Abstract

ABSTRACTEach process must always include three main activities: planning, implementation and evaluation. Similarly, what happens with the teaching and learning process at school. A teacher is required to plan, implement and evaluate learning. The learning planning process that must be carried out by a teacher includes the main activities are 1) Making an annual program 2) Making a syllabus 3) Making a semester program 4) Making a learning plan 5) And making a repeat program /evaluation. Of the five elements mentioned above, the syllabus and RPP are the minimum preparation for a teacher when they want to teach. Based on the results of the analysis in the 2017/2018 school year at SDN 09 Koto Pulai, there were problems with the low number of teachers making lesson plans especially the preparation of syllabus and RPP. To examine the weak performance of teachers in this regard, a study was conducted to see the extent to which the principal's academic supervision step could improve teacher competency in the preparation of the syllabus and the Learning Implementation Plan.Keywords: Teacher Competence, Academic Supervision, Syllabus and RPP

Abstract

Abstract Based on the results of students studying Class X IPA 5 SMA N 1 Pasaman in Biology subjects found that the results of student learning in Biology subjects is still very low. The average student learning outcomes are still under the KKM. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve student learning outcomes in Biology sub Subjects Describe the characteristics Archaebacteria and Eubacteria and its role for life through Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) Learning Model in Class X IPA 5 SMA N 1 Pasaman Pasaman Barat Regency. This research is a classroom action research. The research procedures in this research include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects consisted of 30 students of Class X IPA 5 SMA N 1 Pasaman. The data were collected using observation sheet and daily test. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been proposed, it can be concluded that Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition Learning Model (CIRC) can improve student learning outcomes in Biology sub subjects Describe the characteristics Archaebacteria and Eubacteria and its role for life in SMA N 1 Pasaman. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in cycle I was 49.36 (Less Good) increased to 83.69 (Good) with an increase of 34.33%.Keywords: Learning Outcome, Biology, Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) Learning Model

Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on the observations that the researchers did to the teachers at SDN 14 Siguntur Muda, it was found that the teacher's skills in the learning process were still low. The purpose of this study was to improve teacher skills in the Learning Process through Academic Supervision of the Model of Thinking, Writing and Discussing at SDN 14 Siguntur Muda. This research is a school action research. The research procedure in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 4 Siguntur Muda Elementary School Teachers. Research data was collected using observation sheets. Data is analyzed using percentages. The results showed that the Applicative Education Supervision action to improve the learning process of Model Subjects Thinking, Writing and Discussing increased. This is evidenced by an increase in the ability of teachers in the learning process in class In cycle I to cycle II. The average ability of teachers in the learning process of Thinking, Writing and Discussion Learning models in cycle I was 47.75 in the Less category and in cycle II was 82 in the good category.Keywords: Educational Supervision, Learning Process, Learning Model Thinking, Writing and Discussing

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan yang telah peneliti lakukan guru di SMAN 1 Kinali, ditemukan bahwa kemampuan guru dalam menyusun RPP masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan mendapatkan informasi tentang penyusunan RPP oleh guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan sekolah. Prosedur penelitian dalam penelitian ini meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, obeservasi dan refleksi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus dengan empat kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 10 orang guru SMAN 1 Kinali. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan lembaran obeservasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan Monitoring dan Evaluasi dapat Meningkatkan penyusunan RPP guru Di SMAN 1 Kinali. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya evaluasi dan monitoring dapat Meningkatkan kualitas penyusunan RPP guru Di SMAN 1 Kinali dari siklus I ke siklus II. Rata-rata kemampuan guru dalam meningkatkan pembuatan RPP pada siklus I adalah 51.39 dengan kategori kurang, Pada siklus II adalah 85.46 Baik.

Abstract

AbstrakBerdasarkan pengamatan terhadap kompetensi guru SMAN 2 Pasaman dan SMAN 1 Lembah Melintang dalam menyusun laporan penelitian tindakan kelas di ditemukan fenomena bahwa kompetensi profesional guru dalam menyusun penelitian tindakan kelas masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan mendapatkan informasi tentang peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru dalam menyusun laporan penelitian tindakan kelas melalui model pembinaan CLCK (Contoh, Latihan, Control, Kerja Mandiri) berbasis mentoring di SMAN 2 Pasaman dan SMAN 1 Lembah Melintang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan sekolah. Prosedur penelitian dalam penelitian ini meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, obeservasi dan refleksi. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus dengan empat kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 13 orang guru SMAN 2 Pasaman dan SMAN 1 Lembah Melintang. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembinaan CLCK berbasis mentoring dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun laporan penelitian tindakan kelas di SMAN 2 Pasaman dan SMAN 1 Lembah Melintang. Analisis terhadap kualitas laporan PTK yang dibuat oleh guru menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi profesional guru dalam menyusun laporan penelitian tindakan kelas meningkat dari siklus I ke siklus II. Kompetensi profesional guru dalam menyusun laporan penelitian tindakan kelas pada siklus I adalah 77,69 (cukup) meningkat menjadi 84,69 (baik) pada siklus II dengan peningkatan sebesar 7,00 poin.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Based on the observations that researchers have made to the Teachers at Batang Gasan Elementary School 14, it was found that the teacher's skills in implementing Active, Creative, Effective and Fun (PAKEM) learning were still low. The purpose of this study was to improve teacher skills in the application of PAKEM through training and guidance activities (LATBIM) in Batang Gasan Elementary School 14. This research is a school action research. The research procedure in this study includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 6 Batang Gasan Elementary School Teachers. Research data was collected using observation sheets. Data is analyzed using percentages. The results showed that Training and Guidance Activities could improve Teacher Skills in the application of active, Creative, Effective and Fun (PAKEM) learning in Batang Gasan Elementary School 14. This is evidenced by an increase in the ability of teachers in the application of Active, Creative, Effective and Fun (PAKEM) learning from cycle I to cycle II. The average ability of teacher skills in the application of PAKEM learning in the first cycle was 49.66 in the Less category and in the second cycle was 82.33 in the good category.Keywords: Improving teacher skills, application of PAKEM learning, training and guidance (LATBIM).

