Abstract

In Indonesia, internet users reach 150 million people with 56% penetration spread throughout the region. This number is only slightly different from the number of mobile internet users which amounted to 142.8 million people with a penetration percentage of 53%. E-Commerce is a process of buying and selling transactions carried out by buyers and sellers electronically from companies to other companies by utilizing communication and computer networks. At Eco Farming Bukit Lawang has great potential with the existence of excellent natural products, the surrounding community takes advantage of the results. Plants that exist in the Bukit Lawang area, but become in vain because the marketing of information on the results of these plants is not good.

Abstract

Background: Behavior that is lacking in hygiene care is being lazy to change pads when it causes bacteria to grow on the pads, the presence of vaginal discharge that causes discomfort in the female area. Good self-care during menstruation such as the use of proper sanitary napkins is that the pads should not be worn for more than six hours or the pads should be changed as often as possible when they are full of menstrual blood. Poor personal hygiene, especially in the genital area, is also a predisposing factor for cervical cancer (Muin et al, 2017) Methods: This study used an analytic study with a cross sectional approach in which the variables of information media, the role of parents and genital hygiene were studied at the same time. The research was carried out on August 5 – September 10 2020. The population in this study were students of SMA Negeri 1 Samarinda Class XII, which were 220 people. The sample in this study were 80 respondents. The sampling technique was random sampling. Analysis of the data used is the chi square test. Results: Based on the statistical test, a p-value of 0.004 was obtained, thus statistically there was a relationship between the information media and the personal hygiene and Based on statistical tests obtained p-value 0.000 thus statistically there is a relationship between the role of parents on the personal hygiene of SMA Negeri 1 Samarinda students.students. Conclusion: There is an influence of information media and the role of parents on genital hygiene in SMA Negeri 1 Samarinda students.

Abstract

Mapping the spread of disease patients with the Geographic Information System (GIS) is very helpful in providing information on the location of who comes for treatment at the hospital. This research was conducted on all breast cancer patients who were recorded in the medical records of 2017-2019 at Prof. W.Z. Johannes General Hospital Kupang. This research is an analytic observational with a cross-sectional study approach, using a Geographic Information System (GIS) modeling through spatial analysis to obtain an overview of the distribution of breast cancer based on epidemiological variables. Based on the results of research on breast cancer from 2017 to 2019 at Prof. WZ Johannes General Hospital Kupang according to the host epidemiology variable was based on age in highest are between the age of 51 and 60 with 18 patients in total; based on the education level is highest, there are 112 patients in a total of Senior High School graduate; based on the occupation in highest, there are 81 patients worked as Civil Servant, according to the highest time variable in 2019, there were as many as 91 cases, followed by 83 total cases in 2018, and there were as many as 74 cases in 2017.

Abstract

This study describes the implementation of information technology system management and telegram bots in student services and information. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The study was conducted at the Daar El Hasanah Jawilan Civilization Islamic Boarding School, Serang Regency, Banten Province. The data is taken from primary and secondary data, which comes from documentation of Islamic boarding schools, relevant books, and reputable journals both internationally and nationally. Data collection techniques are through observation, in-depth interviews, document assessment, and focus group discussions. Data analysis is done through the process of editing, organizing, and interpretation. The results of the study show that the application of information technology system management and telegram bots is very effective in using services and information for Islamic boarding school students, which consists of academic, financial, library, staffing, reporting, computer-based exams, teacher info, student info, SMS gateway, and pavilion services. The study recommends that Islamic educational institutions such as Islamic boarding schools and madrasas take advantage of information technology's sophistication in providing services to users.

Abstract

The lack of resources that have an information technology background in handling information technology asset security risks makes it asset management in the Secretariat of the Salatiga City DPRD less optimal. The application of risk management is very necessary, especially in the security of information technology assets in agencies because it can help all existing business process activities in agencies so that they can run well. For this reason, it is necessary to implement information technology asset security risk management using ISO 31000 in these agencies. By implementing the ISO 31000 framework at the Secretariat of the Dprd Kota Salatiga can assist agencies in achieving goals, making decisions, improving performance, and effectively allocating and using resources for risk management. The purpose of this study is to identify, analyze, and handle information technology security risks that exist in the Secretariat of the Salatiga City DPRD. The method used by this research is a qualitative approach, namely case study. The result of this study is that there are 20 possible risks that can interfere with business processes in the Secretariat of the Salatiga City DPRD, including 3 possible high-level risks, 12 possible medium-level risks, and 5 possible low-level risks.

