arrangement includes information status and information urgency. This research uses descriptive and comparative methods. The results of the study indicate that (i) there are parallels in information pattern urgency, namely foreground position tends to be in the beginning of the speech; (ii) the misalignment of information status occurs in sentences translation with it subject and that impersonal and in interrogative and imperative sentences translation, as well as in sentences translation with the non-doer subject.

Abstract

The Health Information System is an integrated system that systematicallymanages public data and information (Government, community and private) atall levels of government to support health development in a health facility.This description can be known by conducting a Health Information System(HIS) evaluation activity. This study aims to determine the description of thehealth information system at the Teladan Health Center in Medan City. Theresearch was conducted at the Medan City Teladan Public Health Center,North Sumatra, in June 2019. The subject in this study was the Head of theAdministrative Subdivision of the Teladan Public Health Center, which wastaken based on purposive sampling. The data were gathered through directinterviews and observations. We are using the triangulation method todetermine the data's validity. With a percentage of 73%, health informationsystem resources are classified as "adequate."This is because the Utilizationand Dissemination component is included in the adequate category (63%); thisis because the public health centres have implemented health informationsystems based on the latest Law and are carried out in full and regularly. Theoverall Data Source component is included in the adequate category (64%).Evaluation of Indicator components is included in the very adequate category(78%). The performance evaluation of the health information system at theMedan City Model Health Center was carried out using the Health MetricsNetwork (HMN) version 4.0 instrument approach by assessing variouscomponents of the health information system. According to the evaluationresults conducted at the Teladan Public Health Center, only one of the sixHIS components scored "adequate" on the HMN instrument, with the highestscore on the Indicator Component and the lowest score on the InformationProduct Component.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to provide an understanding of the community on the impact of the use of social media in the current era of information disclosure. This is done so that people do not abuse the use of social media and are able to wisely utilize social media itself so as not to cause negative effects. Partners of community service activities are residents of Pringgokusuman, Gedongtengen, Yogyakarta. Education provided includes an understanding of the negative and positive impacts of using social media, the role of families, especially parents, in supervising the use of social media and the legal rules used to overcome problems arising from the use of social media. Many impacts arising from the use of social media. The negative impacts of using social media must be immediately prevented and acted upon because the negative impacts are spread very quickly and are detrimental to users and the community. In addition there are also positive impacts arising from the use of social media that can provide developments both in terms of social and material for the community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Sistem Pengendalian Internal Pemerintah dan Penerapan Sistem Informasi Manjemen Daerah terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengaruh sistem pengendalian internal pemerintah, penerapan sistem informasi manajemen daerah, dan kualitas laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendeketan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai di semua desa yang berada di Kecamatan Cireunghas. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data primer dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner dan data sekunder dalam penelitian ini adalah giat kepustakaan yang berkaitan dengan variabel yang digunakan. Teknik pengumpulan data primer dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner dan data sekunder dalam penelitian ini adalah giat kepustakaan yang berkaitan dengan variabel yang digunakan. Semua data yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini sudah melalui uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heterokedastisitas. Untuk uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji f, dalam penelitian ini juga dilaukan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial hanya variabel Sistem Informasi Manajemen Daerah saja yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan, dan secara stimulan variabel Sistem Pengendalian Internal Pemerintah dan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Daerah memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan.

Abstract

This article is based on the results of research which the aim is to find out how is mapping of the education information dissemination network in the community of Cintaratu village, Pangandaran district. The reason for choosing the topic was that Padjadjaran University (Unpad) campus is in the village and it is assumed that the presence of the university in the village could improve the quality of education of its people. To confirm this assumption, it is necessary to map the education sector information network. We use qualitative methods which approach is a descriptive study, the researchers conducted a mapping of educational information dissemination. The main informants of this study are the community and village officials. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, passive participatory observation, and literature studies. The finding of the research are as follows, 1) the initial mapping of educational information dissemination to the community was carried out through direct communication, namely through two major activities - recitation and celebration; 2) recitation and celebration are two activities that are susceptible to physical noise-causing information related to education not conveyed properly to the public. Effective communication does not occur in these two activities.
