Abstract

Sistem Informasi Manajemen Daerah (SIMDA) is a system that was developed to assist accountability achievement in local government. The aim of this study is to audit the application area management performance information system implemented by government agencies in Tanjungpinang, Kepri. Descriptive approach was used to present an outline of the assets inventory in SIMDA. Data collection methods consist of primary data obtained from interviews and observations. As for secondary data, we used literature studies to support this study. The audit process was used the OCTAVE Allegro approach to analysis important assets owned by the government and manage risk to achieve the ISO 27001 standard. In addition, this research used five of eight steps on OCTAVE Allegro to establish the areas of concern in SIMDA application. The results presented an indication of the data discrepancy between the project proposed data and project data in SIMDA. Lack of user attention in SIMDA checking data before adding or deleting the data caused that indication. The conclusion is by determining areas of concern, it can be used as a mapping of risk to information assets while minimizing the risk as a measure to maintain the information security system of SIMDA. This study was conducted to discuss information security, SIMDA, OCTAVE Allegro, and ISO 27001.

Abstract

Information and Communication Technology is one of the subjects taught at SMA Don Bosco 2 Jakarta. In the learning process, various problems were found, the learning material consisting of cognitive and practical learning required more time while the time provided was limited. The current condition is also a new challenge where the Covid19 pandemic occurs so you are required to study at home. This research was conducted using the Dick and Carey Research & Development (R&D) method integrated with the PEDATI blended learning design model. The research was conducted from January to October 2020, at SMA Don Bosco 2 Jakarta. The results of the study generally show that the quality of the prototype based on the validation of the material, media and instructional design expertsreview is 94%, 80%, and 82%. Meanwhile, based on the results of the one to one trial, the small group and the large group the quality obtained was 96%. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Learning Management System (LMS) as an information technology-based learning medium for students of the Indonesian Computer University. This research method uses descriptive quantitative methods. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using Google Form media and disseminating them via WhatsApp. The scope of the distribution of the questionnaire was limited to 34 respondents with the characteristics of semester 3 to semester 7 students. The results showed that the effectiveness of LMS as an information technology-based learning medium for Indonesian Computer University students was already effective. However, some students argue that face-to-face learning systems are more effective than using LMS. The results of this study conclude that LMS e-learning is effectively used as an Information Technology-based learning medium for students of the Indonesian Computer University. Learning can be said to be effective if the four indicators of learning effectiveness are effective. LMS effectiveness indicators consist of quality, facilities, student readiness to use, and readiness to receive and understand course material.
