Abstract

With the rapid development of technology at this time, causing us to have to register our personal data with many service providers (providers) to provide certainty of user data, so that we can enjoy their services. With this, it causes vulnerabilities for the leakage of our personal data information that is managed by these providers. It can be seen that the violations of personal data protection were caused either due to irresponsible use by the provider and also due to data breaches by irresponsible people (hacking). Leakage of personal data can occur because there are no laws and regulations that specifically regulate the regulations for protecting people's personal data. Therefore, the government must immediately discuss and finalize the Personal Data Protection Bill to minimize the occurrence of data leakage cases such as those that have occurred before so that they do not happen again. The conclusion of this scientific work is that there are already protections regulated in the laws and regulations in Indonesia, but all of these regulations have not explicitly regulated the protection of personal data. In addition, it is necessary to make special rules regarding Personal Data Protection in order to provide clarity and assurance regarding the protection of personal data. This can be done with the establishment of the Personal Data Protection Bill (RUU PDP).

Abstract

The existence of a free market, makes the faucet of commerce between countries wide open. Business actors are increasingly competing to produce highly competitive goods and services. It is expected to be able to compete on a global scale. Here consumers will get a better and wider choice. However, consumers may not get their legal rights as consumers, due to various things that happen. So in this context, the presence of Law Number 8 of 1999 which regulates consumer protection is more of a legal effort to provide protection, and is not intended at all to kill the business of entrepreneurs. In trade between countries, where foreign products can enter freely into the country, the government needs to be present to advocate for its citizens. The state plays an active role in controlling the interaction between business actors and potential consumers, which in this context is information on imported products. The right of consumers to know information regarding goods imported from foreign countries must be fulfilled, so that disputes are avoided. So furthermore, the presence of the Consumer Dispute Resolution Agency is certainly an important thing that is very beneficial for both parties, namely business actors and consumers, when they are involved in business interactions that lead to conflict.

Abstract

Banten is a medium used in Hindu religious ceremonies and also as a medium of prayer in getting closer to Ida Sang Hyang Widhi Wasa or God Almighty. Hindus are required to be able to know the meaning and method of making a banten, but along with the development of an increasingly modern era resulting in a high level of activity in big cities, one of which is Denpasar City, this underlies the tendency of people to prefer buying banten rather than making it. because of the limited time they have. This also underlies the development of a web-based mapping information system for banten piodalan stores in the city of Denpasar. The public will find it easy to find out the mapping of the locations of Banten shops in the city of Denpasar through the system. The system is also equipped with a marketplace feature that makes it easy for the public to make transactions to buy banten piodalan they want and those who want to make transactions in selling banten piodalan.
