Abstract

The background of this research is the students comprehension of matematical concept that still low. This result of students math study at  eight grade Junior Hight School 1 Pulau Punjung. The purpose this research is to know the comprehension matematical concepts of student that apply Problem Based Learning strategy is better than comprehension mathematical consept that applied teaching conventional in eight class Junior Hight School. The kinds of research is experimental research, with planning research random to subject. The population of  this research is eight grade students of Junior Hight School 1 Pulau Punjung except grade VIII1 academic year 2013/2014 which consists of six classes. Technique of random sampling. The instrument used in this study is test of comperehension mathematical concepts. From of test used is a form to essay with a reliabilitty tes r11 = 0,987. The data analysis  technique used is one the t-test . Based on the analysis of the data found that the normal distribution of the sample class L0 = 0,1319 dan Ltabel = 0,1542. Hyphothesis test result obtained taccount < , then the hypothesis in this study received. The conclusion of this reseachs is  the students comprehension of mathematical concept that apply Problem Based Learning strategy better than the comprehension mathematical concept that students apply classroom learning in the conventional at Junior Hight School.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The role and liability of the Notary are to ensure whether the call for the RUPS (General Meeting of the Shareholders) is made which is in line with Article 82 of the Law on Limited Company, includes the agenda of the RUPS, ensures that the stakeholders attending the meeting matches the most recent list of the shareholders, makes minutes of the meeting and is responsible for the application of the addendum of the article of association to the Minister. The obstructions are caused by some factors such as the limited company incomplete data, management, application cost, unregistered addendum of the article of association, unsuitable data, Notary’s negligence and weakness in the laws. Moreover, the legal consequences to the Limited Company for its late application of the addendum of the articles of association to the Minister or that the addendum has not been recorded in the Limited Company List run by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights is that the Ministry can refuse all applications for then addendum. Consequently, it will cause difficulty for the limited company when it needs some credit from the bank because the bank will require a memorandum of association or its last addendum of articles of association. Abstract

Tuntutan pada pekerjaan semakin meningkat sehingga dibutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas Untuk itu individu harus mengembangkan dirinya agar mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan-perubahan disekitarnya sehingga akan memiliki kesiapan untuk bersaing dalam dunia kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Seberapa besar pengaruh persiapan karir terhadap kematangan karir siswa MAN 3 Agam Plus Keterampilan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menekankan analisisnya pada data-data yang bersifat angka yang nantinya diolah dengan metode statistik untuk interprestasi datanya. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan pada 74 orang siswa MAN 3 Agam Plus Keterampilan bahwa; persiapan karir mengalami kenaikan sebesar satu satuan maka akan mempengaruhi hasil belajar pendidikan agama islam sebesar 0.430. Tetapi, apabila tidak adanya variabel tersebut maka nilai kematangan karir siswa sebesar 44,715. 2) persiapan karir berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kematangan karir siswa di MAN 3 Agam dan signifikan < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05), Maka Ha diterima H0 ditolak. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa persiapan karir berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kematangan karir siswa MAN 3 Agam Plus Keterampilan. Hasil analisis koefisien determinan dengan nilai sebesar 0,172 menunjukkan bahwa proporsi pengaruh variabel kesehatan mental adalah sebesar 1,72%, artinya persiapan karir mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kematangan karir 1,72 %, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 98,28% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak ada dalam penelitian yang peneliti lakukan ini. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi kematangan karir siswa di MAN 3 Agam Plus Keterampilan yaitu persiapan karir. persiapan karir seseorang dapat mempengaruhi kematangan karir

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the process of developing Edpuzzle-based interactive video lessons and to identify the factors underlying the development of the subject matter in the Jurisprudence class, in order to improve students' motivation and learning outcomes. Research and development (R&D) ASSURE model was the methodology used for the development. The research was conducted at MA Hidayatul Insan Palangka Raya with a sample size of 20 students of class X A. There are two steps taken in the media validation process, namely media validation and material validation. Data sources were obtained through documentation studies, observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results showed that media feasibility was 76%, material feasibility was 80%, and student response to the use of edpuzzle-based interactive video learning materials was 87%. Thus, it can be said that the edpuzzle-based interactive learning video developed is feasible to use and can increase students' interest in learning Jurisprudence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa kelas VII MTs Islamiyah Palangka Raya dalam proses pembelajaran fikih materi sholat dan thaharah, khususnya kemampuan kognitif dengan pengembangan bahan ajar sebagai sumber belajar kepada siswa dan guru agar dapat mempermudah dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Pengembangan bahan ajar bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pembelajaran melalui multimedia interaktif. Ini merupakan inovasi terbaru dalam teknologi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif, pola pikir, kemauan belajar, dan perhatian siswa demi hasil pembelajaran yang lebih baik. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian Pengembangan. Penerapan pengembangan bahan ajar telah terbukti meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif dalam pembelajaran fikih materi sholat dan thaharah. Hasil dari pengembangan bahan ajar ini dapat diterapkan dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran untuk mendukung proses belajar mengajar di MTs Islamiyah Palangka Raya. Jadi simpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pengembangan bahan ajar pembelajaran fikih materi sholat dan thaharah berbasis Multimedia Interaktif dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa kelas VII MTs Islamiyah Palangka Raya, terutama dalam kemampuan kognitif.