Abstract

Professional Practice (Internship) is one of the mandatory subjects in the Information Systems Study Program. Activities that occur during the implementation of the Professional Practice course are still conventional and not paperless. Moreover, there are several obstacles, such as students having difficulty finding a place for practical work because the study program does not yet have a list of companies that can do this activity. Moreover, it is also difficult for the Study Program to monitor whether students carry out activities appropriately. So that the Information Systems study program requires a Management Information System, which can assist the study program in carrying out practical work activities. The Management Information System built is web-based and uses the Waterfall method. From the research results, Management Information Systems assist students in registering and collecting reports; the study program makes it easier to assess and monitor students and makes document management easier.

Abstract

Leony Frozen Food is a micro (small and medium) company that sells food in a frozen and cold temperature state located in Semarang. Leony Frozen Food still uses manual methods in carrying out its business process activities, and one example is doing bookkeeping. Leony Frozen Food does bookkeep still manually recorded in books and moved in the Android application, namely Cash Books. Therefore, IS/IT strategic planning is needed following the needs and current conditions of the company. This research aims to improve effectiveness and efficiency in carrying out business processes and providing solutions to problems in Leony Frozen Food. This study used data collection methods by interviewing company owners and direct observation to Leony Frozen Food. The methods used to conduct SI/IT strategic planning in this study used the Ward and Peppard methods, which included internal and external analysis of the company using Value Chain analysis, SWOT analysis, Porter's Five Forces analysis, and producing output in the form of IS/IT application proposals mapped using the McFarlan Strategic Grid. The results of IS/IT strategic planning are implemented in the next four years.

Abstract

Information Systems Strategic Planning is one of the determining aspects for companies in achieving goals in this digital era. One type of business that requires Information System Strategic Planning is businesses that interact directly with customers or customers related to improving services. Talenta Savings Cooperative (KSU) is one type of business that needs it, this is because information technology can improve the quality and quality of services provided to customers so that the company is ready to compete in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Most of the service processes at KSU Talenta are still using manual techniques. This research is qualitatively descriptive where data collection uses observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. While the method of discussing strategic planning of information systems using IT Balanced Scorecard, by conducting assessments on 4 (four) perspectives, namely, user orientation perspective, company contribution, operational improvement, and future orientation. To clarify the comparison between real conditions in the company and the ideal condition of information systems, the author also describes it using the Gap Analysis method. The result achieved is the availability of information system application series suggestions at each level of management. This strategic planning is also expected to be able to answer every need of the company in achieving existing goals.

Abstract

Pusri Palembang Hospital is a public hospital that has implemented a Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) since 2012. SIMRS supports all health care business processes and administrative procedures to obtain information quickly, precisely, and accurately. During the implementation of SIMRS, some obstacles often occur in its use, such as user complaints regarding the operational functions of the system so that it has not run optimally. This study aims to evaluate the success of implementing SIMRS at the Pusri Hospital in Palembang and determine the effect between variables. This study uses the HOT-Fit model variable consisting of human components (system use and user satisfaction), organization (organizational structure and environment), technology (system quality, information quality, service quality), and benefits. This study uses a survey research type with qualitative methods. Based on the analytical approach, this research is classified into quantitative research. It was preceded by quantitative research with 165 respondents and followed by qualitative research by interviewing six informants. The data analysis technique used is PLS-SEM with SmartPLS tools. The results showed that on the technology component: the quality of the system (73.0%) was good, the quality of information (74.2%) of the data produced was accurate, quality, and relevant, and the quality of service (75.5%) was good. The human component: the use of the system (74.2%) is good because the officers receive the system well, and user satisfaction (75.6%) is satisfied using SIMRS. Organizational Components: organizational structure (78.0%) and organizational environment (73.6%) are suitable. In terms of benefits (76.1%), it has helped increase efficiency and effectiveness in work. Based on the results of hypothesis testing in path analysis, it is known that there are eight relationships between variables that have a significant effect and four relationships that do not have a significant effect. The most significant influence is the influence of the organizational structure on the organizational environment. At the same time, the lowest level of correlation is the relationship between the quality of information and the use of the system. The overall success rate of SIMRS implementation is 76.1%. The research results show that the existence of the system helps users support their work and the successful use of the system from the user's perception at this time is at a successful level.

Abstract

Information technology is important in organizations so that the goals and expectations of the objectives of implementing IT can be achieved. The tourism office of the city of Palembang is an institution that has used information technology to help the continuity of their work. The tourism office of the city of Palembang has not conducted an audit of improving the security of the existing information system. Therefore, to avoid events that do not require an information security system audit. Cobit 5 framework that can be used as a reference for information system governance to achieve the expected goals. This study only discusses the security management process which includes the DSS05 (Delivery, service, and security) domain by collecting data using a questionnaire. The value of the level of security improvement to be achieved in the security system should reach level 5 and can provide recommendations that will be followed up by the institution to make improvements in the future.
