Abstract

The role of the community is important in realising the fulfilment of the right to a good and healthy environment as part of human rights. Lack of awareness of the disclosure of information in environmental documents to the public in surveilling activities or businesses that impact the environment is one of the many violations of environmental law resulting in environmental damage and pollution. This paper examines the importance of information disclosure in environmental documents in supporting the role of community oversight of activities that impact the environment. It used a normative legal research method with the statutory and conceptual approaches. This paper finds that the disclosure of information in environmental documents is important in optimising the role of public monitoring. Environmental documents are used as a guide for detailed information related to compliance with the implementation of activity on its terms and obligations. Such disclosure can be seen as the implementation of the right to access information in support of community responsibility, guaranteeing and fulfilling the right to a good and healthy environment as a human right so that environmental damage and pollution from activities that are illegal and/or violate environmental permits can be controlled and prevented.

Abstract

The main purpose of this paper is to study the correlation between information system (IS) success and firm performance based on two evaluation models already construct. The first model allowed to define the criteria and sub-criteria for evaluating the firm performance and the second model consisted of evaluating the IS success. Our contribution is to formalize a decision-making process based on the criteria of the two models as well as the weights generated by the implementation of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method to construct the influence diagrams that will allow us to trace the causal links between the two models. This approach has been implemented in three sectors chosen according to their use of information systems. The results obtained confirmed that the evaluation models are sectorial and therefore even the influence diagrams, hence the difficulty of studying the contribution of the IS success in achieving the firm performance with a general and generic approach.

Abstract

Covid -19 has forced all industries to adapt in order to survive, especially in the retail industry. The retail industry can adapt if they do knowledge sharing so that all employees have the same knowledge. Retail need to provide a system that can help distribute knowledge to all employees. This system needs to be supported by technological advances to accelerate the process of distributing this knowledge. This explanatory type of research aims to determine the relationship and influence of information technology infrastructure (ITI) variables on knowledge sharing interest (KSI) variables in the Indonesian retail industry. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a sample of 173 respondents. The results showed that ITI and KSI had a strong relationship, namely 0.690 and an R-square value of 0.476, which means that ITI has a positive and significant effect on KSI.

Abstract

The use of a computer-based Hospital Information and Management System (SIMRS) in the Medical Record unit is carried out in an integrated manner. The data management process includes, among others, data collection (registration), data processing (assembling, coding, indexing), and data reporting. The SIMRS implementation at the general hospital of Az-Zahra has not yet been fully implemented. The objective of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the use of hospital information and management systems (SIMRS) for services at the general hospital of Az-Zahra Kalirejo through the HOT-FIT theory. This type of research was qualitative, the research design used exploratory with the objective of describing the effectiveness of the use of Hospital Information and Management systems for services at the general hospital of Az-Zahra Kalirejo. The population in this study was 134 people, and the sample in this study was 9 informants, namely the doctor in charge of services (DPJP), general practitioner and head of finance. The results of the study are known in the human aspect, SIMRS officers at the general hospital of Az-Zahra already understand how to use SIMRS, but for specialist doctors and general practitioners they are still assisted by nurses in inputting. In the organizational aspect, it is known that the directors, management and staff of the hospital fully support the use of SIMRS. The technology aspect of SIMRS at the general hospital of Az-Zahra is in accordance with the accreditation standards of the Hospital and Social Security Administrator’s Health, but often experiences problems with the internet network, which can interfere with the operation of using SIMRS. Researchers suggest that SIMRS training be held for general practitioners and specialists, as well as improving the internet network so that the connection is even better.

Abstract

Hospital X is one of the hospitals in Lampung that has implemented management information systems for pharmacy since 2016, has not yet been evaluated, and there are several obstacles, such as the absence of warnings for out-of-stock drugs and drug procurement planning is still calculated manually. This research was a descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach to the management information system of pharmaceutical inventory control. This research data comes from the distribution of the DeLone and McLean questionnaires and the results of structured interviews to support system development. Based on calculations using a predetermined formula, it is said that the level of respondents' satisfaction with management information systems drug inventory control is in the medium category, but is still very far from the high satisfaction category, so further interviews are needed. After developing a pharmaceutical inventory control management information system, there were 18 participants from the pharmacy participated in training and self-testing for eight days. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the level of the respondent's satisfaction category has increased its variables, the satisfaction variable has a perception of satisfaction in the medium category of 100% and the high category of 0%, but after developing a pharmaceutical inventory control system, the satisfaction level of respondents in the high category has increased was 27.78%, so the development of a control management information system needs to be done.