Abstract

Artikel ini berfokus pada laporan realisasi anggaran Kantor Camat Liukang Kalmas Kab. Pangkep tahun 2019-2023, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan pada tahun tersebut melalui penilaian menggunakan rasio keuangan yaitu rasio efisiensi dan rasio efektivitas. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Dimana hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan Kantor Camat Liukang Kalmas Kab. Pangkep pada tahun 2019-2023 melalui rasio efisiensi menunjukkan pada tingkat kurang efisien, dimana persentase efisiensi yang diperoleh pada tahun tersebut semuanya berada pada angka 90%-100%. Tetapi untuk kinerja keuangan Kantor Camat Liukang Kalmas Kab. Pangkep pada tahun 2019-2023 melalui rasio efektivitas berada pada tingkat sangat efektif, dimana persentase efektivitas yang diperoleh selama 5 tahun berturut semuanya berada pada angka 100% keatas.

Abstract

Providing guidance and counseling services has become a critical response to students' increasingly complex challenges. These challenges, from academic pressure to social issues and mental health concerns, impede students' ability to thrive in their learning and personal lives. The efficacy of guidance and counseling services in addressing these challenges is well-documented, and their importance is growing in tandem with the complexity of the problems students face. The efficacy of guidance and counseling services in promoting positive student outcomes has been demonstrated by their ability to enhance learning skills, boost motivation, and mitigate problematic behaviors such as cheating, which can adversely impact academic performance. The study employed a quantitative approach, utilizing the Ex Post Facto method and a simple correlation design. The findings revealed a substantial impact of counseling services on student learning achievement. A contribution of 18.8% evidences the moderate relationship between counseling services and student learning achievement, while the remaining 81.2% is attributed to other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of self-monitoring and positive reinforcement techniques in increasing assertive behavior in individuals who are victims of toxic relationships. This research uses a Single Subject Research (SSR) method with an ABAB design. The subject of this study was a 23-year-old woman who had been in a toxic relationship for 2 years. Data collection was carried out through direct observation, self-monitoring sheets, and behavioral assessment scales. The intervention was implemented for 8 weeks with measurement of assertive behavior frequency before, during, and after intervention. The results showed a significant increase in assertive behavior from the baseline phase (average 2.1 times per week) to the intervention phase (average 8.3 times per week). Visual analysis showed a stable and consistent upward trend. This study concludes that the combination of self-monitoring and positive reinforcement techniques is effective in increasing assertive behavior in victims of toxic relationships

Abstract

This study discusses the revitalization of character education as a strategic effort to shape a generation with integrity in the modern era, marked by rapid technological advancement and globalization. The objective is to analyze the concepts, strategies, and practices of character education revitalization to address contemporary challenges and foster youth who are not only intellectually capable but also morally and ethically strong. Employing a qualitative approach through literature review and content analysis, the research reveals that holistic integration of character education within the curriculum, supported by active roles of teachers, families, and communities, as well as adaptability to the digital era, is effective in building students’ integrity. Collaborative and contextual revitalization of character education is essential to preserve national values and develop a competitive educational ecosystem amid global challenges.

Abstract

Masalah identitas diri merupakan salah satu tantangan utama yang dihadapi remaja Muslimah, khususnya di lingkungan pondok pesantren. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas model konseling kelompok Islami dengan pendekatan psikoanalisis dalam menangani masalah identitas diri pada remaja Muslimah di Ponpes Al Khalifah. Model ini mengintegrasikan teknik-teknik psikoanalisis, seperti eksplorasi alam bawah sadar dan analisis konflik internal, dengan nilai-nilai Islam yang menekankan pemahaman fitrah manusia sebagai makhluk ciptaan Allah SWT. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif analis deskriptif Adapun sumber data dapat dibedakan menjadi dua yaitu: 1) sumber data primer merupakan objek penelitian yang diobservasi langsung dengan subjek penelitian yaitu informan (guru bk serta siswa di ponpes al khalifah) 2) sedangan sumber data sekunder merupakan data yang diperoleh secara tidak langsung di lapangan, melainkan hasil dari studi pustaka maupun studi dokumentasi terhadap berbagai rujukan maupun arsip (rekaman video aktivitas pekerja di industri batik). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Model Konseling Kelompok Islami dengan Pendekatan Psikoanalisis merupakan metode yang efektif dan relevan dalam menangani masalah identitas diri pada remaja Muslimah di Ponpes Al Khalifah. Pendekatan ini berhasil mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip psikologi psikoanalisis dengan nilai-nilai Islam, sehingga membantu remaja menggali konflik batin dan memahami fitrah mereka sebagai makhluk ciptaan Allah SWT. Melalui konseling kelompok, remaja mendapatkan ruang refleksi dan dukungan sosial yang memperkuat pemahaman diri dan identitas Islami secara mendalam. Selain menyelesaikan masalah identitas diri, model ini juga berperan penting dalam penguatan karakter Islami, seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan ketahanan mental, yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam menghadapi tantangan sosial dan budaya modern. Konseling kelompok berbasis Islam juga meningkatkan religiusitas dan kesadaran moral remaja, sehingga mereka mampu membentuk identitas yang sehat dan berlandaskan ajaran agama.