Abstract

ABSTRACTFrom the Research Process School actions taken at SDN 20 Talawi entitled Improving Pedagogic Competencies of Non Academic Teachers in the Preparation of Learning Implementation Plans through Academic Supervision of the Principal can be concluded that (1) In the Components of Formulating indicators of learning objectives, there is an increase of 40% in ability initial, to 60% in cycle 1 and increased to 70% at the end of the activity (2) In the Component Determination of materials and learning materials, there was an increase in ability from 65% to 70% after cycle 1 and strengthened to 80% (3) In Components The selection of learning strategies and methods, which include learning steps and the determination of the time allocation used, shows a significant increase from the original only 40% to 60% in cycle 1 and increased again to 75% after cycle 2 (4). there is no noticeable increase in the media selection component and learning tools also have an increase of 60% at the beginning of the activity and after cycle 1, to 80% after cycle 2 (5) A significant increase can also be seen in the learning evaluation planning component. From the original only 40% at the beginning of the activity, to 60% at the end of cycle 1 and managed to reach 70% at the end of the cycle 2 (6) Looking at the data obtained from research results in this school action research activity, it can be concluded that academic supervision is carried out by the head schools with 5 teachers who did not have a teacher education background, succeeded in improving their pedagogical competence in developing Learning Planning.Keywords: Pedagogic Competence, Academic Supervision, Learning Planning

This research is a classroom action research. The research procedures in this research include planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects consisted of 35 students of Class XII IPA.4 SMAN 1 Kinali. The data were collected using observation sheet and daily test. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that Role Playing Learning Method (Role Playing) can improve student learning outcomes in subjects Sub-nationality Displays a positive attitude towards Pancasila as an open ideology SMAN 1 Kinali. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in cycle I was 60.43 (Enough) increased to 85.46 (Good) with an increase of 25.04%. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Think-Pair-Share dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran biologi di kelas XI IPA.1 SMA Negeri 1 Kinali. Manfaat dari penelitian ini sebagai bahan masukan bagi guru biologi lainnya dalam meningkatkan minat belajar biologi bagi siswa sehingga tujuan pembelajaran biologi dapat tercapai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan model siklus yang terdiri dari empat langkah yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus, yang pada tiap-tiap siklus terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan. Objek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPA.1 SMA Negeri 1 Kinali semester Juli Desember 2015 yang berjumlah 31 orang. Alat yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah lembar obervasi yang berbentuk daftar tally yang memuat indikator minat. Hasil penelitian terhadap minat siswa dalam proses pembelajaran bilogi diolah menggunakan rumus persentase P=(F/N)X100%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapatnya peningkatan minat belajar biologi siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Think-Pair-Share. Persentase minat belajar biologi siswa pada siklus I sebesar 61% dan pada siklus II naik menjadi 79%, berarti terjadi peningkatan minat belajar biologi siswa dengan menggunakan Model pembelajaran Think Pair Share dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 18%. Berdasarkan hasill penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Think-Pair-Share dapat meningkatkan minat belajar biologi siswa Kelas XI IPA.1 di SMAN 1 Kinali.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on the acquisition of learning outcomes of Grade IV students of SDN 24 Barung-barung Belantai in thematic learning with the theme of daily activities found that many student learning outcomes are still incomplete. The purpose of this study was to describe and get information about improving student learning outcomes in thematic learning with the theme of daily activities through an instant assessment learning model with the media Choose Number in Class IV SDN 24 Barung-barung Belantai. This research is a classroom action research with research procedures including planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consisted of two cycles with four meetings. Research data was collected using a test sheet. Data is analyzed using percentages. The results of the study and discussion showed that the learning model of Instant Assessment learning model with media Choose Number can improve student learning outcomes in thematic learning with the theme of daily activities in Class IV SDN 24 Barung-barung Belantai. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle were 72.90 increased to 83.87 with an increase of 10.97%.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Instant Assessment Learning Model with media
